HP: I AM SHERLOCK HOLMES

Harry had indeed enjoyed chatting with Cho Chang very much.

Due to his childhood environment, he hadn’t actually had many friends.

Because no one at school wanted to play with him—after all, no one wanted to offend Dudley’s gang.

Female classmates were even more out of the question. Even after coming to Hogwarts, he hadn’t had much contact with them.

So, Cho Chang was actually Harry’s first female friend besides Hermione.

In this situation, he unconsciously began comparing the two.

He found that Cho Chang was not only beautiful but also spoke nicely.

More importantly, she shared common interests with him.

From their conversation, Harry learned that she really loved Quidditch and was a fan of the Tutshill Tornadoes.

Additionally, she would join the Ravenclaw team next year as an official Quidditch player.

Even her position was the same as his—Seeker.

In today’s match between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, although she hadn’t played, she had still participated in the entire game as a substitute team member.

This was also why she had apologized earlier.

Harry naturally didn’t mind such things—friendship first, competition second!

Even if Gryffindor lost to Ravenclaw, it wouldn’t affect their friendship.

In short, Harry and Cho Chang found more and more in common and chatted more and more happily. When Madam Pomfrey came to send Cho Chang away, both were still reluctant to end their conversation.

Harry even learned an interesting fact from Cho Chang: in the Asian countries, people’s custom is to put the surname first and given name last.

So, the correct way to say her name should be ”Chang Cho.”

But it wasn’t a big problem.

Because their way of addressing each other had already changed from ”Potter” and ”Chang” to ”Harry” and ”Cho.”

After Cho Chang left, Harry couldn’t help feeling somewhat melancholic.

Just then, Madam Pomfrey told him good news, ”Professor Dumbledore said you’re allowed to attend the feast.”

”Wonderful!”

Harry was so happy he almost jumped out of bed.

Staying in the hospital all this time had been so boring!

However, although she agreed to let Harry attend the dinner, Madam Pomfrey was obviously not entirely approving of Dumbledore’s suggestion.

”I don’t think he realizes the potential dangers of the feast.”

Harry was somewhat amused.

Voldemort had escaped, Quirrell was already defeated—he really didn’t think there could be any potential dangers at the feast.

Of course, in this situation, he was smart enough not to say anything.

As long as he could be discharged, he wouldn’t mind if Madam Pomfrey made him clean the entire hospital.

However, before leaving, Madam Pomfrey still stopped him, insisting on giving him one more physical examination.

It was precisely because of this that when he arrived at the Great Hall, it was already full of people.

Since it was the last day of the school year, the atmosphere in the Great Hall was particularly cheerful.

Influenced by the environment, Harry’s steps became much lighter.

However, because he was the savior of the wizarding world and had arrived late, his entrance naturally attracted the attention of everyone in the hall.

The entire Great Hall suddenly fell silent for a moment, then resumed as if nothing had happened.

But everyone’s gaze was focused on Harry at that moment.

Under the watchful eyes of all the teachers and students, Harry lowered his head and quickened his pace to the Gryffindor table.

Only after sitting next to Sherlock did, he breathe a long sigh of relief.

Because those craning necks trying to see him were blocked by Sherlock.

He always felt that only when beside Sherlock did he receive less attention.

”Your expression tells me you had a very pleasant chat with the Ravenclaw girls earlier.”

Sherlock had also spent a bit too much time with Professor Flitwick at the Three Broomsticks, so he had also just arrived and enjoyed the attention of the entire school.

However, unlike Harry, others’ attention had no effect on him whatsoever.

Now, seeing Harry and looking him up and down twice, he teased, ”I thought you would have gotten used to this kind of attention over the past year.”

”Oh, Sherlock, please spare me!”

Harry said quietly, ”You’re clearly the one who defeated Voldemort, I really don’t know why they’re all looking at me like this...”

Harry had never had any qualms about saying Voldemort’s name, and after receiving guidance from both Sherlock and Dumbledore, he had even less psychological burden about it.

”No, my dear friend.”

Sherlock looked at Harry and said seriously: ”You know, this is the one point where I agree with Dumbledore.

This time, without you, Quirrell, possessed by Voldemort, wouldn’t have been easily defeated.”

He was telling the truth—the protective charm left by Harry’s mother was practically a powerful lethal weapon against Voldemort.

”But...”

Harry wanted to say more, but Hermione, sitting on Sherlock’s other side, couldn’t help saying:

”Please, if you two are going to discuss this, at least pay attention to the setting!”

Sherlock remained unmoved, but Harry followed Hermione’s gaze and immediately saw Ron’s completely lifeless expression.

Regarding Sherlock and Harry’s habit of casually mentioning Voldemort, he felt both admiration and distress.

He admired their courage but was distressed that these two guys completely disregarded his feelings.

However, since even Hermione had said so, kind-hearted Harry naturally wouldn’t bring up the topic again. Instead, he began asking Sherlock how he had figured out who Harry had been with earlier.

Seeing that Sherlock and Harry had finally stopped discussing Voldemort, Ron couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief.

He quietly gave Hermione a thumbs up, then said irritably:

”Look at Malfoy’s expression—I really want to punch him in the nose...”

Ron said this because he was annoyed with the Slytherin students.

Dumbledore clearly understood the principle that blocking was not as good as channeling, so after concealing the content about Voldemort, he had deliberately released a processed version of events.

The Lion King and the Boy Who Lived had led others through multiple barriers set up by Hogwarts professors, and in the final barrier had defeated a Defense Against the Dark Arts professor who had been well-disguised, successfully preventing his plot to steal the Philosopher’s Stone.

This was the ”truth” circulating among teachers and students.

This kind of thing sounded very much in line with Gryffindor’s character.

Sherlock and Harry had also received countless gifts from admirers.

But still.

Slytherin had won the House Cup for the seventh consecutive year.

Of course, in Hogwarts’ thousand-year history, it wasn’t rare for a house to win the House Cup for several consecutive years, though it wasn’t common either.

But today happened to be the year-end feast, and the most important theme was the House Cup.

Not to mention that at this very moment, the entire Great Hall was decorated with Slytherin’s green and silver colors, and a huge banner with the Slytherin serpent hung on the wall behind the staff table.

In such an environment, it was hard not to think about this matter.

”I suggest you’d better not do that.”

Hearing Ron’s words, Sherlock glanced in that direction, then looked away. ”He won’t be laughing much longer.”

”What did you say?”

Hearing Sherlock say this, Ron couldn’t help but cry out.

Because he was too excited, his voice inevitably became louder.

The nearby students didn’t say anything about it.

After all, Ron was also one of the ”others” who had followed the Lion King and the Boy Who Lived to defeat the evil professor, so he deserved that much respect.

But his behavior drew Percy’s displeasure.

”Ronald, you need to mind the occasion.”

Percy put on his airs as both older brother and prefect, saying seriously:

”This is the year-end feast!

The seventh-years are about to graduate, and Professor Dumbledore will arrive soon...

I don’t want Gryffindor, already at the bottom, to lose more points because Professor Snape catches you misbehaving.”

”But... but Percy, Sherlock said Malfoy won’t be laughing much longer.”

”So, what... wait, what did you say?”

Percy immediately turned his attention to Sherlock upon hearing this.

As a prefect, his information channels were naturally broader than ordinary students.

It could be said that except for Harry, Hermione, Ron, and a few others, he was the student who knew Sherlock’s abilities best.

These prefects, regardless of their usual relationships, always shared information with each other.

Last Christmas, if the Weasley twins hadn’t dragged him away with the reason ”you must stay with your family today,” he would have sat with the prefects from the other three houses.

Because of this, he was also well aware of Sherlock’s usual practice of accepting commissions from other houses.

Moreover, just recently, he had received subtle hints from Professor McGonagall.

Sherlock’s abilities had received official recognition from the school.

In this situation, Sherlock’s words carried significant reference value.

Thinking of this, Percy’s voice couldn’t help but tremble, ”Holmes, do you mean...”

You couldn’t blame him for losing composure.

Ever since Percy entered school, Slytherin had been the House Cup champion.

He had gone from first-year to fifth-year, from a newcomer to Gryffindor’s prefect, but Slytherin was still the champion.

Today’s occasion especially reminded him of the terror of being dominated by the snake house.

But from Sherlock’s tone, it seemed there might still be hope?

”This is actually quite simple—a little thought would make it clear,” Sherlock said calmly. ”Recent events haven’t been factored in yet.”

”That’s right!”

Percy immediately understood.

Being able to break through barriers set up by professors consecutively, face a professor alone at the final moment, and successfully prevent his conspiracy.

Although the ones who accomplished all this were the Lion King and the Boy Who Lived...

They were still first-year students!

Just thinking about such a thing seemed amazing, and now it had actually been accomplished.

If this didn’t earn points, it would be truly unreasonable!
