The Darling of Heaven Owns a Rip-off Shop

Chapter 317: Chapter 24: The Elf Prince’s Wish

The lady-in-waiting led a group of people on a small boat to a secluded street in Ocean City, pointed at a somewhat dilapidated blacksmith shop ahead, and said, ”The Princess is there. This is the shop run by that guy with the black tail.”

”Alright, you can go back now.” Tianmiao waved her hand, then disembarked and leisurely walked towards the blacksmith shop.

Bart and the others followed behind. After taking a few steps behind Tianmiao, Bart suddenly felt a bit confused. Was his role that of a teacher leading students on this training session?

Xia Chuanyue and the others didn’t notice Bart’s dilemma and instead quickly caught up.

Bart silently followed suit.

As Tianmiao entered the dim blacksmith shop, a bell at the door rang, signaling the arrival of a guest.

”Oh, my sweetest Xi Ya, a guest has arrived! That’s great, I will work hard and earn more money to take care of you. I’ll buy the prettiest jewelry for my lovely Xi Ya.” A magnetic voice inside declared passionately. There’s no denying that this voice might be considered charming to most women.

”Oh, Buren, you’re always working so hard. You’re the best.” A charming female voice praised emotionally, ”Don’t overwork yourself. I’ve told you, I can bring you lots of money.”

”No, I can’t accept that. How can I take money from the woman I love? I’m a man, after all.” The magnetic voice firmly rejected, ”Alright, let me go greet the guests. Be good and wait here for me.”

The curtain of the inner room was lifted, and a handsome man with wheat-colored skin came out. I must say, this merman was indeed a bit appealing, with short black hair that looked very energetic, a handsome face, and a strong physique.

”Welcome, what can I do for you? I have quite a few armors and weapons here.” The merman named Buren greeted everyone politely.

Tianmiao scanned the armors and weapons hanging on the walls.

Xia Chuanyue glanced at Buren, then also began to survey the armors and weapons on display.

”If you two beautiful ladies see anything you like, I can take it down for you. We can also make custom items here.” Buren approached and said.

Camille walked over to Xia Chuanyue, took down a sword, and handed it to her. Xia Chuanyue frowned at the treasure sword in her hand, but said nothing for a long time.

”Miss, did you set your heart on this treasure sword?” Buren asked with a smile.

Dean suddenly let out a cold laugh and said, ”Maybe only a blind person would fancy your stuff. It’s not only crookedly made, but the quality is also extremely poor. Do you dare to run a shop with such goods? You haven’t starved to death, is it all because of others’ charity?”

After speaking, Dean drew the dagger from his waist and lightly struck the treasure sword in Xia Chuanyue’s hand, instantly splitting it into two segments.

”How can you be so rude?!” Buren’s face turned red, reprimanding, ”You are not welcome here. Please leave.”

”We didn’t come here to find you. Bring out the Mermaid Princess.” Dean retracted his dagger and said coldly.

Upon hearing this, Buren’s expression changed drastically, and he angrily declared, ”Did the King send you? Why can’t they understand that Xi Ya and I are truly in love? You come and insult me without even inquiring about the situation’s true nature. Even if you use such despicable methods, you cannot separate Xi Ya and me. My love for Xi Ya is genuine.”
