Pregnant During An Apocalypse [BL]

Chapter 62: Chapter 62 - Lucrative business

Hana happily took the bunch of tissues and ran out of the car, giggling. ”I’m going to be rich~~”

Yunfeng’s mum gazed at her daughter with a sigh. ”Yunfeng, come in, your friend is going home,” she said, grabbing her son and pulling him with her.

Yunfeng smiled and gazed back at Muchen. ”I’ll see you soon,” he mouthed.

Muchen, who was crestfallen to be separated once again, regained his vitality. He happily grinned and waved. ”I’ll see you tomorrow.”

Yunfeng’s mum glared back instantly. Muchen shrunk his wide grin and waved at her. ”See you tomorrow, mother.”

”I’m not your mother, brat!” She pulled her son in and closed the door behind her.

Muchen chuckled out loud. ”Shao, did you see that? Oh my god, I’m accepted. My mother accepted me.”

”I saw that...” Shao gazed at the young man who was still with them. ”Aren’t you going in with your friend?”

”No, this show is much better. Who would have known the great star Muchen would be a giddy teenager?” he whispered, taking a video of the silly fellow.

Shao sighed. ”You can’t release that video anywhere. If so, I would have to sue you. This guy has an image to maintain.”

Jai raised a brow. ”Oh, this is my personal collection. I like taking silly videos of people. You want to see one of Yunfeng?”

”Yes!” Muchen ran up to him. With a grin, Jai opened all of Yunfeng’s unflattering photos. ”One for a discounted price of twenty.”

Shao chuckled. ”You’re selling your friend’s photos?”

”Why not? I’m a profiteer.” Jai glanced up at Muchen. ”So? You want them?”

”I want them all!” Muchen decisively held up his phone. ”WeChat Pay.”

”Yes~ wow, I love having clients like you,” Jai happily shared all the photos in his collection, which amounted to a few hundred. In just a few minutes, he earned up to twelve thousand dollars.

Shao gazed at the lucrative businessman with a sigh. ”Won’t your friend hate you?”

”No, he loves me. He wouldn’t mind if I sell a few photos of him.”

Muchen froze. ”You... You are not allowed to take more photos of him like this, and these photos are only mine. Erase them from your record.” He frowned intently.

Jai happily obliged, deleting the photos from his gallery. ”Are you sure you don’t want behind-the-scenes images of your lover? Trust me, I have no feelings for him. He is just business to me.”

Muchen bit his lips, undecided as to what to do. ”I can give you exclusive photos of Yunfeng’s childhood. But they would cost a bit more.”

”Deal!” Muchen expressionlessly shook his hand and got into the car.

Shao, who watched these silly fellows, sighed. ”Goodness... don’t do anything illegal.” He warned the boy. Jai saluted his way and ran into Yunfeng’s home. ”Sure, boss.”

”Wait!” Muchen ran out. ”You... You are not allowed to sleep in the same bed and share a blanket. You are not allowed to touch him inappropriately. No,” he shook his head. ”You are not allowed to touch him at all. No touching. He is mine.”

Jai silently peered at him. ”What price would that be?”

”I’ll give you fifty thousand dollars per month. And your duty is to make sure that others don’t touch him either! Got it?”

”Sure~” Jai happily grinned and walked in. Satisfied with the new deal, Muchen happily got into the car. His hand held his phone dearly as he flipped through the photos. ”Oh my god, look at his face... he looks so cute,” he showed Shao.

It was a photo of Yunfeng lying on the bed with his face buried in a pillow. His whole face was covered in pillow marks, and drool was dripping down his mouth. It was a completely unflattering angle, to be honest. Even so, he nodded and agreed. ’People in love are silly as heck...’ He watched Muchen happily relish every single photo.

Back in Yunfeng’s house, Jai ran into Yunfeng’s room with a huge grin. ”Hey,” Yunfeng was lying on the bed, giggling like a fool. ”Hello, little lovestruck fool,” he jumped into the bed with him and hugged him tight. ”Did you know? Your dear lover and I struck a deal.”

”What deal?” Yunfeng gazed at him with interest.

”Well, I sold all your private photos to him.”

”What!” Yunfeng shot up. ”Why?”

Jai wordlessly picked up his friend’s phone and transferred the money back. ”You wanted money, right? It’s the easy way to make money.”

Yunfeng wordlessly gawked at the balance in his phone. ”Wow, this business is very lucrative. Do I need to pose in any way?”

”How cooperative. Lie on the bed. I’ll take a few more.”

”Yes~” Yunfeng happily obliged.
