”Why do you think so?”

Naruto asked and immediately continued.

”Why do you think humans can’t do this?”

”Because that much cutting force should’ve ripped your inner organs and killed you a long time ago.”

Neji gritted his teeth as he said.

Naruto didn’t reject his answer. It was true. He nodded and said.

”That’s true. Normally, a wind chakra can cut through anything. So, running wind chakra inside my body should’ve cut my inner organs.”

”So, I am asking you this question. Why do you think humans can’t do this? Think it carefully before answering it!”

His voice wasn’t loud, but the ninjas around him still heard it.

They were stunned when they heard the crazy act that Naruto was doing. They didn’t have Byakugan, so they couldn’t see it.

”Kakashi, is Naruto really doing this?” Guy asked.

Kakashi nodded his head.

”I didn’t notice it at first, but then I used my Sharingan. With Sharingan’s ability to see Chakra flow and color, I found that Naruto was running Wind Chakra inside of his body.”

”Although it is very risky, for some reason, it isn’t harming him. Or rather, Naruto seemed to have adapted to this.”

Hearing that, Guy’s expression got serious as he looked at Naruto and said.

”But it shouldn’t be possible. Running a nature transformation chakra inside the body can kill a ninja.”

Kakashi shook his head and said.

”You are forgetting something, Guy. Naruto is not just a ninja.”

At this moment, the Third Hokage seemed quite confused and alarmed by Naruto’s action.

Although he knew Naruto had inherited Minato’s memories, he didn’t know that Naruto had trained like this.

’Damn it! Why didn’t Jiraiya tell me about this? No, why did Jiraiya let Naruto do something like this?’

In fact, Jiraiya did consider telling him, but after watching Naruto’s training for fifteen days, he realized that he didn’t need to.

While Naruto was doing something risky, he seemed to have complete control of the situation.

He wasn’t reckless enough to start with Wind Chakra. Instead, he started with Water Chakra, which was dangerous but not deadly.

With Nine Tails and Uzumaki’s healing capabilities, he was able to heal his body and adapt to the changes brought by this kind of Chakra.

So, Jiraiya didn’t tell Hiruzen about Naruto’s training methods.

On the other hand, Fourth Kazekage, aka Orochimaru, looked at Naruto with a smirk and said.

”It seems like you have quite a talented shinobi, Lord Hokage!”

”Hoho! Naruto isn’t talented. He just works hard, Lord Kazekage!” Hiruzen chuckled as he replied.

Despite what he was thinking, he didn’t let anyone notice the change in his expression.

At this moment, Neji seemed to have come up with an answer.

”Regeneration! You used that Chakra to recover from the damage caused by the Wind chakra and slowly let your body adapt to it.”

Naruto smiled and said.

”That’s right! Without that Chakra, I wouldn’t have attempted to do this. But, do you know why I wanted to do this?”

Neji narrowed his eyes and asked.

”To defeat me?”

Naruto shook his head.

”Not exactly! To defeat you, I can still rely on Ninjutsu. After all, you’re a Taijutsu-type ninja.”

”With my Chakra Reserves, as long as I keep using Wind Release Ninjutsu, I can easily keep you at a distance and fight you until you run out of Chakra.”

His eyes suddenly turned serious as he continued.

”During my first test, I performed horribly. That means my chances of being a Chunin have gone downhill.”

”But, I still want to become a Chunin, and the only way that I can become one is if I show enough strength.”

He slowly raised his right hand and moved his four fingers, saying.

”So, I will defeat you at your strongest. Let’s see who wins, Neji! Your Taijutsu or mine!”

Neji was angry, but he was also determined to win this battle.

”Then, I will not lose.”

Both of them sprinted towards each other at the same time. This time, Neji didn’t try to hold back and went directly for Sixty Four Palms.

[Eight Trigrams- Sixty Four Palms]

[Two Palms] [Two Palms]

Neji started with two slaps on Naruto’s Tenketsu points, but Naruto managed to block them.

[Four Palms]

Neji’s hand speed increased so fast that even Naruto was flustered and unable to block them.

[Eight Palms] [Sixteen Palms] [Thirty-two Palms]

Naruto was unable to block anything after four palms. By the time Neji finished his sixty-four palms, most of Naruto’s tenketsu points were blocked.

But Neji didn’t back down. Instead, he started throwing another series of Eight Trigrams Sixty Four Palms.

But this time, Naruto didn’t let him continue.

Instead, he immediately charged forward with a punch to his face, a chop on his neck, a kick to his leg, and an uppercut to his chin.

Bang!

Neji flew up and rolled in mid-air a few times before landing several meters away from Naruto.

”Cough! Cough!”

He started coughing up blood. He clenched his fist with an expression of resentment on his face.

Everything he believed in, everything he strived for, came crashing down in this battle.

At this moment, Naruto looked at him and said.

”Impure Reincarnation Jutsu, Flying Thunder God Jutsu, Bringer of Darkness Jutsu, Sensory Capabilities, and Water Release Jutsu comparable to Mizukage.”

”That’s what Second Hokage represented, and his arsenal represented a complete set of counterattack Uchiha.”

”Neji, you overestimate a capability of someone’s birth and underestimate human potential.”

”Just because you were born at Hyuga Clan doesn’t mean you are the strongest at Taijutsu.”

”Just because I was dead last before graduation doesn’t mean I can’t grow strong.”

At this moment, Naruto released the full force of his Wind chakra. At this moment, not a single tenketsu point was blocked.

”This is my counterattack to you, Neji. I put Wind Chakra in every single Tenketsu point of my body.”

”So, your strongest attack now has no effect on me! You lose, Neji!”

At this moment, Neji gritted his teeth and slowly got to his feet.

”You may be right about me underestimating human potential, but this doesn’t mean I am wrong.”

”A person’s limits are determined by their birth. A person’s fate is sealed the moment he is born.”
