Hentai King System

They were walking through a sewer channel filled with knee-deep filthy water. Covered in foul-smelling sewage, they pressed forward desperately.

”Uuu… I, who am destined to become a Sword Saint one day, why must I suffer like this…?”

Amand complained with teary eyes. She was a squad captain from the Valenstein Kingdom. After being captured by Rigel, she had been trained into a pitiful sex slave.

”…Can’t be helped. The beastkin girls all passed out the moment we reached the entrance.”

Rigel answered with an annoyed expression. For the infiltration through the underground aqueduct, he had planned to have the captives guide him.

His first choice was naturally the dog-eared girl who had provided the information. As backups, he considered the other two beastkin girls or their superior Le Kaine. However, all of them had fainted as soon as they approached the entrance of the underground aqueduct. Apparently, the smell of the capital’s sewage flowing through the aqueduct was unbearably foul for beastkin.

He then thought of having Princess Nina guide them, but her legs had given out from the intense sex they had just finished. In the end, the only remaining option was Amand.

”B-But still… I’m just a squad captain who was only in charge of defending the border, you know? I’ve only been inside the royal castle a handful of times…”

”Shut up! You only get all humble at times like this…! You’re always going on about ’I, Amand, who will one day become a Sword Saint’!”

”That’s about combat!!”

”Details don’t matter! There’s no way I can walk through this stinking place alone! You’re coming with me!!”

”That’s so unreasonable…!”

The two continued bickering as they advanced.

In truth, Amand couldn’t really guide them through the underground aqueduct. If the goal was simply to infiltrate the city, Rigel would have had a higher chance of success going alone.

However, having someone with at least some knowledge of the city’s layout would be very useful once they were inside for moving around the streets and royal castle. Above all, it was necessary for Rigel’s mental stability. There was no way he could endure walking through such a foul-smelling underground passage by himself.

”Still, it really stinks… Even if it’s a sewer, isn’t this a bit much?”

Rigel muttered. The water system in the Valenstein Kingdom’s capital was above average. They utilized natural underground waterways, and domestic wastewater was dumped directly into them.

Because of the large volume of underground water, the wastewater should have been quickly diluted, and the smell shouldn’t have been this bad. Yet the underground passage they were walking through was filled with an intense, rotting stench.

”It’s probably because of the new minister who took office a few years ago.”

”Minister…?”

”Yeah. He’s known as a fiscal austerity advocate. He pushed to cut unnecessary expenses and redirect the funds to military spending.”

”…I see.”

It appeared the new minister had carried out poor policies. By slashing the budget for underground aqueduct maintenance, whatever was causing the stench had been left unchecked.

”Damn it… What a useless bastard.”

Rigel felt like clicking his tongue, but then he realized something.

”Hey, Amand. Did the kingdom’s army support that minister?”

The ruler of the Valenstein Kingdom was, of course, the King. The minister was appointed by the King and given significant authority to handle affairs. However, even the King couldn’t ignore various organizations and public opinion when selecting ministers. Especially the wishes of the kingdom’s army.

”Of course! He worked hard to increase our military budget! The earth dragon that was mobilized in the previous battle was also tamed by Third Princess Norn with his support—”

Amand spoke proudly. Seeing her like that, Rigel felt anger rise within him.

”Don’t fuck with me! Then doesn’t that mean this stench is your fault?!”

”M-My fault!?”

It was a completely unreasonable accusation. The terrible smell in the underground aqueduct may have been caused by reduced maintenance costs. The reduction in maintenance costs was the new minister’s policy. One of the reasons the new minister was appointed by the King was the support from the kingdom’s army. And Amand, as a squad captain close to the lower ranks of that army, was part of it.

”Obviously! You dragged me into this mess! I’ll kill you!”

”Hiiieee!?”

Amand looked terrified as Rigel pressed closer. However, she wasn’t actually scared from the bottom of her heart. It was just idle chatter to distract themselves from the stench.

While arguing like this, they eventually reached a wide open space.

”What the hell is that…? A pile of sludge?”

A massive amount of sludge-like substance had accumulated there. This was likely the source of the stench. Rigel decided to observe it for the time being.

---

Rigel and Amand were walking through the underground aqueduct, heading toward the interior of Tosh. After enduring the foul stench for some time, a large mass resembling sludge appeared before them.

”What is this…? A clump of sludge?”

”Who knows? I have no idea.”

Amand shook her head in response to Rigel’s question.

”Tch! Useless woman…”

”Uuu… Isn’t that a bit harsh? I was just a squad captain assigned to the border. There’s no way I would know about abnormalities in the capital’s underground aqueduct.”

Amand protested against Rigel’s casual insult. It was a perfectly reasonable argument, and Rigel knew it. He was simply venting his stress by taking it out on her.

”Shut up already! Hey, ’Amand, who will one day become a Sword Saint’ — have you forgotten to show gratitude toward me?”

”Ugh…!? W-well, it’s true that I’m grateful for that ’certain matter,’ but that and this are completely different issues!”

”…Haaah~”

Rigel let out an exaggerated sigh. Then, while pretending to be fed up, he said:

”I understand how you feel. From this moment on, I’ll release you from being my sex slave. You’re free to go wherever you want.”

”Eh!?”

Amand let out a surprised cry.

”W-wait a minute! What do you mean by—”

”I don’t really need a woman like you anymore. It was fun violating an enemy squad captain, but now I have Princess Nina and the strongest beastkin warrior Kaine. A former squad captain like you is no longer necessary. I’ll set you free.”

”I-I see…!”

Amand’s expression brightened. She had been captured as an enemy prisoner and trained as a sex slave. Being freed would be the best possible outcome.

”Now that you’re free, it’s time for you to repay the ’debt’ you owe me.”

”—!!”

Amand’s face instantly turned pale. Her body trembled.
