A Journey That Changed The World.

Chapter 1572: Now Stop Wiggling Around

Archer looked into Isisʼs big pink eyes, putting a smile on his face, causing the little girl to give him a gummy grin. This scene was adorable, and he pulled her into a tight cuddle. She nuzzled into him as Tarek started crying. Nefertiti brought him over, only for the boy to be dragged into the pile.

He held the twins, who quickly fell asleep against his chest as he let out a yawn before going back to sleep. ʼʼIʼm gonna rest with them, wake me up if anything happens.ʼʼ

The succubus beamed. ʼʼAlright, my love. Iʼm going to get some dinner then take a long, hot bath,ʼʼ she happily revealed. ʼʼThese little gremlins are too much work sometimes, but it makes my heart race that I gave you your first son.ʼʼ

Archer glanced down at the white-haired boy who was snuggled up on his chest while his sister was curled up in his arm as he replied. ʼʼThank you, Nefi, heʼs adorable and everything I wanted in a son.ʼʼ

ʼʼThe skin difference doesnʼt bother you?ʼʼ she asked nervously.

ʼʼWhy would you ask such a thing? Iʼve been with you for nearly six years, and you think Tarek being brown bothers me?ʼʼ he questioned, smiling. ʼʼI can see myself in him, and I have pale white skin, I look sick, but no, it doesnʼt matter to me. I feel my blood flowing through his body.ʼʼ

Nefertiti visibly relaxed as a bright expression appeared on her pretty face. ʼʼThatʼs good, I know it was stupid. I just wanted to make sure.ʼʼ

Archer laughed before ushering her out. ʼʼNow go get some food and relax in your bath, gorgeous.ʼʼ

He waved his arm, and several things appeared in the young womanʼs hands, prompting her to ask. ʼʼWhat are these?ʼʼ

ʼʼBath bombs from Earth,ʼʼ he answered. ʼʼYouʼll love them. Let me know what you think when you come back for the twins.ʼʼ

Following that, he fell asleep cuddling Isis and Tarek while Nefertiti went to relax thanks to him giving her a break. While lying there, Seraʼs voice echoed in his mind. ʼArch! Can you look after this little Dragoness! Sheʼs being a nuisance and wonʼt let me sleep!ʼ

Archer let out a chuckle, his eyes lit up as he agreed. With a playful grin, he summoned his cheeky daughter. The little redhead appeared, letting out a squeak in confusion, her curls bouncing, and plopped onto the bed with a puzzled expression, her wide eyes scanning the scene.

For a moment, Ravenaʼs lip quivered as if she might burst into tears, but then her gaze landed on him lying there, and her face lit up with pure joy. Giggling, she scrambled across the bed, her tiny hands patting the soft blankets as she made her way toward him. Her adorable babbles filled the air, a sweet mix of nonsensical sounds and excited squeals.

Unable to resist, Archer scooped her up into his arms, pulling her close for a cuddle. She nestled against him, her small body fitting perfectly, her fiery red curls tickling his chin. As she settled in, Ravenaʼs energy began to fade, replaced by a serene calm. The little girl tucked her head into the crook of his neck, her warm breath soft against his skin.

Within moments, her eyelids fluttered shut, and she drifted into a peaceful slumber. Tiny, rhythmic snores escaped her, each one a gentle reminder of the quiet trust and love between them. He held her close, his heart swelling with affection as he watched his daughter sleep, the room filled with the soft, comforting sound of her little snores.

Archer fell back to sleep only to wake up hours later with more bodies on him. He opened his eyes only to see that Freya, Keoma, Kela, Evelyn, Amelia, Selina, and Elise had joined their cuddle pile. This scene put a smile on his face as he kissed each one, making them murmur as a smile appeared on their little faces.

ʼDid all the women want a break?ʼ he chuckled to himself.

He soon realized it was nighttime and checked on each of his children to make sure they were safe. Satisfied, he fell asleep, surrounded by his eleven babues. The heartwarming sight brought smiles to the faces of his women, who captured the moment in mana photos and shared them with the harem, making all of them happy.

By the time he woke up the next morning, Freya and Ravena were already awake, sitting up, looking at him with big smiles. This made him laugh, but he greeted them. ʼʼHello, my little ladies. Do you both want something to eat?ʼʼ

Seeing the sparkle in their eyes, Archer gently moved the other children to ensure none could slip off the bed. He then scooped Freya into his right arm and Ravena into his left, channeling his mana to control the bottles so he could feed them. The two girls reveled in his attention, basking in the warmth of his care as he doted on the duo.

Following this, he fed both girls and winded them by rubbing their backs until they burped, just as the others woke up and wanted the same treatment. Without waiting, Archer cast Time Warp around the room to give himself enough time to tend to each baby. The next girl he scooped up was little Amelia, her pink eyes watching him full of love.

She gave him the biggest, gummiest smile before he spoke. ʼʼYou, I love you and your siblings so much, now stop wiggling around, you little worm.ʼʼ

This put a smile on little Ameliaʼs face as she babbled out something. Archer gathered she said she loved him too, followed by her sisters and brother, who also let out a chorus of baby noises. He looked at the crowd of babies and spoke. ʼʼThank you, everyone, but letʼs start getting you fed. I donʼt want to be bitten again.ʼʼ

Freya giggled at his words, then playfully nibbled the back of his arm with her gums. He gasped in mock fright, making her erupt into a belly laugh before she tumbled onto the bed in delight. He didnʼt give her a chance to recover and started tickling her, making his oldest laugh even more.

Archer spent joyful moments with his children until their mothers arrived to take them outside. They shared their plan to let the little ones enjoy the gardenʼs warmth before winter set in, and he nodded in agreement. He helped prepare the children, dressing them for the outing, and bid them a fond farewell with smiles and hugs.

Afterward, he teleported to the mountain palace to check on Yevdokiya Novgorod, who he expected would be awake by now. When arriving in her room, he noticed the enemy princess was still asleep, causing him to grow concerned. He approached and scanned her using his mana, only to realize her body was being repaired.

The Terravian poison destroyed most of her inside; the only thing still keeping her going was her healed heart and his mana. Archer was worried and summoned Brooke, who was due to give birth soon. When the brunette appeared, her smile grew bright as she hugged him. ʼʼMy darling! Itʼs been some time since Iʼve seen you, but thatʼs my fault. I get mood swings when pregnant and donʼt want to argue with you.ʼʼ

ʼʼDonʼt worry about it,ʼʼ he brushed it off. ʼʼHow have you been?ʼʼ

Brooke looked around, only to sit down, only for him to notice she was tired, but before he could do anything, she answered. ʼʼTired and drained, I need to rest because this little girl will come soon, in the next week, I believe.ʼʼ

Archerʼs eyes widened, but the older woman waved it away, asking. ʼʼNow what did you need with me?ʼʼ

ʼʼCould you see why she isnʼt waking up?ʼʼ he pointed to the sleeping Yevdokiya.

Brooke smiled before standing up and approaching the sleeping young woman as her green eyes glowed. She stared at her for a few minutes before revealing. ʼʼI think sheʼll wake up in a week or two. Your mana is fueling her healing, but thanks to the poison coming from a Demi Godʼs blood, itʼs causing her to stay in a coma.ʼʼ

ʼʼWell, thatʼs better than nothing,ʼʼ he responded, approaching the bed and standing beside his wife. ʼʼI thought if we heal her and bring her over to Draconiaʼs to show that weʼre not as bad as the Alliance makes out.ʼʼ

ʼʼThatʼs a good idea, but Iʼm going to leave you here, darling,ʼʼ Brooke said, looking even more exhausted than she did when she first got here. ʼʼSorry, but I need to sleep for a while.ʼʼ

Archer quickly agreed and sent her back to the other palace before teleporting to Orientia to check on the wall. Once there, he found Maeve, Ashoka, and Inara sitting in one of the towers. When the trio saw him, they smiled just as he spoke. ʼʼIʼm glad you girls can use my mana to teleport; itʼs a useful skill.ʼʼ

The Tigress agreed with a warm smile. ʼʼYes, it is, we can be anywhere we want to be and surprise the enemy,ʼʼ she said with a toothy smile.
