Delta is Coming, Big Red Has Special Effects

393: How do I advertise these guns? PS: Still Mommmmmm, great guy.The next morning.

After the two woke up and had a simple breakfast at the hotel, they headed to the equipment trading market Roy had mentioned.

”Honestly, I really can’t get used to the beds these rich people sleep in.”

”It’s too soft; my back still feels stiff.”

”Hey, that’s it up ahead.”

Roy walked in front, pointing to the equipment trading market not far away.

Liu Yan looked in that direction and saw the full picture.

This so-called equipment trading market was completely different from what Liu Yan had imagined.

It wasn’t in some enclosed space, nor was it a high-end setup.

On the contrary, it was more like a vegetable market, or a bird and flower market.

Vendors spread out various cloths they had prepared on the ground, placing firearms on top.

Some of the higher-end vendors had set up small tables.

Roy noticed the odd expression on Liu Yan’s face and began to explain from the side:

”It’s always like this here.”

”There is war everywhere, and firearms trading is no longer restricted. After all, there are only two best ways for ordinary people to feel safe in this situation.”

”Either move away, or have a gun.”

”But leaving the country isn’t that easy. In comparison, things like firearms and armor have low costs and can provide the same sense of security.”

”Perhaps this phenomenon will only ease on the day the war between Asara and Hafke ends.”

As they spoke, the two had already stepped into the equipment trading market.

Shouts from vendors could be heard all around:

”Brand new MK-2 tactical vest, 278,000 haf coins, brand new GT1 tactical helmet, 200,000 haf coins!”

”Buy them as a set and I’ll knock off the 28,000 remainder, only one set available!”

”Desert Eagle pistol, bare-bones, 17,000 haf coins! Come take a look, come see.”

”When the Asala Soldiers invade your home, don’t panic, don’t be afraid. Reload calmly, react coolly, aim first, then fire.”

”Bare-bones MP5 submachine gun, 59,000 each, 6 in total, welcome, boss, to buy them all!”

”PSG-1 marksman rifle, equipped with 6/12 sharpshooter variable zoom scope, practical silencer, selling the whole gun for a discounted price of 200,000! 5 in stock!”

”Selling 3 secret order angled grips, 60,000 each.”

Looking at that set of level four helmet and armor that added up to 450,000, Roy raised an eyebrow.

Things like this, at GTI headquarters, would only be equipped for executing high-risk missions.

It wasn’t that he couldn’t afford to buy them outright, but repairing them after wear and tear wasn’t cheap either.

Although headquarters could help with free repairs, you had to buy the repair kits yourself.

This had the same effect as the cafeteria providing food but not the utensils.

In the past, he would have taken a second look at level four equipment.

But ever since he had seen Liu Yan’s stash, Roy felt that this level four equipment was just so-so.

”Do we need to rent a stall or something, or find the administrator here?”

Since it was his first time, Liu Yan really didn’t know much about this kind of street vending.

Roy waved his hand and then pointed to the stall that had been selling helmets and armor earlier, as well as the one selling the PSG-1 marksman rifle.

”No need to be so complicated, look at them.”

”Stall owners who set up small tables like this are relatively powerful. You should have felt it too; the things they sell are good and very expensive.”

”Like these, to make it convenient for big clients to choose, they specifically apply to the market administrator to set up a table.”

After speaking, Roy pointed to the other stalls.

”Look at the others, they just take a piece of cloth and sit on the ground. Their exposure is relatively poor, so they don’t need to apply, anyone can do it.”

”These are mobile stalls, whoever grabs the spot first gets it, that’s why I said we should come early.”

As he spoke, Roy had already taken out a pink picnic mat with small white flowers printed on it from his backpack.

Whoosh— Whoosh—

Roy shook it hard twice, then laid it flat on the ground.

Then he found four stones and pressed down on all four corners.

Finally, he looked at Liu Yan and pointed at the picnic mat.

”This should work, put the guns you want to sell on it.”

Looking at this crude way of setting up a stall, Liu Yan suppressed the urge to complain.

”Okay, wait for me.”

Because there were many people coming and going in the market at this time, Liu Yan couldn’t find a blind spot for others to see at this location.

It was too flashy to openly pull a pile of guns out of thin air.

After Liu Yan left, Roy sat on the ground and waited for him.

Not long after, Liu Yan walked back, carrying 5 fully modified gun barrels in each hand.

The reason he only brought ten was mainly because the picnic mat couldn’t hold that many.

After arranging the firearms on the picnic mat, Liu Yan and Roy sat on the ground together.

Although the mat looked a bit abrupt, overall, it looked quite legitimate.

”Hmm... do we need to shout a bit too?”

After a while, Liu Yan realized something was wrong.

In this kind of market, everyone else was shouting, while the two of them were just sitting there.

How could they attract anyone’s attention?

With Liu Yan’s reminder, Roy quickly reacted.

”That’s right! Everyone is shouting, we need to yell a bit too.”

Immediately after, Roy looked at the ten guns neatly arranged on the picnic mat.

How... should he shout?

Although Roy often came here, every time it was just to browse and see if he could find a bargain.

As for selling guns, he had never done it before.

Immediately after, the vendor’s shout from earlier reached the two’s ears again:

”PSG-1 marksman rifle, equipped with 6/12 sharpshooter variable zoom scope, practical silencer, selling the whole gun for a discounted price of 200,000! 5 in stock!”

Hearing this, Roy’s eyes lit up.

This was a market; there was no need to know how to do it. Just shout what others are shouting.

Gun name, plus accessory names, then report the price. It was that simple!

Roy patted his chest and said to Liu Yan:

”Leave it to me, I’ll do the shouting, you just tell me how much these guns sell for.”

Liu Yan looked at these firearms; he didn’t know the specific prices either.

But seeing others selling them for 100,000, and his had more accessories, selling for 300,000 should be about right.

”Let’s sell them for 300,000.”

Liu Yan said casually.

But when he heard this number, Roy’s mouth slowly opened wide.

”300,000? Are you crazy?”

”Each of these guns of yours can sell for at least 500,000!”

”Forget it, you don’t understand the prices, I’ll set the price.”

Roy waved his hand.

”Then why did you ask me?” Liu Yan curled his lips.

”After all, they are your guns, just in case you wanted to sell them for more.”

While Roy was speaking, he was checking the accessories on Liu Yan’s guns one by one.

After checking, Roy raised his head and cleared his throat loudly:

”Ahem—!!”

”Come take a look! Come see!”

”M7 assault rifle, paired with Typhoon extra-long barrel, advanced multi-caliber silencer, resonance ergonomic grip, 30-round 6.8 magazine, modular AR rear grip, AR heavy grip panel, Shadow Strike rail stock, full-power caliber quick-detach sleeve, multi-purpose tactical riser, micro sight riser, panoramic red dot sight, PERST-7 blue laser pointer, OLIGHT Odin S tactical flashlight, four Ranger eye protection plates!!”

”Now at a rock-bottom price! Only 800,000!!”

”m14 marksman rifle, paired with M14 insight extra-long barrel, M14 cash receiver system, sandstorm vertical compensator, resonance ergonomic grip, Shadow Strike rail stock, M14 fifty-round drum magazine, multi-purpose tactical riser, micro sight riser, panoramic red dot sight, full-power caliber quick-detach sleeve, three KC hound eye protection plates!!”

”Also a rock-bottom price, 800,000!!”

”Besides this, there’s also...”

”These, ahem—are also all only 500,000, ahem—600,000 and you can take them home!!”

After Roy shouted out all the combinations of all the firearms in one breath, his throat was almost smoking.

And after his shouting, almost all the vendors and customers in the market cast shocked gazes at the two.
