Almighty Sweet Queen is Really Rich!

Chapter 515: Chapter 515: I Believe You

A girl couldn’t help but whisper, ”What’s the difference between this and being in prison?”

Su Li sneered inwardly, isn’t this almost the same as being imprisoned?

Her own sister, in the name of protection, restricting personal freedom.

Su Li looked at Yan Le, her appearance wasn’t particularly beautiful, but she could be called delicate, with shoulder-length dull black hair. Her face, as small as a palm, was pale as paper. She was very thin, with skin stretched over bones, and her bones were conspicuous.

At a glance, she looked to be in a poor mental state.

The nanny didn’t dare mention the incident of scolding Yan Le earlier, awkwardly smiled, and went to the kitchen to wash a plate of fruits to bring over.

Lu Zifan and a group of classmates were offering condolences to Yan Le in the wheelchair, expressing the school’s thoughts and care for her.

Yan Le’s expression was very calm, only nodding continuously.

After a while, the atmosphere turned awkward.

To be honest, they weren’t particularly familiar with Yan Le, so it didn’t take long for the conversation to die down.

A girl wandered around the apartment, looking around, and said, ”Yan Le, your sister is really good to you, she bought you such a big place, it’s worth several million.”

”It’s also because your sister is so talented, several of her series have become popular in a row, that’s why she can afford to take care of you. She’s my idol.”

”...”

Yan Le, sitting in the wheelchair, suddenly gripped the armrest tightly, her eyes turned red, and she yelled, ”No, those scripts were all written by me, they’re all mine! You’ve been deceived by her!”

The hall instantly fell silent, several pairs of eyes stared at Yan Le.

The nanny called out not far away, ”Everyone, don’t pay attention to her, she’s having a mental breakdown. This Second Miss keeps saying the scripts are hers, my ears are tired of hearing it.”

Everyone realized, so that’s how it is, she’s having a mental episode.

”Does Yan Le have delusions?”

”It looks like she’s quite sick, always wanting to claim other people’s work as her own.”

”...”

Yan Le suddenly covered her ears and screamed hoarsely, ”I’m not mentally ill, I’m really not. Those scripts were written by me, they’re all mine...”

Lu Zifan sighed, ”People with mental illness always say they’re not mentally ill.”

Look at her crazed state, isn’t she having a mental episode? And it’s quite severe.

Su Li felt a chill in her heart, this was the most terrifying part, the whole world treating a normal person as mentally ill, yet that person can’t prove they’re normal!

The nanny stood not far away, disdainfully saying, ”Second Miss, how many times have you said this? Okay, okay, you’re not mentally ill, you’re normal. But how do you prove those scripts are yours? Do you have evidence?”

Yan Le hugged her head in horror, murmuring, ”Evidence? I have no evidence, I have no evidence... No one believes me... Shi An doesn’t believe me, no one in the world believes me...”

Almost visibly, Yan Le’s face turned white, as if her strained nerves were about to completely snap.

Yan Le, with red-rimmed eyes, suddenly grabbed the fruit knife from the fruit plate and stabbed towards her own chest—

Everyone jumped in fright, obviously not reacting in time.

Feng Ciye and Su Li simultaneously reached out to stop Yan Le, Feng Ciye furrowed his brows slightly, his fair hand pressed over Su Li to block the fruit knife.

Bright red blood suddenly dripped onto the back of Su Li’s hand.

Su Li watched as Feng Ciye’s arm was cut open by Yan Le’s knife, a slender gash from which blood flowed like a waterfall.

Yan Le, frightened, immediately dropped the fruit knife, speaking incoherently, ”I didn’t mean to hurt anyone, no one believes me, I just...”

A clear voice, like a silver bell, rang out, ”I believe you.”
