Delta is Coming, Big Red Has Special Effects

400: If you have any extra savings, please help the bee doctor.”Bee Doctor chose to stand by Liu Yan’s side even after it was clear what the relationship between Liu Yan and Hafke was.”

”And you, knowing everything that has happened...”

”...are you also choosing to stand on the side of Liu Yan and Hafke?”

The Supreme Commander’s eyes narrowed slightly, a dangerous look appearing when glancing at Kai Silva.

Facing such a gaze, the latter didn’t care at all, and still spoke in a deep voice, enunciating every word:

”I only have one request.”

”Revoke the special wanted status for Liu Yan and restore Bee Doctor’s status as a GTI Operator.”

”Bee Doctor is my team member, and Liu Yan has also called me Captain.”

”If there is sufficient evidence for everything, there is no need for a special wanted status; I will handle my own team members myself.”

As Kai Silva’s voice fell, the atmosphere in the meeting room gradually dropped to freezing point.

Many Operators secretly turned to look at Kai Silva.

They didn’t understand why Kai Silva would go to such lengths for Liu Yan, who had just joined not long ago.

In the meeting room, defying the GTI Supreme Commander in public.

This was no longer just a matter of being bold; this was madness!

And Kai Silva had his reasons for doing this.

It wasn’t as simple as just doing it for Liu Yan.

The main reason he went to such lengths was that he understood Roy well enough.

Given his sense of responsibility, Liu Yan was someone he had invited.

After both of them were taken away.

Even if Liu Yan wanted to join Hafke, Roy would definitely not choose to join!

Not only would he not join, but he would also persuade Liu Yan not to join GTI.

This would result in the two of them wandering outside without joining any other faction.

And with Liu Yan being a special wanted person, they would inevitably suffer attacks and ambushes from various Operators.

Kai Silva also understood the strength of GTI Operators.

No matter how superb Liu Yan’s shooting skills were, or how exaggerated his combat techniques were.

But what about when facing constant ambushes?

After all, people have to sleep.

In such a situation, it was impossible for Roy not to look after Liu Yan.

But as mentioned before, if Roy was found with Liu Yan during the process of hunting Liu Yan, Roy would be upgraded to a level two wanted person.

Even a level two wanted status would be enough for Roy to die several times over.

He himself was not good at fighting.

”Sorry, Captain Red Wolf.”

”We cannot fulfill your request.”

”Since everyone has no other questions, today’s meeting ends here.”

”Please, team captains, after returning, inform your team members of today’s meeting content.”

After speaking, the Supreme Commander put away the notes on the table, then stood up and left the meeting room without looking back.

Immediately after, the other high-level officials also left together.

The moment he saw those backs leaving, Kai Silva couldn’t help but clench his fists tightly.

For a split second, the thought of quitting GTI even sprouted in his mind.

But after calming down, he cast this thought to the back of his mind.

He turned to look at Wang Yuhao, and their eyes met.

Then they both nodded at each other.

Immediately after, under the gaze of a crowd of Operators, the two quickly left the meeting room.

Before leaving, the two didn’t forget to drag Old Hei, who was nearby, out with them.

The speed was so fast that even Mai Xiaowen and the others, who wanted to run to the back row to talk to them, missed them entirely.

”Why are you walking so fast?! What on earth are we supposed to do in this situation?”

Mai Xiaowen stomped her feet twice in complaint.

Helplessly, Mai Xiaowen turned her head and looked at the stage.

Now, only one figure remained on the stage, standing there with a frown.

”Instructor! Why didn’t you speak up for Liu Yan and the others just now!”

”And also, what is this all about? What’s going on?”

Facing Mai Xiaowen’s complaints, Deep Blue sighed helplessly.

”I’m the same as you; I only just found out about this during the meeting...”

”But I can’t quite understand, why are Mighty Dragon and Red Wolf reacting so strongly?”

”From the content reported just now, except for Roy being kicked out of the GTI, there is almost no problem.”

”After all, if we set aside the possibility of Liu Yan collaborating with Hafke, how could he alone successfully annihilate a small army of Hafke’s?”

After Deep Blue finished speaking, Mai Xiaowen and the others realized.

The instructor seemed to have not seen that video of Liu Yan.

”Instructor... didn’t the Commander show you that video?”

Mai Xiaowen asked somewhat uncertainly.

After the group went to the scene, not long after, Mai Xiaowen had already tried to delete the video.

It’s just that before she could, the video had already been deleted completely.

It seems the headquarters saved the video in advance.

And to be able to avoid being remotely deleted, there is only one possibility: after saving it, the headquarters disconnected from the network and backed up the video at the same time.

Only in this way could they avoid being tracked, deleted, and having their scan trails checked.

”No.” Deep Blue frowned and shook his head.

”But looking at your expressions, you... seem to have seen that video?”

The group nodded in unison.

”It’s a real pity you didn’t see it; when I first saw it, I thought I was drunk and hadn’t sobered up yet.”

David Ferrer looked at Deep Blue with some regret.

Subsequently, Golden Luna told Deep Blue everything about the group going to the scene last night and everything they saw in the video.

For Deep Blue, they could naturally trust him 100%.

”Uh...”

Hearing everything the group described, Deep Blue seemed to be stuck, unable to speak for a long time.

Something about resisting explosions with a physical body, infinite ammo, kicking a head until it explodes, stabbing a blue eagle helicopter pilot while flying in the air.

He could understand these words, but put together, he felt he couldn’t quite grasp it.

He even doubted himself for a moment, wondering if he was getting old and his comprehension ability was getting worse.

”If what you say is true, then Liu Yan... indeed did not collude with Hafke.”

”But...”

Deep Blue’s eyebrows furrowed tighter and tighter.

The next second, Deep Blue’s pupils instantly dilated.

”I think I’ve figured it out.”

”If you combine everything together...”

”Do you think there’s a possibility like this?”

”After the incident at the Tourist Center, Hafke wanted to retaliate against Liu Yan.”

”Then, Klei, acting as an inside mole, issued a fake mission to Liu Yan, tricking Liu Yan into going to Amiya Town.”

”And Amiya Town had already been rigged with bombs in advance.”

”After Liu Yan was in position, Hafke’s Soldiers and reporters, who had been lying in ambush, appeared at this time...”

After Deep Blue finished speaking, the group nodded in realization.

And Zoya’s mouth opened slightly, and before Deep Blue could continue, she spoke first:

”In this way, Hafke not only cleared the suspicion of bombing Dam Zero, but also did a favor for Asara in Amiya Town?”

”As long as Liu Yan dies, everything can be blamed on him. Internationally, Hafke can regain the dominant position, and the previous public opinion will turn into a smear campaign against Hafke!”

”And regarding the reinforcements in Amiya Town, Hafke has also built a noble image of letting go of past grievances. So afterwards, no matter what the Asala Guard does to Hafke, they will be condemned by public opinion!”

Zoya said this in one breath, and Mai Xiaowen and the others nearby had their jaws almost hitting the floor.

Deep Blue nodded with a serious expression.

”Correct.”

”But there’s what happened afterwards...”

”Everything did not go as Hafke expected.”

”On the contrary, Liu Yan, as a transmigrator... to be honest, I still find it hard to accept the concept of transmigration. Does it really exist in this world?”

Deep Blue shook his head helplessly, then continued:

”Liu Yan not only didn’t die, but instead annihilated that small army of Hafke’s.”

”Think about it, if GTI would mistakenly think that Liu Yan has another organization behind him in this situation, then how could Hafke not think of that?”

”As a newly joined GTI Operator, Liu Yan having a mysterious organization behind him is naturally very sensitive.”

”But for Hafke, the way of handling it would not be like GTI at all.”

”Conversely, for Hafke, who is already in the spotlight, avoiding complications is the best choice.”

”So... last night when Jacob went to the restaurant... it wasn’t collusion with Liu Yan... but possibly wanting to make friends with Liu Yan?”

Reasoning up to this point, Deep Blue’s speed of speech gradually slowed down, and there was some lack of confidence in his eyes.

”What I’m saying might not be right; it’s just a rough inference I made based on experience.”

”If it is as I speculated, then GTI... has really disheartened Liu Yan...”

”From his perspective, he was first tricked into going to Amiya Town by an inside mole in the GTI, and then bombed by Hafke.”

”After barely escaping death, he returned to headquarters only to be besieged...”

When Deep Blue said this, David Ferrer rubbed his forehead.

”Well, if that’s the case, anyone would have to take it; there’s no way around it.”

”Isn’t that just like stepping in dog poop when you go out? Can a person really be this unlucky?”

”But I’ve been wondering, in this situation, why didn’t Liu Yan resist when facing the GTI’s siege?”

”He could wipe out a small army of Hafke’s, so why fear this kind of siege?”

”What are you thinking?” Golden Luna shook her head.

”The Operators besieging Liu Yan, without even thinking, should mostly be at the peak level.”

”Even if Liu Yan could deal with Hafke’s small army, but facing peak Operators lying in ambush, he might not be able to do it.”

”After all, in that situation, Liu Yan might not even have had the chance to draw his gun.”

”That makes sense.” Hearing Golden Luna say this, David Ferrer nodded in realization.

”Maybe it’s because of watching that video.”

”I now subconsciously feel that Liu Yan seems omnipotent.”

Just then, Mai Xiaowen, who hadn’t spoken for a long time, said slowly:

”Actually, I think...”

”Liu Yan didn’t resist, possibly because of us...”

”Us?” The group looked puzzled in unison.

”Yes.”

”If I put myself in Liu Yan’s shoes, transmigrating to a strange world.”

”Meeting some people who are quite good to me, in this situation, I wouldn’t choose to resist...”

”Of course, this is not for the GTI, but for the partners around me.”

”Which is us.”

”I’ve also often seen Niao Shou Shou bringing food to Liu Yan in the last few days.”

After hearing Mai Xiaowen finish, the group pondered everything that had happened over these days and nodded subconsciously.

Although they hadn’t spent much time together, they truly regarded Liu Yan as their closest comrade-in-arms.

After all, their group, the team where Red Wolf is the captain, hadn’t had a newcomer in a long time.

But unlike the others, David Ferrer scratched his beard somewhat embarrassedly.

”If I had known this, I wouldn’t have given him expired beer; I hope he didn’t notice...”

The group looked at David Ferrer with disdain in unison.

”I wonder how they are doing now...”

”Liu Yan is a newcomer who just arrived, and he hasn’t even received his subsidy yet.”

”And Bee Doctor doesn’t have a single cent in his pocket.”

”Without money, with eating being a problem, and still having to face a special wanted status...”

”Stop talking.” Mai Xiaowen hurriedly tapped David Ferrer’s chest lightly.

”They are too pitiful.”

Mai Xiaowen’s eyes were already a little moist.

Just hearing David Ferrer say that, scenes unconsciously appeared in her mind.

Liu Yan and Roy depending on each other for survival, sleeping in the open.

While unable to eat and unable to afford equipment.

Also having to face the continuous pursuit by GTI Operators above the Black Eagle rank.

And the intelligence about Liu Yan’s outstanding shooting ability had already been grasped by other Operators.

In this situation, no one would go to fight Liu Yan head-on.

They would only use various means to approach Liu Yan, and then kill him when he was completely unable to react.

”No, I have to quickly cut off Roy’s communication equipment, otherwise the two of them will be located very soon.”

As she spoke, Mai Xiaowen hurriedly took out her decoder.

Golden Luna stepped forward and placed her hand on Mai Xiaowen’s shoulder.

”Before cutting it off, by the way, tell us where his location is, and then notify him and Liu Yan.”

”Also, if everyone has spare savings.”

”Send some to Bee Doctor first.”

”At the very least, let them have money to buy some self-defense equipment.”
