The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 692: Chapter 275: Six Hundred Million Creditors (Requesting Monthly Votes)_2

”I heard there was that implication, of course, Mr. Wang, you also know that for regular clients, from the moment they have the desire to buy to actually placing an order, it usually takes a process, specifically how Mr. Zhou thinks, I can’t guarantee with certainty...”

Having reached this point in the conversation, even though he didn’t understand why Mr. Wang was so agitated, Cui Yeqing had no choice but to address it head-on.

”Of course, I understand, but Old Cui, this order with Mr. Zhou is different from other potential clients, it has a very specific significance for the company, since you’ve managed to connect with Mr. Zhou, it fits perfectly, therefore, I am entrusting this task to you, this is not just my personal request, you can understand it as... the will of the entire board of directors.”

As Wang Xun spoke, his tone grew serious.

”Mr. Wang, I don’t understand...”

Cui Yeqing hadn’t anticipated that by merely inquiring into Zhou Wang’s background, he would suddenly receive a task from the board of directors, puzzled, he asked.

”Uh, there’s no one else around you, right?”

After pondering for a moment, Wang Xun suddenly asked.

”No...”

Cui Yeqing glanced at Jiang Yisen, who was next to him, eavesdropping, Yisen, of course, knew what he had to do and promptly zipped his lips, ensuring he remained silent.

”This involves a past affair of the company, as well as a hidden matter... if it wasn’t for your contact with Mr. Zhou, ordinarily, someone of your level wouldn’t be privy to this.”

”Of course, Mr. Wang, rest assured, I won’t tell anyone else!”

”Mm, do you remember more than a year ago when the company went through a major crisis, even though at that time you were just a regular employee, you should’ve heard some rumors...”

”I remember.” Cui Yeqing nodded, ”Back then, everyone said the company might not pull through, it seemed like the capital chain was broken or something...”

”At that time, there was an issue with the bank, a bank director with deep ties with us fell from grace, causing a loan that had been approved to hit a snag, in that urgent situation, several of us shareholders exhausted every possible measure, yet still remained helpless.”

Wang Xun slowly explained, ”Just then, a fund from Hong Kong Island approached us, claiming they could provide us with a conditionally interest-free loan, of course, the details were a bit complicated, you only need to know that they were entrusted by someone, and the creditor of this loan... was Mr. Zhou Wang.”

Cui Yeqing listened, stunned, does this mean Zhou Wang is actually the major creditor of Feitian General Aviation?

”Then this 600 million...”

”The repayment terms are set by him, there are two options.”

Wang Xun patiently explained: ”The first is that within the limit of the amount he lent, he can enjoy our services at the lowest discount, that is the 600 million you see on the stored-value card, or you can understand it as, this 600 million was originally lent by him to us...”

”But there’s also a second option, that within two years, if we can’t repay the 600 million in a lump sum, then we need to calculate the principal and interest according to the highest legal interest rate for private loans, and each year, calculate it with compound interest...”

”Hiss!”

Upon hearing this, Cui Yeqing couldn’t help but take a sharp breath.

For private loans, the maximum legally protected interest is 24% annual interest rate, but in some cases, parts within 36% can also be recognized as legal.

Six hundred million, how much is it in a year?

And that doesn’t even account for the compound interest in the second year...

Given the company’s situation, even if the injection of 600 million helped alleviate the pressure, and we start making a profit this year, but that’s six hundred million, how can we find so much money to repay in a short time?

Or even if we scrape it together by any means and repay it, won’t the company immediately fall into an even larger crisis?

”Mr. Wang, if this 600 million was borrowed over a year ago, then isn’t the deadline approaching?”

Cui Yeqing quickly asked.

”Yes, recently every agenda of the board discusses this matter.”

As Wang Xun spoke to this point, his voice sounded somewhat fatigued, ”So Old Cui, you now understand why such a task was entrusted to you, right?”

”In other words, if we can get Mr. Zhou to place an order for a private jet, spending his pre-stored amount, then we won’t have to repay the money, at the very least, it would greatly reduce the repayment pressure?”

Cui Yeqing, having sorted out the logic, asked for confirmation.

”Correct, if we only provide Mr. Zhou with charter flights and helicopter rental services, how long would it take to spend the six hundred million... by then, forget about the principal, just the interest paid each year would cause a tremendous burden on the company.”

Wang Xun smiled wryly, ”The best approach is to get Mr. Zhou to place an order for a private jet within this remaining less than a year, this is the repayment method we most hope to see.”

Understanding dawned on Cui Yeqing, after all, they had their internal channels, without mentioning how much they would earn from Zhou Wang, even if selling it to him at cost, they wouldn’t lose out...

”In any case, Old Cui, this matter is now in your hands, if you need anything, contact me at any time, the company will give you full support...”

Cui Yeqing only revealed a helpless expression after hanging up the phone.

What is this...

Just a phone call, and inexplicably, he’s been saddled with a ”life-or-death” task for the company.

But on reflection, he became full of ambition, conversely speaking, if he managed to secure this deal, he would become a great contributor to the company, with a bright future...
