I, the Destined Villain, Start by Controlling the Saint

Quota allocation, the Holy Academy’s thoughtsXiao Fan successfully passed the Lightning Tribulation, advancing to the Early Stage of Earth Immortal Realm.

He had a very strange feeling, as if the Lightning Tribulation was just a formality; it neither posed any threat to him nor allowed him to gain anything.

This Lightning Tribulation, apart from allowing him to awaken another 20 million particles, reaching 420 million Yuan Elephant particles, seemed to have no significant use, like a chicken rib—tasteless to eat, yet a pity to discard.

After spending a month, Xiao Fan finally emerged from the Lightning Tribulation.

The first thing he saw was Xin Xi standing guard outside the door.

The Zhao Linger standing beside her was automatically ignored by him.

She smiled gracefully, her beautiful eyes brimming with spring, possessing less vivacity than Xin Xi but more of an intelligent beauty that was both refined and wise.

Yu Yue!

”Young Master,” she said softly, her voice like celestial music and her Qi like fragrant orchids.

”Yu Yue?” Xiao Fan raised an eyebrow, and although he had a guess in his heart, he still wanted to confirm it.

”Mm,” Yu Yue nodded with a smile.

She wore a simple white immortal dress, cinched at her slender waist with a dark purple sash, her waterfall-like dark hair falling naturally, and her exquisitely beautiful face, free of any makeup, naturally exuded innate beauty.

Her straight, slender, and graceful legs, hidden beneath the long dress, appeared even more alluring, and her face, similar to Xin Xi’s, gave Xiao Fan the feeling of an intellectual and mature older sister.

Perhaps it was her identity as an Elder sister that bestowed upon her this temperament, which was also Yu Yue’s unique charm.

”Long time no see,” he said with a smile.

He then stepped forward and gave Yu Yue a hug.

Yu Yue was somewhat overwhelmed, thinking, ’Is Young Master so proactive?’

Back then, Young Master never touched her, making her think he looked down on her.

Clearly, Yu Yue did not understand the true nature of this old pervert well enough, which was why she was so surprised.

Yu Yue enjoyed Xiao Fan’s proactive embrace, her delicate hands unsure where to rest. ’If I hug the Saint, will he think I’m not reserved enough?’

Yu Yue wanted to act but dared not, caught in a struggle between heaven and man, while Zhao Linger on the side widened her pupils.

What!

Not only Master Xinxi, but even Yu Yue Shizun has fallen?

Panic filled her heart. ’What do I do? What do I do?’

’Both of my Revered Masters are infatuated with this man, so will I no longer receive my Revered Masters’ affection and revert to being that unwanted child?’

Zhao Linger was anxious, having run out of options. She exclaimed in a sweet voice:

”Little thief, what are you doing? You’re not allowed to treat Yu Yue Shizun like that! Let go of her!”

As if her own love was being stolen, Zhao Linger was extremely agitated at this moment.

Not tall enough, she flew up to pry open Xiao Fan’s hands that were holding Yu Yue.

Then she pushed Xiao Fan away, naturally standing in front of Yu Yue, hugging Yu Yue’s slender waist, pressing tightly against Yu Yue, and turning her head sharply to glare at him with hostility.

”This is my Revered Master, not yours! You, you are not allowed to lay your hands on my Revered Master!”

Yu Yue was still enjoying the warmth and that fleeting moment of joy, and being separated so forcefully left her somewhat flustered.

Xiao Fan was also like that. ’Little brat, go ahead and be mischievous now. If I don’t make you scream later, I won’t be called Xiao.’

Yu Yue looked at Zhao Linger, seeing her intense hostility towards Xiao Fan and feeling her panicked emotions, she could probably guess her thoughts.

She gently stroked Zhao Linger’s small head and said softly:

”Ling’er, there’s no need to be nervous. Young Master, he’s not a bad person.”

”He is, he is! I admit he has a bit of charm, and Master Xinxi is already completely infatuated with him. Now he won’t even spare Yu Yue Shizun. He is a bad person, a heinous criminal!”

Zhao Linger said.

Xiao Fan looked at her expression and understood the importance of Yu Yue and Xin Xi in Zhao Linger’s heart.

He said with a smile:

”Hehe, you are so weak that you can’t even defeat me. How can you protect your Revered Master?”

”You even lost to me and were supposed to be my maid. What, have you forgotten already?”

”I haven’t forgotten, but one thing is one thing. Revered Master is mine, not yours!” Zhao Linger, even at this point, did not deny the bet; she just felt that Yu Yue Shizun being with him was unacceptable.

”Young Master, Ling’er’s Heart-Nature is like this. You don’t need to take it to heart,” Yu Yue said softly, afraid that Xiao Fan would get angry at Zhao Linger.

”It’s nothing.”

Xiao Fan did not take Zhao Linger’s mischief to heart. The two walked and talked, returning to his residence.

Instead, he asked about Yu Yue’s recent situation and the matter of the Demonic Calamity.

Yu Yue truthfully reported.

”That Demonic Blood Emperor is indeed very strong, in the Primordial Great Luo Realm. I had no way to kill him due to insufficient strength, so I could only cut off half of his body.”

”Oh, and his remaining body is still in my hands. The remaining body of a Primordial Great Luo can barely be considered a supreme treasure. It should be quite good for refining Medicinal Pills as immortal materials or as spiritual fertilizer for a medicinal field.”

Yu Yue said with a smile, and as she spoke, she took out the half-piece of remaining body. The demonic might was vast, but it meekly curled into a ball, somewhat peculiar.

Xiao Fan’s expression was teasing. ’Insufficient strength, only cut off half his body?’

’How can you say such a thing!’

The two sat and talked for a long time, but there was no intimate contact because Zhao Linger clung to Yu Yue every step of the way.

Xiao Fan had just broken through and needed to stabilize his Realm, so Yu Yue did not stay long.

Young Master’s affairs, he has his own arrangements.

Xiao Fan diligently Cultivated, took out the Five Elements Exquisite Pagoda, and entered it.

He sparred with Wu Lingyun. Thankfully, he had a puppet that could Cultivate with him; otherwise, sitting in meditation would be so boring.

Witch, I need you to help me Cultivate!

...

Leaving Xiao Fan’s sleeping quarters, Zhao Linger finally released her tight grip on Yu Yue.

Yu Yue, changing from her usual kindness, put on an extremely serious face. She said lightly:

”I didn’t get angry at you just now. Do you know why?”

Zhao Linger timidly lowered her head. It was her first time seeing her Revered Master so serious. She weakly replied:

”Revered Master, I shouldn’t interfere with your feelings, but I just couldn’t help it.”

”If you both get together with him, will Ling’er no longer have anyone to dote on her?”

At this point, she felt a little wronged, her eyes moist and red, on the verge of tears.

Seeing her like this, Yu Yue couldn’t bring herself to speak.

Sigh, when will you ever grow up?

”Remember, Revered Master is only your guide. Your path must be walked by yourself. No one can always stay by your side, do you understand?”

Yu Yue said earnestly.

”Disciple knows her mistake.”

Just as Yu Yue was about to continue, an Elder, holding a Jade Slip, rushed over in a hurry.

”Palace Revered Master, the Eternal Gate, which opens once every ten thousand years, is about to open. The Saint Academy is presiding over the situation and has invited us to discuss the allocation of entry quotas for the Eternal Gate.”

”This is the Jade Slip. Please review it.”

The Female Elder presented the Jade Slip.

Yu Yue waved her jade hand, and the Jade Slip fell into her grasp. She lightly tapped it, and all the information within the Jade Slip appeared.

”Fellow Daoists, I am Zhu Tong, the Dean of the Eternal Saint Academy. The Eternal Gate is about to open, and I sincerely invite all forces in the Eternal Immortal Domain to discuss the plan for entering the Eternal Gate this time, so as to ensure that every force can benefit from it and strengthen our Eternal Immortal Domain.”

”As everyone knows, the reason our Eternal Immortal Domain is named ’Eternal’ is because of the Eternal Gate. The Eternal Gate is an Opportunity for our Eternal Immortal Domain. Our Saint Academy is taking the lead to preside over the overall situation for everyone, striving to fairly distribute the quotas for entering the Eternal Gate.”

”I hope all Fellow Daoists can come to our Saint Academy in a month to discuss the grand plan.”

After Yu Yue finished reading the Jade Slip, her expression turned slightly cold, and she waved her hand, scattering its contents.

”How shameless.”

”Before the expedition against the Demonic Calamity, there was already an allocation plan to divide the quotas for entering the Eternal Gate based on the size of military merits in that campaign.”

”Now, this Jade Slip makes no mention of the military merit division and, under the guise of fair distribution, wants to erase the military merits from this resistance against the Demonic Calamity. What a scheme!”

Yu Yue and Xin Xi established the Yaochi Immortal Palace, not contending or fighting, but that didn’t mean they would tolerate being bullied.

Young Master once taught me that if a path is impassable, open it with your fists.

It seems that force must be used.

Yu Yue’s expression turned slightly cold, and a faint, indifferent chill rose in her heart.

”You reply to the Saint Academy and see if they still remember the agreement on military merit distribution made when the Immortal Domain Alliance confronted the Demonic Calamity,” Yu Yue said lightly.

”Yes, I’ll go now,” the Female Elder nodded and said.

...

On the other side, in the Saint Academy of the Eternal Immortal Domain.

After issuing these Jade Slips, many Elders of the Saint Academy were full of doubts.

How is this different from what was originally said?

”Uh, back when the Demonic Calamity was rampant, in order to unite the forces of the Eternal Immortal Domain to resist the Demonic Calamity, our Saint Academy took the lead and said that the quotas for entering the Eternal Gate would be distributed according to the military merits of the Demonic Calamity war, right?”

”There was indeed such a thing.”

”After all, everyone has their own intentions, and without some benefit, they won’t be united.”

”At that time, the Demonic Calamity was fierce. If we couldn’t unite, we would inevitably be defeated one by one. Moreover, everyone was afraid of suffering damage and held back. The plan to distribute quotas based on military merit was to motivate the other major forces to resist the Demonic Calamity.”

”Now that the Demonic Calamity has been settled, if we don’t distribute according to military merit, will those people object?”

”Distribute according to military merit? Can your military merit compare to the Yaochi Holy Lord’s?”

”That’s true. I heard that she alone beat the Demonic Blood Emperor into a rout. Without a backbone, the Demonic Army quickly fell apart.”

”The Yaochi Holy Lord has rendered great service. If the quotas were truly distributed according to military merit, everyone else would only be able to watch the Yaochi Holy Land feast, at most getting a sip of soup.”

”But, by doing this, won’t we make her angry?”

”I admit she is strong, but does she really intend to fight our entire Immortal Domain alone?”

”This is not just our Saint Academy’s intention, but also the intention of other forces. We cannot let the Yaochi Holy Land monopolize the majority. The distribution agreement must be changed.”

”But she is so strong; she alone could beat the Demonic Blood Emperor into a rout. Of course, I’m not doubting our Dean’s strength. I’m just saying, if we are to oppose her, what should we do?”

”Does that even need to be asked? The Dean only needs to make a slight move to suppress the Yaochi Holy Lord.”

”I think what you said makes sense. If he didn’t have that strength, the Dean wouldn’t dare to write that.”

...

Not long after Dean Zhu Tong of the Eternal Saint Academy sent out the invitations, he received a response from the Yaochi Holy Land.

He looked at the content on the Jade Slip, feeling dismissive.

”An agreement? Isn’t an agreement meant to be broken?”

”When it comes to dividing benefits, who talks about agreements? Strength is the hard truth.”

He waved his hand and threw away the Jade Slip sent by the Yaochi Holy Land, completely unconcerned.

I am not a good-for-nothing like the Demonic Blood Emperor!

You wouldn’t think that just by beating a good-for-nothing, you can challenge me, would you?

Hmph, if you dare to question my authority, I will make you understand what domineering power is!
