Supreme Warrior in the City

Su Yang and the others drifted outside in the space for a while, during which they did not encounter any Guardian Gods.

It seems like the Guardian Gods have fully focused their attention within the Chaos, completely disregarding the Great World.

Actually, this situation is normal. Because the Guardian Gods are currently holding the upper hand, the only hope for the Human Clan is to find the Earth Principle to barely counter the Guardian Gods.

In this situation, the sole mission of the Guardian Gods is certainly to prevent the Human Clan from obtaining the Earth Principle. As long as the Human Clan cannot get the Earth Principle, when the people inside the Immortal Palace recover, the Human Clan is definitely doomed.

Therefore, this decision by the Divine Servant is the most correct choice at the moment. Putting the focus of the Guardian Gods within the Chaos means there’s no need to pay much attention to the outside because the situation in the Great World is no longer important.

Su Yang and others were essentially driven out of the Chaos by the people sent by the Divine Servant, unable to go back to search for the Earth Principle. And although they were safe in the Great World, this safety wouldn’t last long.

Once the people from the Immortal Palace regain their strength, it will be the time for the extinction of the Human Clan, and Su Yang and others hiding in the Great World are merely waiting to die.

So, Su Yang felt very anxious.

After waiting for some time, Su Yang and the others risked their lives again to enter the Chaos. However, within less than two years they encountered another batch of Guardian Gods.

This time, Su Yang and the others weren’t as lucky as before. They wanted to escape, but the Guardian Gods were prepared; upon meeting, they directly started fighting, giving Su Yang and the others no chance to flee.

Su Yang utilized the Puppet Dao Extreme, fought fiercely with these Guardian Gods, and held on until the Chaos Sparrow broke through the Chaos to escape. Although the time wasn’t long, the Puppet Dao Extreme was seriously wounded, and even Su Yang, the controller, was badly hurt and fled from the Chaos, barely saving his life.

This setback once again made Su Yang realize that relying on luck to find the Earth Principle amidst the encirclement of so many Guardian Gods is extremely unlikely. Not to mention whether the aura of the Earth Principle would be exposed; even if it were, Su Yang could sense it, but those Guardian Gods could also sense it.

With so many Guardian Gods in the Chaos, even if Su Yang can sense the aura of the Earth Principle, can he snatch it from those Guardian Gods?

Therefore, the situation now suggests that going into the Chaos again to seek the Earth Principle is no longer meaningful. It’s not a question of whether it can be found, but even if it is found, it won’t end up in the hands of the Human Clan.

Su Yang took out the three Crystal Skulls and explained the current situation to them, inviting them to discuss the strategy with him.

The Great City Lord and the Third City Lord both frowned, this situation caused them significant concern.

The Second City Lord muttered quietly, ”Why not just go and steal the Heavenly Dao Stone Tablet from the Immortal Palace?”

”Old Two, can you stop saying nonsense!” The Great City Lord couldn’t help but say, ”Go to the Immortal Palace and steal the Heavenly Dao Stone Tablet? Are you insane? In our current situation, before we even get close to the Immortal Palace, we’d be killed first. Are you seeking death?”

”Uh...” The Second City Lord scratched his head, ”But the problem is, we can’t snatch the Earth Principle, and they’ve got the Heavenly Dao Stone Tablet. Are we just going to sit here and await death? If we can’t get the Earth Principle, the only way is to make sure they can’t use the Heavenly Dao Stone Tablet either!”

”Even though you say that, you should come up with a workable method...” said the Great City Lord.

At this moment, Su Yang’s eyes suddenly lit up, and he immediately said, ”I think Second’s proposal is good!”

”Hmm?” The three Crystal Skulls looked at Su Yang in astonishment, even the Second City Lord was baffled, ”Boss, I... I was just saying it casually, don’t take it seriously. The Immortal Palace is very dangerous now, the Divine Servant of the First God resides there, we... we’re basically going there to die...”

”The Immortal Palace isn’t dangerous now!” Su Yang shook his head and said, ”Don’t forget, the Guardian Gods have shifted their entire focus to the Chaos. There are hundreds of Earth-level Powerhouses searching for us in the Chaos!”

”Is that so?” The three nodded, Second City Lord asked, bewildered, ”And then?”

”And then, how many Earth-level Powerhouses remain in the Guardian Land?” Su Yang looked at the three of them.

The three Crystal Skulls exchanged glances, the Great City Lord’s eyes flashed with a gleam and he immediately said, ”The Guardian Gods have essentially sent all Earth-level Realm Powerhouses into the Chaos to search for us. Under such circumstances, there are no Earth-level Powerhouses left in the Guardian Land!”

”Exactly!” Su Yang nodded, ”So now, it’s the best time to enter the Immortal Palace and steal the Heavenly Dao Stone Tablet from the Immortal Palace with most defenses in the Guardian Land being empty!”

”But, the Divine Servant of the First God is still stationed in the Immortal Palace!” Second City Lord said, ”This one person is comparable to countless Earth-level Powerhouses!”

”Well, we’ve got the Emperor Slave!” Su Yang said slowly, ”Let the Emperor Slave lure away the Divine Servant, and that’ll do it!”

At this, the eyes of the Second and Third City Lords also brightened.

”Boss, this method seems... seems feasible!” The Third City Lord said excitedly, ”Without the Divine Servant, there won’t be many Earth-level Powerhouses defending the Guardian Land. We should be able to enter the Guardian Land without any problem!”

”What about inside the Immortal Palace?” Second City Lord asked worriedly, ”Inside the Immortal Palace, there are Guardian God powerhouses from Primordial and Ancient times, we’re entering like this...”

”In the Ancient Times, you all have stolen from the Immortal Palace once, are you afraid now?” Su Yang glanced at him, ”Besides, this time I’m going with you. I have the Undying Bone of Heaven Slayer, the Illusion of Heaven Slayer, and the Heaven-Slaying Blade to sever the Heavenly Dao Stone Tablet. If worse comes to worst, we’ll fight them. I may not fear them!”

”Then why don’t you just fight the Divine Servant or those Guardian Gods?” Second City Lord muttered.

”Nonsense, I want to!” Su Yang glared and said, ”But the Illusion of Heaven Slayer rarely reveals itself when facing those Guardian Gods. This Illusion of Heaven Slayer seems disdainful of dealing with those Earth-level Cultivators!”

”...” The Second City Lord was at a loss for words, ”at such a time, still holding its status. If we fail, even the Heaven Slayer could perish, it might be better to just fight those bastards directly!”
