Pregnant During An Apocalypse [BL]

Chapter 97: Chapter 97 - Free tonight

”Are we meeting up again today?” Yunfeng typed it out and erased it instantly. Rolling on the bed, he contemplated what to send to his boyfriend. ”You free today?” he typed and erased agian.

A few days had passed since he had run out of that abortion clinic. They had been constantly meeting each other in the evenings when Muchen was free. Sadly, he was too busy, and they had only met about three times. Each time, they would go to Muchen’s apartment.

Suddenly, his typing fingers froze as he frowned. His mind reeled back to the first of their three meetings.

As usual, they had met up at Muchen’s place late in the evening. He had decided to stay over.

”Here,” Muchen handed him a huge bag full of popcorn. ”What movie do you want to watch? Thriller?”

”No... something different.” Yunfeng chose a romance movie that had been quite a hit at the beginning of the year. The movie was quite slow, but it had a bit of comedy to it.

Laughing, he leaned against Muchen’s shoulders. The thick muscles under his face tensed up ever so slightly, and Muchen looked quite uncomfortable as he kept moving his legs.

”Am I heavy?” He raised his head.

”No!” Muchen gently made him lean on him again. ”Nothing...” A soft blush dusted his face.

Yunfeng intently peered up at him. ”You’re so beautiful when you’re blushing like that,” he whispered close to his ear.

Muchen visibly trembled.

Yunfeng sat up instantly. His gaze roamed down from his flushed face to his hard member poking through his grey pants. The sight made his face heat up as well. Clearing his throat, he gently scooted closer to him.

Yunfeng’s hand hovered for a moment, his fingers trembling as if he were testing the waters. Then, with a hesitant yet deliberate motion, he pressed his palm against the hardness straining against Muchen’s pants.

The reaction was immediate—Muchen’s body stiffened, and a soft, low moan escaped his lips, barely audible but electrifying to Yunfeng.

Encouraged, Yunfeng’s courage grew. His hand slipped under the loose hem of Muchen’s shirt, fingertips brushing against the firm, sculpted muscles hidden beneath. The smooth skin was warm to the touch, each muscle clenching reflexively under his fingers as he explored. Yunfeng couldn’t help but marvel at how solid yet vulnerable Muchen felt under his touch.

”Yunfeng...” Muchen groaned, his voice a mix of restraint and surrender. His head leaned back against the sofa, exposing the elegant line of his neck. Yunfeng’s eyes were drawn to the pronounced movement of his Adam’s apple as it bobbed with each swallow, tempting him beyond reason.

Unable to resist, Yunfeng leaned forward, his lips brushing against Muchen’s neck before gently biting and sucking at the sensitive skin. The reaction was instant—Muchen shuddered, his hands gripping the sofa’s edge tightly. Another moan escaped, deeper this time, resonating in Yunfeng’s ears like music.

The sound sent a spark through Yunfeng’s veins. He pressed closer, his hand sliding higher up Muchen’s chest, feeling the frantic beat of his heart beneath his palm. Each touch seemed to unravel Muchen further, his breathing growing heavier, his body pliant yet buzzing with tension.

Muchen’s fingers tangled in Yunfeng’s hair, guiding him upward until their faces were close enough to share breaths. Their gazes locked, heat simmering between them, and then their lips met in a kiss that was as fiery as it was consuming.

The kiss deepened quickly, tongues meeting in a feverish dance, licking and tasting as if they were trying to claim one another. Muchen’s hands gripped Yunfeng’s waist, pulling him closer until their bodies were flush, the friction between them igniting sensations that left them both gasping.

Yunfeng broke away briefly, his lips red and swollen. He gazed at Muchen, whose face was flushed, his dark eyes filled with unrestrained desire. ”You’re... amazing,” Yunfeng whispered, his voice barely steady.

Muchen smirked faintly, his hands trailing down Yunfeng’s sides with deliberate slowness. ”And you’re driving me crazy,” he replied, his voice rough yet filled with tenderness.

Muchen’s hands moved from Yunfeng’s waist to his shoulders, and in one swift motion, he pushed him gently down onto the sofa. Yunfeng’s breath hitched as Muchen loomed over him, his lips pressing soft, playful kisses all over his face—his forehead, his cheeks, even the tip of his nose. The affectionate gesture had Yunfeng’s heart fluttering, his lips parting to release a quiet laugh.

”You’re so adorable when you laugh like that,” Muchen whispered, his voice warm and teasing as he planted a final kiss on Yunfeng’s lips.

Then, without warning, Muchen’s hands moved to the hem of Yunfeng’s shirt, tugging at it with an eager yet gentle insistence. ”Remove this,” he murmured, his voice low and filled with want.

Yunfeng froze, the words sending a jolt through him. His body tensed as a realization hit him like a lightning strike: I’m pregnant! I can’t do this. What if it hurts the baby?!

Panic surged through him. He shot up suddenly, pushing Muchen away with trembling hands. ”I... I’m sorry. I can’t. Not today,” he stammered, his voice tight and laced with guilt.

Muchen blinked, momentarily caught off guard by the abrupt shift in Yunfeng’s demeanor. He sat back, his brows furrowing slightly before his expression softened. ”Oh... that’s okay,” he said, his voice gentle, devoid of any disappointment. A small, reassuring smile spread across his face as he reached out to cup Yunfeng’s cheek. His thumb brushed over the flushed skin, soothing and understanding.

”You don’t need to explain,” Muchen continued softly. ”I don’t want you to feel pressured. I’ll take care of this in the bathroom, then.” He leaned in, pressing a lingering kiss to Yunfeng’s lips—sweet, unhurried, and full of affection—before standing and heading toward the other room.

Yunfeng sat on the sofa, his hands gripping the fabric beneath him as his mind raced. His chest was tight, and guilt gnawed at him. Muchen had been so patient and kind, yet he couldn’t bring himself to confess the truth. What would he think if he knew? Would he stay? Would he leave?

As he heard the faint sound of the bathroom door closing, Yunfeng let out a shaky breath. His hand drifted instinctively to his stomach, his fingers splaying protectively over it. I have to tell him eventually. But not tonight.

That was a few days ago. Right after that date Muchen refused to touch him at all. Not one time. It was kind of making him antsy and anxious.

”lets meet up tonight. Free up time.” He send resolutely.

Tonight he was finally going to tell him.
