Chapter 1438: Chapter 15: Economic Winter_2

Thus, after gaining substantial benefits, American enterprises were further stimulated, increasing industrial investment, expanding industrial capacity, and one after another, a massive economic bubble accelerated forming in the United States.

However, once the European war stops, orders decrease, and at this point, the American economy is already at the edge of a cliff. This is also why the United States does not want the war to stop.

But at this time, American capital clearly has no intention of stopping, instead continuing to heat up the economy, thereby searching for domestic successors, namely bank depositors, stock market investors, and some blind investors.

And the pandemic delivered the final fatal blow to the already precarious American economy, making the backlash even more fierce.

East Africa’s Minister of Industry, Met, said: ”Now, the world’s economic situation is poor, even if we in East Africa prepared well ahead of time, we are still affected, other countries’ economic conditions are even worse.”

”In Europe, now various countries are heavily indebted, the economy originally devastated by war, is now worsened, further slowing down Europe’s post-war economic recovery speed.”

”About the United States, we do not understand the specific situation well, but it might be worse than Europe. European countries have just cast off the shadow of war, the pandemic’s impact on Europe is not as fierce, whereas the United States, overnight, transitioned from an economically booming country to a scene of economic depression and troubled lives among the people. This psychological disparity will inevitably trigger social conflicts in the United States.”

”In Russia, Russia was already the greatest victim of the war, the world wars and internal civil war both caused massive damage to Russia’s fragile economy, now also facing economic blockade from countries around the world, the situation is clearly not promising.”

From the dialogue between the ruler and his minister, we can also observe that East Africa now places the United States, Europe, Russia on equal status, this detail is enough to highlight the situation of Europe’s decline. Once any singular great country of Europe held an important position in the world geopolitical landscape.

Currently, although this remains true, for a great power of East Africa’s caliber, a single European country is clearly struggling to compete with such a great power. And currently, there are accurately speaking two such nations in the world, which are East Africa and the United States.

While the United Kingdom has formidable comprehensive strength, the imperial blueprint is stacked with overly disorganized colonies, this colonial system struggles to compete with East Africa and the United States.

While Germany has advanced industry, its size is too small, especially the fatal strategic depth and geographical disadvantages.

Excluding these two European powers, other nations are even less capable of competing with East Africa and the United States.

Finally, Russia, although Russia is not purely a European country, the East African Government regards it as a significant force in the world geopolitical landscape.

However, now Russia poses mainly a great ideological threat, as for comprehensive national strength, it can only be said to have potential, even so, the ideological weapon of Russia is enough to make other countries in the world pay attention, especially Germany and Austria-Hungary.

Ernst said: ”In this respect, the European influenza has disrupted the rhythm of the entire world, bringing unpredictability to future world dynamics.”

”Originally, under normal circumstances, after the end of the war, nations around the world should have united for armed intervention in Russia, but now this cannot be formed.”

”And we are unable to predict what development the Russian Labor Party regime, which gained breathing space, will achieve, and how it will impact the future European and world dynamics.”

At the current stage, the World Labor Party is a global political force that likes to take initiative, spreading its ideology worldwide, and with Russia as its base camp, this provides logistical support and assurance for the world Labor Party in its global subversive activities.

If it weren’t for the sudden outbreak of the European influenza, imperialist countries would have long been in an all-out conflict with Russia.

The relationship between the two is binary—life and death enemies, mutually exclusive, of course, led by Ernst, East Africa is somewhat different from typical imperialist countries, yet there remains a hostile relationship between the two.

Back then, had East Africa taken action, it surely would have sufficed to trouble the Russian Labor Party, but this would also affect the global dynamics change, after all, if East Africa were held up by Russia, Europe might still remain in a state of war, and war conditions always incubate unexpected events, such as the emergence of new Labor Party regimes.

The emergence of a Labor Party regime inherently contains some degree of unexpectedness, for instance, the establishment of the Paris Labor Party regime was due to the Prussia war, the seizure of power by the Russian Labor Party relied on World War I, Labor Party regimes in Eastern European countries emerged from World War II...

In conclusion, the appearance of Labor-prone countries largely stems from internal conflicts within imperialist countries, granting various nations’ Labor Parties opportunities to exploit.

Of course, these imperialistic contradictions are fundamentally the upper echelons’ conflicts within countries, whereas each nation’s Labor Party is the embodiment of the lower class will, thus rallying the masses is the Labor Party’s main tactic.

If imperialist nations were to unite directly, then the likelihood of Labor Party countries appearing would severely diminish. However, imperialist national unity is clearly impossible, at least before the Russian Labor Party seized power, in the absence of a unified adversary, imperialist countries would fiercely clash, as demonstrated by the recently concluded World War I.
