The Yellow-Haired Villain in Soaring Phoenix's Novels Also Desires Happiness

”Hiss, that’s... that’s too underhanded.”

The indescribable tightness kept contracting and trembling, carrying Muen toward an even higher peak, as though it meant to send him straight into the clouds.

But Muen could not completely lose himself in it and enjoy that soul-shuddering pleasure. Instead, he had to forcibly peel his consciousness away from the sensation.

And that process was far more painful than simply being tortured. Without question, it was an enormous test of his willpower.

For someone like him, his tolerance for pain was undoubtedly extremely high. Even if someone really came at him with a cleaver a few times, he could endure it without so much as furrowing his brow.

But pleasure was the exact opposite.

His tolerance for that was no different from an ordinary person’s, and all he could do was grit his teeth and endure through sheer willpower!

Not only did he have to endure it, he also had to remain clear-headed enough to distinguish the correct answer!

”What’s wrong? You can’t take it already?”

Ariel sounded positively delighted by his misfortune.

”Weren’t you acting so arrogant before? So cocky you looked like you could take three of us at once. How come now, after just a little bit, you already can’t handle it at all?”

”That’s because you... are using this kind of trick...”

Muen grimaced.

He could feel that it was not simply contracting. It was deliberately provoking him as well.

Under normal circumstances, something like this would not have affected him too badly. It would only have made his fighting spirit surge even higher.

But as had already been said, right now he needed to devote most of his attention and energy to thinking and [N O V E L I G H T] identifying the person involved.

As a result, every tiny movement there felt as though it were being engraved directly onto his soul.

”Stop making excuses. If you can’t do it, then you can’t do it. Being stubborn won’t save you.”

As though Muen still was not suffering enough, Ariel deliberately used her little hands to cause trouble elsewhere as well...

Her movements were still rather clumsy, but for interfering with him, that was already more than enough.

No.

If anything, those inexperienced movements were even more provocative!

Damn little temptress!

Muen ground his teeth in frustration, but he did not even have the spare attention to think about how he would get revenge on this little temptress later.

As the stimulation intensified, he realized he needed to hurry.

It was not merely because of the time limit.

The longer this continued, the less distinct the sensations there became. The deeper he sank into them, the lower his chances of identifying the person correctly.

But how exactly was he supposed to tell?

His perception was sealed.

Most of his senses had been blocked as well.

Even his sense of touch... only one very small area was of any use.

The other person was obviously deliberately minimizing contact.

Aside from that one place, Muen could not feel anything at all.

There was simply no other information he could analyze.

And yet even there, she was deliberately distorting his sense of touch.

Under that extreme pressure, forget about carefully distinguishing anything—Muen felt as though he was about to explode outright.

”Give up.”

Ariel was still mocking him.

”We’re the ones with the initiative. With just what little you’ve got, there’s no way you can pull this off.”

”......”

Muen felt grief and indignation rise in his heart. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ

That’s right.

The initiative was in the hands of these little devils.

With only himself, how could he possibly overcome the methods they were deliberately using against him?

If he wanted to win this final round, unless he could somehow seize back the initiative—

Huh?

Wait!

Was the initiative really still in their hands?

A sudden flash of inspiration struck Muen.

At this moment of near-total desperation, when he had almost been driven into a dead end, he finally realized something he had overlooked once again...

That’s right.

During the first two rounds, the initiative had unquestionably been in their hands.

They had used that advantage to do whatever they pleased with him, while he could only struggle miserably to search for a sliver of survival in an impossible situation.

But this time was different.

They had indeed used many tricks.

And they had indeed made him suffer terribly.

Yet this time, while taking things one step further, they had also unknowingly handed the initiative back to him!

And why?

Because this was no longer merely erotic play.

This was a real battle!

A frontal, one-on-one battle where victory belonged to the brave in a narrow encounter!

No matter how many methods they used, once things returned to the path of battle, true strength would decide everything.

No scheme or trick could erase the gap in actual ability!

And by sheer coincidence, when it came to one-on-one combat...

He no longer feared anyone.

That was the absolute confidence brought to him by constantly increasing strength and continually refreshed battle records!

So the key now was not to passively distinguish anything at all.

It was to take the initiative and force his opponent to reveal an opening!

The advantage was his!

The instant Muen thought of this, he stopped hesitating.

He immediately unleashed the beast that had already been restless for far too long and launched a fierce assault directly against the opponent’s completely undefended center, left exposed precisely because she had been so focused on disguising herself!

”Mm...”

She tried desperately to suppress it, but a beautiful little moan still spilled out beyond her control and echoed through the cramped carriage.

Her reaction was fast.

It was only a brief hum, immediately cut off before anyone could distinguish its owner at once.

But Muen was already ecstatic.

His approach was right!

”Hmph. Looks like merely sealing my battle aura and magic was nowhere near enough. Now repent properly for how smug and arrogant you were just now!”

Muen laughed wildly.

He stopped holding back and immediately unleashed his full strength.

Attack!

Attack!

Attack!

Inside the tiny carriage, it almost sounded as though warhorses were neighing.

Muen broke free of his restraints and advanced with everything he had.

He had practically transformed into a solitary god of war, one man and one horse charging alone straight into the enemy’s central camp.

And faced with his ferocious offensive, the enemy began retreating step by step, exposing openings amid the collapse.

”Mm...”

”Mm.”

”Mm!”

The cries became clearer and clearer, echoing through the carriage until finally they intertwined into a tragic song belonging to the defeated!

And Muen had already identified whose voice it was!

”Liya! It’s you!”

That’s right.

Such a seductive voice, so captivating, so soul-stealing, so capable of throwing a person’s mind into chaos, naturally belonged to Liya, that lewd Saintess!

He won!

”......”

The carriage fell silent once again.

Muen immersed himself in the joy of victory and gradually stopped his offensive.

Even though he was still being pinned underneath someone, with some unknown cloth still covering his head, he nevertheless raised his chin proudly like a victorious general.

”What’s wrong? I beat you even like this, so now you’re too embarrassed to admit it?”

Muen spoke smugly.

”Don’t worry. As long as you shake your little asses and beg for mercy later, I’m a magnanimous man. I’ll definitely forgive all the bad things you’ve done. Now just—”

”Young Master.”

Suddenly, An’s helpless voice sounded.

”You should look first before saying anything else.”

”Hm?”

The cloth covering his head was lifted away.

Muen finally saw light again.

He narrowed his eyes slightly.

Once he adjusted to the light around him, he looked around.

First was An.

Her face was full of helplessness.

Next was Ariel.

She was rolling back and forth on the sofa, apparently suffering from the effort of suppressing her laughter so hard that her stomach hurt.

Then...

Liya.

She met Muen’s eyes and blinked.

Then, through her red lips, she let out a beautiful and familiar little moan.

”Mm... Muen, you’re amazing...”

”......”

And finally, Anna.

Her clothes were disheveled.

With her legs slightly parted, she was hovering in a half-squat above Muen.

Her usually neatly arranged hair had been dampened by sweat and now clung to her forehead.

Her delicate face was flushed a lovely red, and her already alluring eyes seemed filled with thick honey, sticky enough to make it impossible to look away.

She was beautiful right now.

But Muen’s heart had gone cold.
