Naruto folded his hands and said.

”I know you wouldn’t be able to accept the gap between us, thanks to Kyubi’s Chakra. That was all you needed to improve your Sharingan.”

”But I want you to remember something, Sasuke. That Curse Mark isn’t a real strength. It’s Orochimaru’s Senjutsu Chakra.”

”While it does help you get stronger, compared to Sage Mode, it’s actually really bad.”

”You can understand it like this. Curse Mark equals the Chakra I gave you, while Sage Mode equals the entirety of Nine-Tails Chakra.”

Sasuke took a deep breath and said.

”So, are you asking me to abandon this Curse Mark?”

Naruto waved his finger.

”Learning Sage Mode requires Kage Level Chakra, which you do not have. So for now, this Curse Mark isn’t actually bad for you.”

”But you also have to understand. This Curse Mark makes you subservient to Orochimaru.”

”Of course, from my understanding of you, it will not happen. But the problem is that it will make you more emotionally volatile.”

”You saw me use Kyubi’s Chakra during the second test, right? It’s exactly like that, but ten times more.”

”And, I am also ten times more optimistic than you. So, you can imagine how much it will enhance your negative emotions.”

Sasuke clenched his fist and said.

”It doesn’t matter. As long as I get the power to defeat Itachi Uchiha.”

Naruto couldn’t help but feel a headache at the thought of that.

Sasuke’s revenge was quite deep. Sasuke would indeed go to any length to get the power to defeat Itachi Uchiha.

Naruto slapped himself on the forehead and said.

”Idiot! That’s exactly what he wants. While I might not know anything about the Uchiha Clan, my father knows a lot about them.”

”Do you really think Itachi spared your life for nothing? It’s clear that he wants to get your Sharingan.”

Sasuke immediately grabbed Naruto by his collar and asked.

”What do you mean? What do you know about Itachi?”

Naruto snorted.

”I don’t know a shit about him. All I know is that your father couldn’t defeat my father despite having the same eyes as your brother.”

When Sasuke heard that, his hands dropped in shock.

”H-h-how can that be? If my father had the same eyes as that man, why couldn’t he kill that man?”

Naruto answered.

”Because the more you use Mangekyo Sharingan, the more damage your eyes suffer until you go completely blind.”

”And this problem can only be solved by taking the eyes of his brother and fusing them with his eyes.”

”Both must be blood-related and have Mangekyo Sharingan. Do you understand now?”

”Your brother wants you to fall into darkness so that you can awaken Mangekyo Sharingan.”

”But just awakening Mangekyo Sharingan isn’t enough to fight him. Unfortunately, by that time, you will fall into so much darkness that you wouldn’t even think about Itachi’s strength.”

”And, that’s exactly what he wants. Of course, this is just a theory my father presented based on what he knows about Sharingan.”

At this moment, Shino spoke.

”Naruto-san, is it okay for me to listen to all this?”

Naruto patted him on the shoulder and said.

”You, Shikamaru, Choji, Kiba, Sakura, Ino, Hinata, Sasuke, and even Lee, Tenten, Neji, and I are from the same generation.”

”We are from the same village. Despite our differences, we can only make our village stronger by working together.”

”So, there is no reason to hide this from you.”

Shino touched his sunglasses and lowered them slightly before saying.

”Thank you, Naruto-san!”

He looked at Sasuke, who was in utter confusion, and said.

”Sasuke-san, Naruto is right about one thing. Despite our differences, we can only get stronger if we are together.”

”Naruto-san never told you to stop using that Curse Mark. He only wants you to use it as the last trump card, nothing more.”

”And, you have Sharingan. Once you awaken your Mangekyo Sharingan and defeat Itachi, you can take his Sharingan to awaken those eyes.”

”Then, you will not need to rely on Kyubi’s Chakra or Curse Mark.”

Hearing his words, Sasuke slowly calmed down. His emotions began to be suppressed by his logical mind, and the Sharingan also disappeared.

He took a deep breath and looked at two of them.

”I understand. I will not let my hatred cloud my emotions and let Itachi take advantage of my situation.”

Naruto bitterly smiled. Even till now, the only thing that truly affected Sasuke was Itachi.

But he didn’t care. He knew Sasuke would soon learn the truth from his parents. He just wanted to make sure Sasuke wouldn’t rely on the Curse Mark.

Orochimaru couldn’t make Sasuke subservient, but he could indeed enhance Sasuke’s negative emotions.

But they weren’t exactly what Sasuke needed to awaken Sharingan. He needed truth, and he would only get the truth when he was ready to bear it.

”Shikamaru-san won!”

Shino spoke.

”What? That guy didn’t give up?” Naruto shouted in shock as he ran towards the railing and watched the crowd cheer for Shikamaru.

It turned out Naruto had created too much debris on the ground, and these things had shadows.

Using those shadows, Shikamaru could continuously increase the range of his Shadow Imitation Jutsu.

And that’s exactly what he did.

After running for a long time and making Temari lower her guard, he immediately resorted to using those shadows to enhance his shadow.

Then, he used Shadow Strangle Jutsu on Temari, forcing her to admit defeat.

Of course, Temari wasn’t going all out here, but it was quite surprising that Shikamaru would win here.

”Did the sun rise from the west today?” Naruto turned back and asked.

Sasuke snorted.

”Humph! Isn’t it because of you that we didn’t get to see this battle clearly?”

Shino spoke.

”Sasuke-san, it’s your turn next!”

Sasuke nodded and used Body Flicker Jutsu.

Gaara also used Body Flicker Jutsu and appeared in front of Sasuke.

”Sasuke Uchiha, mother would love to drink your blood.”
