After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1273: Chapter 1277: You’re Even Jealous of Your Own Son

”Let him take your surname, Luo Jun sounds pretty good too!” Leng Zimo fondly tousled her hair. ”Two kids, one with the surname Luo, and one with the surname Leng. Perfect.”

After all, Luo Xiaoqian’s parents had both passed away, and he couldn’t fulfill any filial duties.

The Luo family only had this one daughter. Having Luo Jun preserve the surname Luo was also Leng Zimo’s way of repaying the Luo family.

”Zimo, thank you.” Guessing his thoughts, Luo Xiaoqian gratefully thanked him.

”Little Fool!” Leng Zimo playfully rolled his eyes at her. ”How dare you be polite with me? Are you looking to get your butt smacked again?!”

Luo Xiaoqian’s face immediately flushed, and she glared at him fiercely.

Leng Zimo silently curved his lips, ”What time will your work finish?”

Today, Luo Xiaoqian had a very important client from the United States. She specifically came to the office to entertain this client and, by the way, to hold a meeting.

”Probably by the afternoon,” Luo Xiaoqian replied.

Leng Zimo glanced at his watch, ”I’ll finish my meeting in the morning and have lunch with you at noon.”

”No need, focus on your work. It’s just a lunch; I can eat by myself.”

”But I haven’t had lunch with you in a long time,” Leng Zimo said.

Luo Xiaoqian widened her eyes, ”Don’t we eat together every day?”

”That’s us with the family, not just you and me!” Leng Zimo gently caressed her cheek, ”We haven’t had time alone together in such a long time, right?”

Luo Xiaoqian chuckled, ”Are you jealous of your own son?”

Leng Zimo didn’t hide his jealousy at all, ”Even though he’s my son, he’s also a man. Haven’t you heard, sons are supposed to be their mother’s lovers from a past life? He’s occupied you for five years, shouldn’t it be my turn now?”

”Then from now on, let’s have lunch together every day and enjoy our time alone, okay?” Luo Xiaoqian said with a smile.

”After you have this child, we won’t have any more.” Leng Zimo placed his hand possessively on her lower abdomen, ”From now on, you’re all mine!”

He didn’t want to endure the days where he could only look but not act anymore, and besides, childbirth was too difficult. He couldn’t bear to let his wife suffer again.

Two kids, that’s enough!

The car drove into the Tongde Building parking lot. Leng Zimo escorted her to the elevator like a queen, then instructed John to take good care of Luo Xiaoqian. Watching the elevator carry the two of them up, he turned to leave and headed to a meeting at Emperor View.

When Luo Xiaoqian arrived at the office, the employees were already waiting for her in the meeting room. This time, not only were employees from the Beijing Division present, but even Selena had returned from the United States for the meeting.

The reason was simple: their boss, Luo Xiaoqian, was now pregnant, and naturally, everyone had to revolve around her.

The meeting went smoothly, ending around eleven o’clock. As everyone dispersed, Selena returned to her office with Luo Xiaoqian. They had just started chatting when Mike’s internal call came through.

”Sissi, Mr. Gaudi would like to see you.”

Luo Xiaoqian was a bit surprised, ”Please escort him to the reception room!”

”Luo Ke. Gaudi?” Selena rose with her, her tone showing clear astonishment, ”He came all the way from Europe to Beijing to pursue you?”

”It’s not that dramatic, he’s here for the film festival.” Luo Xiaoqian opened the door. ”Let’s go, let’s see if he has any business with us!”
