”Gasp! It’s Dumbledore Barton from the Barton Family, the Grand Mage of Light! And his two Paladin followers… they all possess S+ Peak strength!” Upon seeing the three newcomers, everyone present couldn’t help but tremble, their faces paling with shock as they cried out in alarm.

Dumbledore Barton, the strongest Light Magister of the Greek Barton Family, possessed the power of a Grand Mage of Light! His two Paladin followers were no less formidable, both possessing S+ Peak strength and far more powerful than Boris. If this trio were to truly take action, even a weaker Mafia Family, like the Saint Laurent Family of Italy, could be instantly wiped out.

And now, they had all appeared here. Who could possibly stop them?

”Uncle Dumbledore, you’re finally here! Kill this kid… oh, no! I want to capture him and take him back to our Barton Family! I want him to know the miserable and desperate end that awaits anyone who offends me, Boris, or dares to affront our Barton Family!” The sight of the trio revitalized Boris the Magician as if he had just seen his savior. His hideously twisted face broke into an arrogant, cold sneer filled with immense sarcasm and disdain.

So the Barton Family’s strongest, Great Mage Dumbledore, is actually related to him by blood? His uncle!? No wonder he was so arrogant within the Ashford family’s underground castle. It turns out he has powerful backing!

”What are you yapping about!”

Just as Boris the Magician’s face was contorted in an arrogant, mocking sneer, a thunderous shout vibrated next to his ear, making him tremble. Then, a great wave of fire surged as a Flame Serpent, formed from nine streams of Sword Qi of Sanyang True Fire, materialized in the sky. It descended upon Boris the Magician with terrifying momentum, its raging, fiery maw opened wide to swallow him whole.

”How dare you…”

Instantly, horror flashed across the faces of Boris the Magician and his followers. Their bodies went limp, nearly collapsing from the sudden loss of strength.

Clearly, they had never expected Chen Fei to be so bold as to attack them in the presence of the great Mage Dumbledore of their Barton Family and the two S+ Peak Paladins. Has this damn brat lost his mind? Damn it, why is this happening…

RUMBLE! ROAR! ROAR! ROAR!

The terrified Boris and his followers tried to turn and flee, but how could they possibly escape? In the very next instant, the Flame Serpent engulfed them all. Their bodies were set ablaze, and they screamed continuously in tremendous pain. The weaker ones were instantly charred to a crisp and fell to the ground. This scene made everyone present go weak at the knees, their faces ashen.

Fortunately, Young Master Chen had no intention of killing them. Otherwise, would those men even still be drawing breath?

Even so, the blow Chen Fei dealt was not light. Just as Westerners looked down on Easterners, he also disdained these foreigners. No reason was necessary, and thus, he showed no restraint.

”You have quite the nerve! To be so insolent right in front of me, Dumbledore?” Just as the Flame Serpent left Boris the Magician and his men badly injured, an enraged shout tore through the air like the voice of a Celestial Deity. Almost simultaneously, two Holy Hammers, glittering with the blinding energy of Light Magic, materialized. Imbued with what seemed like divine judgment, they were as heavy as mountains, crashing down toward Chen Fei’s head with a deafening thunder.

The owners of those Holy Hammers were none other than the Paladins who had arrived with Dumbledore. Both possessed S+ Peak strength, and they were now attacking with their full power. The sheer force was so formidable that even a genuine SS Level powerhouse would have felt threatened and pressured.

Seeing this, a flicker of killing intent passed through Chen Fei’s eyes. He already found these foreigners distasteful, and now they wanted to kill him? Weren’t they seeking death? ”Seeking...”

RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE! WHOOSH! WHOOSH!

However, before he could utter another word, a terrifying wave of energy surged from afar. It was a vast expanse of blood-red, thick and oppressive, making one’s head spin with dizziness. The feeling was as heavy as the suffocating silence of the deep sea beneath a night sky. Two dark-red glows shot out from the bloody energy, one from the left and one from the right. A closer look revealed one to be a metal claw covered in dark-red blood scabs, and the other to be a strange energy mass resembling a bloody shockwave.

BOOM! BOOM!

Two deafening explosions followed as the blood-scabbed metal claw and the bloody mass collided with the two Holy Hammers.

Immediately, the ground within a radius of several meters vibrated violently. Some houses in the distance began to collapse.

A few seconds later, the terrifying blood-red light and Light Magic elements finally began to dissipate. As the blinding glare in the air faded, the two Holy Artifacts had been knocked away, returning to the Paladins’ hands. The dark-red, blood-scabbed metal claw and the blood-red energy cloud likewise returned to the hands of two elderly men.

The crimson cloud twirled lazily before transforming into a black bracelet amidst a hazy, somber bloody glow. The bracelet exuded an astonishing Blood Energy that crackled like dark lightning.

”The Holy Artifact of the Brad Family, the Blood Dragon Claw. The Holy Artifact of the Ashford Family, the Dark Bracelet… Duke Leon Ashford, do you intend to meddle in my affairs?” In the next moment, Dumbledore’s ominous voice, filled with a chilling killing intent, echoed in everyone’s ears. His grim eyes fixed on one of the two old men who had arrived to stop his followers.

”That’s not what I meant…”

The elder known as Duke Leon Ashford’s expression changed subtly before he forced himself to remain calm. He stated coldly, ”Great Mage Dumbledore, if you fight here, our Ashford family’s castle might very well collapse. So, if you truly wish to fight, please take it outside.” Clearly, Duke Leon Ashford of the Ashford Family was extremely wary of Dumbledore. Even with a fight breaking out inside his family’s castle, he didn’t dare turn hostile, merely suggesting they take it elsewhere.

There was no other choice; Light Magic was simply too effective against their Blood Clan. So unless it was absolutely unavoidable, they truly did not want to make an enemy of this Grand Mage of Light.

As for Chen Fei, daring to provoke that old fiend Dumbledore… he should focus on surviving first.

”Hmph!”

Hearing this, Dumbledore let out a cold snort. Then, his chilling eyes, which made one’s heart palpitate, fell upon Chen Fei. He grinned, his expression filled with murderous intent, ”Kid, did you hear that? Let’s go. We’ll take this outside…” As his words fell, he began walking toward the canyon’s exit, where a more open area would allow him to kill without restraint.

”Mr. Chen…” Just then, the other elder who had intercepted the Paladins approached Chen Fei’s side. He was trembling, especially the hand that held the dark-red, blood-scabbed metal claw, from which blood still dripped steadily.

That someone of his Cultivation Level, a peak Blood Clan Duke, would end up in this state even while wielding the Brad Family’s Holy Artifact—the Blood Dragon Claw—was telling.

It served to illustrate just how severely, how terrifyingly, Light Magic restrained their Blood Clan.

”Elder Ovilia,” Blisto greeted him respectfully.

”Mr. Ovilia, hello,” Chen Fei greeted him as well. The elder was Ovilia Brad, one of the five Elders of the Brad Family and a Blood Clan Duke at his peak. They had met once before in Italy. This time, he had arrived early and hadn’t joined Blisto to meet with Chen Fei. But now… how did they end up in a confrontation with that old fiend Dumbledore!?

Even Ovilia, one of the five Elders of the Brad Family, was deeply wary of an old monster like Dumbledore. Especially since that old man was a Grand Mage of Light! Light Magic was the bane of their Blood Clan!

The thought of it made his expression worsen, and a flicker of panic flashed through his gaze. He then lowered his voice and asked, ”Blisto, Mr. Chen, why are you…”

”Ovilia, don’t think today’s matter can be swept under the rug so easily! That kid must die, and everyone behind you must die as well. If your Brad Family wants to stand up for them, then by all means, try! Hmph!” However, before he could finish, the frigid voice of the departing Great Mage Dumbledore returned, laced with blatant bloodthirst.

Ovilia’s face changed slightly. ”Dumbledore, you…” Even if Light Magic was the bane of their Blood Clan, wasn’t Dumbledore being too arrogant, too dismissive of the Brad Family? He was just a Grand Mage of Light, after all. Did he really think the Brad Family lacked a peak Blood Clan Grand Duke!?

But at that moment, a hand suddenly interposed itself in front of him. It was Young Master Chen. His eyes were slightly narrowed as he spoke in a soft, smiling tone, ”Leave this matter to me.” Then, he placed his hands casually behind his head and strolled unhurriedly after Great Mage Dumbledore, heading out of the canyon.

Upon hearing and seeing this, Duke Ovilia’s expression calmed considerably. Although Dumbledore was a Grand Mage of Light, Chen Fei had killed the legendary assassin Jack the Blade, who was of the same rank! The only real trouble, then, should be Dumbledore’s two Paladin followers—two S+ Rank powerhouses…

「Outside the canyon.」

Dumbledore’s aged eyes stared grimly at Chen Fei. He suddenly laughed, a laugh filled with murderous intent. ”You actually dared to follow me out here. You certainly have courage; no wonder you dared to cause trouble in front of me. But if you think the little bit of strength you just displayed is enough to save your life from me, then you are far too naive!”

BOOM!

”I admit, you’re not weak… but don’t forget, I, Dumbledore, have followers!”
