I, the Destined Villain, Start by Controlling the Saint

Three treasuresXiao Fan felt that he was a two-faced person.

He acted like a jerk in front of his father, constantly exploding his Immortal Swords and gold coins, but in front of his mother, he was extremely well-behaved and sensible, a born good boy.

He put away his sword and walked towards his mother’s palace.

Xiao Fan’s mother loved peace and quiet; her palace was situated by the lake in the back mountains, where a gentle breeze blew, and the lake surface, under the sunlight, shimmered with ripples, possessing a unique tranquility and serenity.

A row of willows was planted by the lake; as the breeze blew, their soft branches swayed with the wind, resembling Yu’er Revered Master’s delicate waist, or Dragon Ningbing’s tender and beautiful Dragon tail.

At least, that’s what Xiao Fan thought.

“Damn, what am I thinking? I’m truly perverted!”

“Young Revered Master.”

Xiao Fan arrived in front of the palace, and the two maids at the entrance, seeing Xiao Fan approach, bowed in greeting.

“Where’s my mother?” Xiao Fan asked.

“Madam is currently teaching Young Miss Yuhong Daoist Magic. She said if Young Revered Master came, you could go straight in.”

“Understood,” Xiao Fan said, pushing the door open and stepping inside.

The decor of Xiao Fan’s mother’s palace was very simple; two red-leafed maple trees were planted in the courtyard, their flowers always blooming but never bearing fruit, perhaps due to a poor variety.

“Mother, I’m back!” Xiao Fan shouted loudly, his voice filled with obedience.

Yes, obedience!

He knew very well that in front of his mother, he had to maintain the image of a good boy.

In a courtyard, Lan Yuhong, who was meditating and Cultivating, felt something. The eyelashes on her beautiful eyes trembled slightly, and when she heard that familiar voice, her heart was filled with joy.

“Brother Xiao Fan is back!”

“Mother, it’s Brother Xiao Fan’s voice,” Lan Yuhong excitedly told Xiao Mother.

Xiao Fan’s mother, dignified and elegant, with an unparalleled beautiful face, also showed a hint of a smile, but she quickly reined it in and said indifferently:

“Why are you in such a hurry? Didn’t you say you wanted to Cultivate well, improve your Cultivation, become strong, and help him?”

Xiao Fan’s mother sat quietly on the meditation cushion, surrounded by radiant light and flowing Dao rhythm. Her entire being seemed to be in harmony with her body, and her body in harmony with the heavens. Every gesture and smile, besides her beauty, carried a vast and ethereal feeling.

Lan Yuhong immediately dared not make a sound. She only knew that her mother’s strength was formidable, and she was strict with herself, but she was also extremely kind, providing her with excellent Cultivation treatment, even closer than her biological mother.

Xiao Fan’s mother knew about her and Xiao Fan, so she treated her like her own daughter-in-law; closeness was normal.

Xiao Fan didn’t want to Cultivate, and his mother didn’t force him to Cultivate.

But Lan Yuhong not Cultivating? Unacceptable! If you don’t become stronger, how will you protect my son?

You two are a couple; in the future, you must take care of him personally, Cultivate diligently, and Cultivate fiercely for me.

Perhaps, all mothers are like this?

Seeing Lan Yuhong’s Not daring to say a word, Xiao Fan’s mother suddenly felt like an evil mother-in-law, bullying her daughter-in-law. Was she being too strict?

Lan Yuhong was indeed likable: resilient, gentle, and optimistic. She was already a beautiful person, and with so many added points, Xiao Fan’s mother also liked her very much.

“Alright, I know you don’t want to Cultivate. I’ll give you a day off, okay?”

“Hehe, thank you, Mother.”

Lan Yuhong immediately stopped her Cultivation. The sundial behind her, which emitted a seven-colored precious light and enveloped her, also gradually dimmed, and the flow of time around her sped up considerably—a time-based Magic Treasure.

At this moment, Lan Yuhong’s Body Integration Cultivation was immediately displayed.

Yes, with the help of Xiao Fan’s mother, Lan Yuhong’s Physique was developed to its fullest potential. Her Ice Soul Physique was adjusted, and she received ice-attribute Medicinal Pills, ice-attribute Magic Treasures, and even ice-attribute Cultivation Techniques.

Xiao Fan’s mother could always procure various items that suited her.

Without another word, Lan Yuhong’s figure flickered, leaving only a fragrant breeze as she rushed out the door.

“Youth is truly wonderful,” Xiao Fan’s mother said leisurely as she stood up.

Xiao Fan had just pushed open the door and hadn’t walked a few steps when a graceful figure, carrying a fragrant breeze, rushed before him.

A light blue long dress, gently flowing Immortal Qi, and a face that was both fresh and tender, brimming with vitality.

Lan Yuhong, full of joy, descended from the sky like a Fairy, wearing a beautiful, gentle smile, appearing before Xiao Fan. She was a little reserved, not daring to make too grand a gesture.

She simply held her hands in front of her lower abdomen, her excitement mixed with shy longing.

“Brother Xiao Fan, you’re back,” she said, her lips curving uncontrollably upwards, her bright, intelligent eyes seeming to glow, sparkling.

“Yuhong, long time no see,” Xiao Fan said with a smile.

Girls change a lot as they grow up; two years had allowed Lan Yuhong to complete her transformation. Before, she was fresh with a hint of tenderness.

Now, the freshness was gradually fading, while sweetness and vivacity quietly took over her pretty face.

Lan Yuhong’s long black hair fell softly, with loose strands by her temples slightly covering her cheeks, giving her a shy and timid appearance. A blue jade Phoenix hairpin adorned her head, coiling her soft black hair.

A light blue long dress covered her graceful figure. This long dress perfectly showcased her Physique; her bust was not very prominent but had a charming tenderness.

She had grown quite a bit taller, her straight, slender jade legs were delicate and beautiful, and her jade feet were encased in a pair of Spirit Cloud Boots, which were entirely white, embroidered with a blue floral pattern and a red cloud resembling a sunset.

Lan Yuhong was beautiful, more beautiful than most people, but Xiao Fan was never short of beauties around him. She carried a refreshing Aura like a girl next door, that shy yet sweet feeling, like a delicate young lady.

This point was extremely charming, and moreover, the two of them were originally (honorary) siblings, which made this attribute even more attractive to Xiao Fan.

Xiao Fan smiled and opened his arms. Lan Yuhong’s smile grew even wider, and similarly, her face was flushed crimson. Although she had been intimate with Xiao Fan before, such things still made her a little shy.

Nevertheless, she couldn’t help but throw herself into Xiao Fan’s embrace, her pair of soft, boneless, fair arms tightly hugging Xiao Fan.

At the same time, with eagerness mixed with nostalgia, she buried her pretty face in his chest, as if doing so could hide her blushing face.

Lan Yuhong softly hummed with tender affection, “Brother Xiao Fan.”

Xiao Fan felt a little restless. Lan Yuhong had grown up; her delicate body pressed tightly against Xiao Fan, and the subtle fragrance from her body was intoxicating, emanating a faint floral scent, like a freshly bloomed delicate flower, captivating and fragrant.

He placed his hand on Lan Yuhong’s back, gently caressing her beautiful back, smoothing her black hair, and lightly stroking her rosy cheek, saying, “Are you in such a hurry?”

“No, I just want Brother Xiao Fan to feel how much Yuhong misses you.” Her voice grew softer and softer as she spoke, until it was as faint as a mosquito’s buzz.

Her pair of soft, boneless hands clasped Xiao Fan even tighter, as if to ease her nervousness.

At this moment, warmth mingled with innocence, and the two stood there quietly, like lovers falling in love for the first time.

A gentle breeze blew, dislodging the strands of black hair by Lan Yuhong’s temples, making her appear even more graceful and lithe.

Cough, cough!

A light cough broke the scene of the two meeting.

The dignified and elegant noblewoman, a gentle smile gracing her lips, looked at the two of them.

Upon hearing the sound, Lan Yuhong instantly bristled like a startled kitten, yet she couldn’t help but push Xiao Fan away.

Then she stood obediently to the side, nervously fiddling with the hem of her clothes, her head bowed low, afraid that anyone would see her embarrassed appearance at that moment.

“How could I do such a thing? Mother is still inside,” Lan Yuhong thought she had lost her mind, not considering the actual situation at all.

Xiao Fan, however, whispered in her ear, “You go first. I’ll come find you later.”

“Okay,” Lan Yuhong whispered.

Then she nodded to Xiao Fan’s mother and darted away in a flash, disappearing from sight.

It was clear that she was indeed a bit nervous.

“Mother, your son is back. Did you miss me?” Xiao Fan walked over with a beaming smile, like an obedient son, massaging her shoulders.

Xiao Mother merely hummed and said, “You forget your mother when you have a wife. You came here and didn’t even greet me first, just got intimate with Yuhong. How could you miss me? You clearly only missed Yuhong.”

This was the first time his mother had shown displeasure in front of him. Xiao Fan didn’t refute, only said with a chuckle:

“How could that be? There’s only one mother, but many women. In my heart, Mother, you are always the most beautiful and gentle.”

Upon hearing these words, Xiao Mother’s brows furrowed even deeper. She said:

“Just one Yuhong made you forget your own mother, and you still want many women?”

Huh?

Xiao Fan was stunned. Are women’s thoughts really that peculiar?

“Oh, I was just using exaggeration to indirectly highlight how Mother is the most beautiful, gentle, dignified, virtuous, and graceful in the world. Don’t mind such details,” Xiao Fan said, linking his arm with hers.

Upon hearing Xiao Fan’s words, though a bit glib, she was still very happy in her heart.

Although she often said that a grown son is beyond his mother’s control, her concern for Xiao Fan had never diminished. She began to check Xiao Fan’s Cultivation.

Her beautiful eyes sparkled as she scanned Xiao Fan’s Cultivation and Physique, a little surprised.

It wasn’t about his Cultivation, as she had witnessed every one of Xiao Fan’s Undergoing Tribulation and Breakthroughs. It was just that Xiao Fan’s Physique was very powerful.

His body seemed to be composed of countless powerful particles; this power was relative to normal people, and to her, it was nothing significant.

“Xiao Fan, do you have a Body Refining Cultivation Technique? How is your body as strong as a savage elephant, your Aura like a Dragon, and your blood Qi like a humanoid Vicious Beast?”

“Hehe, powerful, right? You have to see whose son I am. Your son must be powerful,” he said proudly.

“I thought you might have an unstable Foundation from Breaking through too quickly, but it seems I worried too much,” she said with a smile.

Xiao Fan really enjoyed spending time with his mother. After all, she always pampered him unconditionally. When Xiao Fan was little, he was a bit lazy and didn’t like to Cultivate, but she never said anything, just let him grow.

When he wanted to work hard and Cultivate diligently, his mother would pave the way for his Cultivation, arranging people to teach him. Her gentleness and virtuousness were truly not just empty words.

Xiao Mother also felt a bit emotional. Her son suddenly returned, saying he was about to Ascend, which caught her off guard.

Her son, whom she hadn’t seen for a long time, had suddenly grown up and was about to Ascend, which made Xiao Mother feel both relieved and a little lost.

Would her son distance himself from her after he grew up?

She was a sentimental person, but she only smiled kindly at Xiao Fan, saying nothing else, afraid of burdening him psychologically.

Xiao Fan felt it in his heart; he could feel his mother’s concern for him. “When a child travels far, a mother worries”—that was probably the meaning.

Finally, as Xiao Fan was about to leave, Xiao Mother called out to him.

“Mother, is there anything else?” Xiao Fan asked.

“No, just thinking that you are about to achieve Immortal Ascension, I am happy from the bottom of my heart. I have prepared a few things for you; perhaps they will be useful in the future.”

Xiao Mother took out a Storage Ring and a brand-new small booklet. She said softly:

“The things inside are what I prepared for you long ago, a total of one hundred and eight kinds.

There are too many, and I was afraid you wouldn’t remember them all, so I wrote you a small booklet with detailed instructions for each item.”

“But I’m afraid you’re too lazy and won’t bother to read it, so I’ll just tell you about a few important ones.”

With that, she pointed with her jade hand, and three points of light burst from the Storage Ring. Three Immortal Artifacts, enveloped in light, appeared before Xiao Fan.

One hundred and eight items?
