Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

As soon as Lu Yu spoke, the atmosphere in the operating room instantly grew tense, with everyone’s eyes fixed on Li Shihong, waiting for further developments.

When he heard this sentence, Li Shihong’s face flushed red. He originally thought that since Young Master Chen had turned the corner, he could escape unscathed, but he never expected things would end up like this!

”Th-this... sir”

At this moment, hearing Lu Yu’s words, Li Shihong’s face turned beet red as he awkwardly smiled and said, ”I’m a doctor at this hospital. If I’m not here, where else should I be?”

”Do you even deserve to be called a doctor?!”

Upon hearing Li Shihong’s words, Lu Yu replied unceremoniously, his words dripping with sarcasm.

Just earlier in the hospital lobby, while treating the injured, this Li Shihong not only refrained from helping but also obstructed Lu Yu’s efforts to save a life, and even went on to make provocative remarks when the patient was brought to the emergency room.

To someone like this, Lu Yu would certainly not show a pleasant face.

”Sir!”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Li Shihong’s voice suddenly rose as he sternly said while looking at Lu Yu, ”Even a clay figurine has a measure of temper. Your medical skills may be high, but as a doctor, I absolutely will not accept such an insult from you!”

At this point, Li Shihong’s words were righteous and stern, appearing as if he genuinely felt wronged.

”Li Shihong, I truly don’t know who gave you the courage to claim yourself as a doctor!”

Hearing Li Shihong’s words, Lu Yu pointed at Young Master Chen and replied with a cold smile, ”When he collapsed and vomited blood in the lobby earlier, you saw it, right? Did you see the patient vomiting blood and not help, and instead come to reprimand me? Is this something you did?”

Buzz!

As soon as these words were spoken, both Chen Tiancheng and Guan He turned to glare at Li Shihong with murderous intent.

Their son lay on the ground vomiting blood, and not only did Li Shihong not go to aid him, but he reprimanded Lu Yu. Such behavior was nothing short of indirect murder!

”Li Shihong, is this true!?”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the director standing nearby looked at Li Shihong with a serious expression and asked, his tone full of anger!

A doctor who sees a patient yet does not provide treatment truly has no right to be called a doctor!

”D-director, please hear my explanation. The situation at the scene was a bit complicated...”

At this moment, hearing the director’s voice, Li Shihong hastily said, his words filled with panic.

”What is there to explain? What else do you have to explain!?”

Upon hearing Li Shihong’s words, Lu Yu sneered, ”If I’m not mistaken, you were also the one who pulled the Silver Needle from behind Young Master Chen’s ear, right?!”

Buzz!

Upon hearing this, Li Shihong went completely dumbfounded. He hadn’t anticipated that Lu Yu would suddenly bring this matter up.

As an emergency department doctor, seeing an injured person but refusing to help, and even obstructing others from doing so. This behavior alone was more than enough to revoke his medical license!

Without a medical license, Li Shihong would lose the qualification to practice medicine and remain at LA City People’s Hospital!

Moreover, pulling out the Silver Needle that led the patient to a critical state, now Chen Tiancheng and his spouse could definitely sue Li Shihong!

Realizing this, Li Shihong’s face turned ashen instantly!

”Director ”

Seeing Li Shihong’s expression, Lu Yu smiled slightly and then said, ”Is someone who refuses to treat patients and hinders others from doing so qualified to remain a doctor here?”

”Absolutely not!”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the director spoke firmly at this moment, ”In practicing medicine, healing and saving lives is the foremost duty. Someone who ignores others’ lives has no right to continue as a doctor here!”

Upon hearing this, Li Shihong’s face turned deathly pale. He never thought all of the accusations would target him at this moment!

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Chen Tiancheng’s face also turned icy. At this moment, he looked at Li Shihong and said, ”Li Shihong, you just removed the Silver Needle from my son without permission. This behavior already constitutes indirect murder. When I return, I will have my lawyer discuss this with you!”

”In that case, as a representative of LA City People’s Hospital, I would like to express a position.”

Hearing Chen Tiancheng’s words, the director spoke, ”Someone like Li Shihong, who refuses to aid a dying person and hinders treatment, doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor! Therefore, I now decide to dismiss Li Shihong from all his positions at the hospital and reserve the right to pursue his responsibility!”

Buzz!

Once the director finished speaking, Li Shihong’s mind went blank with a loud buzzing sound. He never foresaw that things would end like this!

He was careless just once, and now he lost his livelihood!

At this moment, the nurses nearby, upon hearing the decision, felt an overwhelming sense of relief as well. Li Shihong originally leveraged connections to enter LA City People’s Hospital, was extremely arrogant, and few dared to cross him.

But now, Li Shihong ran into Lu Yu, a tough opponent, and not only was he reprimanded, but he also lost his job. The nurses present felt incredibly satisfied.

”Director, please give me another chance. I promise to behave well from now on!”

At this moment, Li Shihong, like a dog who’ve lost its master, pleaded with the director in front of him.

”Shut up, Li Shihong!”

Upon hearing Li Shihong’s plea, the director shouted angrily, ”Haven’t I given you enough chances? Did you treasure them? And now, as a doctor, you dare ignore someone who might die!”

”Get out! I never want to see such scum in our hospital again!”

With these words, Li Shihong’s already meaty face turned ash gray. Originally, he only wanted to curry favor with Chen Tiancheng, but now he’s failed that and lost his job, marking significant losses for Li Shihong!

Seeing this, Lu Yu shook his head and said, ”Li Shihong, see that? This is what it means when they say good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil, and the way of heaven is retribution. Look up if you don’t believe, the heavens will spare no one. Bear the consequences of your actions!”

Then Lu Yu nodded at Meng Yue, and two walked out of the operating room shoulder to shoulder.

”Young man, please wait”

Seeing Lu Yu leave, Chen Tiancheng hurriedly came after him, with the quickest speed, signed a check for five million, handed it to Lu Yu, and said respectfully, ”Thank you so much for saving my son earlier. This is your consultation fee and our token of appreciation. Please accept it.”

At this moment, Chen Tiancheng’s attitude was extremely humble, and his words were filled with respect.

Seeing the check in front of him, Lu Yu couldn’t help but smile.

The saying goes, ”Money not earned is money wasted,” and besides, he needed funds to investigate his family’s old matters. Seeing the five million cheque, Lu Yu did not hesitate and pocketed it, then took Meng Yue’s bone-soft hand and walked toward the parking lot.
