Sasuke wasn’t a loser like Naruto.

He understood what Naruto meant, and by connecting the dots, he could easily find out about Naruto’s parents’ identity.

Well, at least one of them.

He was genuinely surprised that Naruto’s father was the Fourth Hokage. It didn’t make sense considering Naruto’s status in the village.

But he didn’t think much about it.

The only thing that mattered to him was Naruto getting stronger. He couldn’t accept Naruto surpassing him.

”Naruto, why do you feel surprised by the presence of these Anbu members?” Shino asked.

Unlike Sasuke, he wasn’t burdened with the hate, so he didn’t care if Naruto surpassed him or not.

Just like Sasuke, he was also an intelligent person. So, he could also do the same thing and connect Naruto with the Fourth Hokage.

Since Naruto was Nine-Tails Jinchuriki and the son of the Fourth Hokage, it made sense that Naruto could surpass him, especially after learning from the Fourth Hokage.

No matter how bad Naruto was theoretically during the academy, he was never the weakest.

Yeah, he couldn’t use the basic Jutsu, but he was only weaker than Kiba, Choji, and Sasuke in terms of Taijutsu.

So, Shino never saw Naruto as a loser but only as a person who couldn’t find his strength.

Unlike others, his kikachu could feel Naruto’s Chakra Reserve, which would make his Chakra Control weaker.

So, Naruto’s strength was always his chakra Reserve but he couldn’t use that in the academy battles, so he was always called a loser.

Now that Naruto had Shadow Clone Jutsu, he had turned his weakness into strength.

”Because of malice. Thanks to Nine-Tails, I can sense the malice and negative emotions of other people.”

”All of these Anbu Members have malice, and their malice isn’t contained but rather targeted towards Konoha shinobi.”

When he said that, Shino’s body shook.

”We need to tell our teacher about this.”

He was about to leave when Naruto stopped him and placed his hand on Shino’s shoulder.

Suddenly, Shino felt a powerful Chakra flowing into his body but remaining inside his body.

”Don’t worry! If they make a move, I can stop them, all of them, with this power.”

”Besides, they won’t stop the Chunin exam because of a Genin’s words, will they?”

Shino paused for a moment, thinking about Naruto’s words. He also realized that he was too anxious.

The enemies hadn’t made a move, and the warning came from a Genin. They couldn’t change anything, not now at least.

”Hey, loser, you are not bragging, are you?” Sasuke couldn’t help but get suspicious about Naruto’s confidence.

After all, if Naruto was telling the truth, he had already surpassed Sasuke by a mile.

Naruto smirked and said.

”Why? Jealous of my strength?”

”Humph! You are too confident, loser.” Sasuke’s anger flared as he stared at Naruto, releasing his Chakra.

Naruto waved his hand and said.

”Don’t worry, that’s not my strength. It’s Kyubi’s strength. More importantly, I don’t plan to use his power against you.”

Sasuke clenched his fist and said.

”Are you looking down on me, loser?”

He was just a second away from exploding at Naruto. But Naruto didn’t care. He knew this wouldn’t be the same as the future Naruto.

Here, he had already surpassed Sasuke.

Naruto and Sasuke had similar power-ups.

Naruto had Kyubi, Sasuke had Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Naruto had Sage Mode, Sasuke had Mangekyo Sharingan.

Naruto had the shadow clones training method, and Sasuke had the sharingan copying method.

Naruto had Rasengan and its variants. Sasuke had Chidori and its variants.

Their strength differed in every part of their lives, but they had something that was equal to each other.

But that’s only because of one reason.

Naruto never got proper training in his childhood.

So, while Naruto was trying to learning Nature Transformation, Sasuke had already made variants of Chidori.

While Naruto was learning basics with Jiraiya, Sasuke was improving his base strength from Chunin to Elite Jonin.

But this wouldn’t happen to Naruto anymore.

Because he already had support from Kurama and knew about the Shadow Clone training method early on.

He also had his parents helping him with his training plans and teaching him everything they could.

That’s why Naruto wanted Sasuke to explode. Naruto wanted Sasuke to understand the gap; only then could he make proper progress.

This time, it wouldn’t be Naruto chasing after Sasuke’s strength, but Sasuke chasing after Naruto’s strength.

”Yep, let me help you feel it!”

He patted Sasuke on the shoulder, and suddenly, Sasuke felt an immense Chakra flowing into his body.

Unlike with Shino, a Chakra cloak appeared over Sasuke, covering his body in an orange chakra with fox-like ears and three tails behind him.

At this moment, Sasuke felt an immense surge in strength, even stronger than what he got from the Curse Mark.

But Sasuke didn’t feel confident, didn’t feel happy, didn’t feel good about it. He only felt despair and anger.

So much so that his eyes started changing.

He couldn’t accept Naruto surpassing him, but the moment he felt that surge in strength, his mind clearly told him the gap in strength between him and Naruto.

But while he did feel the gap, he couldn’t accept it.

This was exactly what Naruto wanted. Because these kinds of emotions were exactly what Sasuke needed right now.

The Sharingan appeared in his eyes, and an extra tomoe started forming on both of his eyes.

His unwillingness to lose to Naruto created so much anger and hatred that his Sharingan went directly from Two Tomoe to Three Tomoe.

And when Sasuke felt the improvement of his eyes, he felt a newfound surge in strength.

Before he could express his emotions, Naruto slapped him on the back and said.

”We are still in the Arena. Don’t laugh like a maniac here!”

At this moment, Naruto directly suppressed Nine-Tails Chakra inside Sasuke’s body.

”Tsk! Tsk! Sure enough, I knew you would awaken Three Tomoe.”

Sasuke once again felt despair when he heard those words.

”What do you mean, Naruto?”
