Extraordinary in Reality Through Magic Games

180: Chapter 178 The arrival of the tour group, and the various parties’ reactions to magic.Time passed quickly.

Half a month had passed since Zhang Mu used Transformation Technique to disguise himself as Toby and Lyon’s puppet teacher for a day.

Except for the first day, when he held class with the goal of observing whether the two had noticed anything unusual.

He had also spent a day each with Misha and Wino; after that, he basically stopped managing the five of them.

During the day, he took Ms. Rowling to play around the vast school grounds, taking time to check on the five students’ progress.

At night, he would summon a Portal and rush to the Saul Continent to practice the Meditation Method with all his might, testing the power of his magic along the way.

After casting magic several times and observing the lethality caused.

Zhang Mu determined that using the same amount of mana to cast the same spell was much stronger on Blue Star than on the Saul Continent.

Despite multiple experiments, he still hadn’t found the specific reason. However, he speculated it was inseparable from the Church and the gods they worshipped.

With limited resources and information at hand, he had to temporarily put the matter aside.

Instead, he pondered how to speed up the leveling of his Meditation Method.

As his magician level increased, Zhang Mu felt that simply absorbing mana from the air was far too slow, even with the enhanced version of the Meditation Method.

The percentage progress bar for the Beginner Magician Meditation Method on his panel had only increased by 4 percentage points in half a month.

In other words, it would take 375 days—about a year—to advance.

Although according to the information provided by Soren, advancing from Elementary to Intermediate in a year was already considered a genius, Zhang Mu couldn’t wait.

He had to use magic potions to assist his practice; otherwise, how long would it take to promote to a Magister and go to the Royal Capital to help his senior sister?

Anxiety surged through his heart like a flood breaching a dam.

Zhang Mu left the City Lord’s Mansion, summoned a Portal in a secluded corner to return to Blue Star, and ran to the palace to meet the Queen.

With things on his mind, he wasn’t in the mood for word games and simply stated that they could visit Hogwarts at any time.

The Queen, who had been bitterly waiting for Dumbledore for half a month, indicated they would depart immediately.

She urged the butler to notify Prince Suleiman and the Prime Minister, and the two rushed to the palace to join the Queen.

The three of them then took a car together to Kings Cross Station.

The station was packed with reporters and Soldiers maintaining order.

At this point, less than half an hour had passed since Zhang Mu’s meeting with the Queen.

The reason these reporters reacted so quickly was entirely due to the Queen’s intentional hype after getting the nod from Zhang Mu.

The pressure from various Western countries had been increasing recently; even with the Queen, Suleiman, and the Prime Minister setting aside long-standing conflicts to cooperate fully, it was barely enough to hold things up.

Particularly America, whose Hexagon Building had sent word that a joint military exercise would be held in the waters near Ying Country in the coming days.

Although the Queen’s trio, holding the power of ’equality for all living beings,’ were quite certain the other side wouldn’t dare to actually attack their homeland.

But what if there really was a madman?

To this end, the Queen had grown many more white hairs from worry these past few days.

Fortunately, she finally got in touch with Zhang Mu.

Regarding these international trends, Zhang Mu had long considered them.

Unlike the Hua Country, every level of Ying Country from top to bottom was deeply penetrated by America.

Furthermore, the economy was heavily influenced by the other side; even without a military threat, economic sanctions alone—using planted political ’allies’ to disrupt internal stability—could leave Ying Country in shambles.

The solution was also very simple.

Having spent some time on the Saul Continent, Zhang Mu thought, what could be more direct than power?

Zhang Mu promised the Queen that for Ms. Rowling’s sake, he would help her handle these troubles once the trip to Hogwarts was over.

Later, as the three prepared to enter the station, they were somewhat speechless looking at the security forces their subordinates had dispatched.

On their bedroom nightstands sat aerial photos of that massive crater on the outskirts of London.

They knew deep down that if Dumbledore had ill intentions toward them, bringing any number of Soldiers would be useless.

Dismissing the Soldiers with a wave, they followed Zhang Mu through Platform Nine and Three-Quarters and boarded the mountain train.

They were, after all, human elites who had received rigorous education; one could accuse them of being ’wicked,’ but one could never question their ability and cultivation.

Compared to Toby’s group of five, although the Queen’s trio also maintained full curiosity about everything in the magic world, their eyes never rudely scanned around from beginning to end.

When they saw things they hadn’t seen before or were curious about, they didn’t feign understanding to maintain royal face, but instead asked Zhang Mu directly.

And their attitude was sincere.

“Not knowing is not knowing, not having seen is not having seen; faking it only adds to the laughter,” Suleiman said, recalling the Queen telling him this when he was a child.

In this manner, accompanied by Zhang Mu, the three spent a journey of two days and one night with great interest.

Stepping out of the station, Zhang Mu fulfilled their wish, driving the three to the gates of Hogwarts in the old car.

Standing before the tall stone gates, they looked up at the animal reliefs above the entrance for a long time.

Seeing their interest, Zhang Mu explained to them that these four were the most commonly used magic pets at Hogwarts.

They mastered various singular magics.

There were offensive types, defensive types, and special types.

Unlike magic items and magic books, even if the owner was a Muggle, it didn’t affect the pet’s ability to release magic.

Hearing this, the Queen, who had shown no desire along the way, was silent for a while before asking if she would have the chance to raise one.

Zhang Mu smiled and said that Ms. Rowling was living very comfortably in the palace.

As a lodging fee, he would gift the Queen one when she left.

As those words fell, the Prime Minister was fine, but Prince Suleiman, whose emotions never showed on his face, revealed deep regret in his eyes.

Why on earth had he sent that idiot Director of MI6 to handle matters regarding Ms. Rowling?

The order he had given at the time was to politely invite Ms. Rowling to stay in his castle.

If the other party firmly refused, then he would dispatch some Soldiers to protect her safety.

Worried the Director would misunderstand his meaning, Suleiman had specifically emphasized that if Ms. Rowling resisted the Soldiers, they should expand the control perimeter and disappear from her sight.

In the end, who knew what that fool had imagined, as he actually forcibly took Ms. Rowling to a military base.

To the point of angering her grandfather, who smashed a giant crater nearby as a deterrent.

Later, she was even taken away by the Superpower Bureau directly under the Queen.

Suleiman watched his mother break into a smile and vowed in his heart that he would beat the man to death when he returned.

Zhang Mu, of course, was unaware of these mental activities.

He let the three look their fill at the gate before leading them to the magic training grounds.

After half a month of classes, Toby and the others had already progressed from pure theory to practical operation.

Usually led by a practical instructor, they practiced magic spells and wand postures on the training grounds.

Zhang Mu had arrived at the palace at noon; the Queen gathered the two and rushed to Kings Cross Station together, arriving just before two in the afternoon.

The same two-day journey, but unlike when Toby and the others arrived at Hogwarts in the middle of the night, it was now ten in the morning, time for the students’ classes.

So, when the four met Ms. Rowling, who was wandering the school with a camera, and appeared together on the north stand of the training ground looking down, Toby and Lyon in the center of the field were chanting and waving their wands.
