The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 683: Chapter 272: Above the Clouds_2

Jiang Yisen, standing by, saw Cui Yeqing speaking passionately while Zhou Wang seemed to be listening intently. He couldn’t help but smirk...

Zhou Wang kept saying he wouldn’t buy, but his demeanor seemed like he really wanted to buy a private jet. He asked about the process of purchasing a private jet, the differences between models, and even which model had the best shock absorption.

If Jiang Yisen didn’t know Zhou Wang’s background, he might have actually been fooled.

Yes, he admitted Zhou Wang was pretty good. Although he was still a bit behind his brother, Jiang Minghao, he barely managed to catch Jiang Yisen’s attention. At a young age, he amassed a huge fortune, even able to take out a 200 million loan on personal credit alone from the bank, but...

Thinking about getting involved with private jets, that was simply going overboard.

With Zhou Wang’s 200 million, it seemed he could purchase quite a few cheaper models, but the expenses of a private jet were far beyond just the purchase cost.

Fuel costs, airport landing and takeoff fees, route fees, navigation service fees, insurance costs, custody fees, maintenance fees, pilot and crew expenses, and the hiring costs of a pretty flight attendant with a salary of 20 times the monthly rate, etc.

Just like buying a car, the expensive part wasn’t only the purchase.

Besides, Zhou Wang had to take out a loan for a house worth over 100 million, let alone a private jet.

If his brother Jiang Minghao didn’t have the family’s support and some business needs, he probably wouldn’t dare to rashly purchase a private jet either.

”...Using Beidou Airport as an example, the yearly parking fee is about 1.2 million, and your plane flying in the sky will burn at least 4,000 to 7,000 per hour in fuel, not to mention other costs. So, Mr. Zhou, you’re right, the cost of maintaining a private jet is quite outrageous.”

At this time, Cui Yeqing was coincidentally discussing this topic with Zhou Wang and smiled as he spoke.

”It is a bit outrageous.”

Zhou Wang nodded, but remembered the ”Golden Legend” he got with Endme—a ”Gulfstream G650 series business jet” 1-RMB purchase privilege.

That is, if nothing unexpected happened, Cui Yeqing was right. In the near future, he indeed would own a private jet.

The system would cover the aircraft purchase, and he only needed a one-RMB deduction, but clearly, the system wouldn’t cover the subsequent maintenance costs.

So Zhou Wang was still a bit worried. Though his income was not small, his expenses were also quite high. Maintaining a private jet felt rather burdensome...

Although Zhou Wang was simply worrying too much, after all, the plane hadn’t arrived yet, who knew when it would come? He could only trigger this specific privilege in the presence of Ji Xiaoxi.

”Hehe, Mr. Zhou, if you find taking a business jet more convenient but the maintenance bothersome, it’s not necessary to buy one, chartering is also an option!”

At this moment, seeing Zhou Wang silent, Cui Yeqing might have thought Zhou Wang was concerned about face, worrying about how to respond, and proactively smiled as he said:

”In fact, many big shots nowadays choose to travel by chartering planes, it’s really quite economical. The cost of one charter ranges from 150,000 to 600,000. If you buy first-class tickets from the airline, the price could be around the same when traveling in a group, but it wouldn’t be as comfortable as chartering!”

Meanwhile, Cui Yeqing was secretly puzzled. Perhaps he saw it wrong, but although Zhou Wang asked him many questions, Cui Yeqing still felt that Zhou Wang had no intention to purchase. This was a professional marketing intuition, something even Jiang Yisen might not discern...

Zhou Wang blinked, then smiled and nodded, ”That’s a good suggestion, I’ll consider it...”

Just then, the coach slowly came to a stop. Zhou Wang looked up and realized they had arrived in front of the plane. Ahead of the coach, a pure white plane was quietly resting on the runway.

Compared to commercial planes, this plane was naturally just a small aircraft. Yet, in the realm of private jets, this aircraft, over 27 meters long, already qualified as a large business jet.

”Mr. Zhou, this is the Gulfstream G450 we’re taking today, a three-cabin configuration accommodating up to 15 people, with a maximum range of 8,000 kilometers. It can easily handle flights from Beidou to any city in Southeast Asia...”

Cui Yeqing’s voice came in timely introduction.

Zhou Wang glanced at the tarmac, which still had wet marks from the light rain earlier, but they made the Gulfstream G450 parked here appear especially fresh with its red-and-white color scheme being quite appealing.

At the bottom of the boarding stairs, there was already a flight attendant in a general aviation uniform waiting with a smile.

In terms of appearance, this flight attendant couldn’t be described as exceptionally eye-catching, but her tall figure, sexy build, coupled with her uniform, was enough to become a ”goddess” in many men’s hearts.

Zhou Wang and the others got off the vehicle and boarded the plane amid the flight attendant’s greetings. At this moment, Cui Yeqing quietly took a step back, lightly coughed, and asked Jiang Yisen in a low voice, ”Do you know what business Mr. Zhou is in? I feel like he’s familiar, but I just can’t recall where I’ve seen him...”

Since this trial charter experience had already lasted nearly a month, Jiang Yisen and Cui Yeqing were quite familiar with each other at this point. As soon as Cui Yeqing asked, Jiang Yisen roughly understood what he actually wanted to know.

”Manager Cui, I’d advise you to save your efforts. This guy just bought two properties today; I’ve seen him loan a billion from the bank. Do you think he has any spare money left to buy a jet?”
