COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

Hashimoto in fact brought 168 points deduction to his Class A for just 1 million points.

“....Does Sakayanagi have any instructions for this VIP exam?” Hashimoto just came back to his roots of being a good person outside, “For example, let’s discover information about the VIP in our own class....”

“She didn’t give orders, just to follow Katsuragi with a pure heart....”

“.....” Hashimoto, who only got dark paint inside.

Sakayanagi didn’t come to take the exam at all, so how could she possibly give instructions?

He then prepared to leave quietly.

Kamuro-san was also preparing to stand up, had to attend the meeting at 9 o’clock later.

She was from the monkey team, and looked at the list.

Koenji Rokusuke from Class C was also there.

Guy is a pervert, and Kamuro-san is a little worried that other party will guess that she is a preferential treatment person.

But now, it seems there is no need to worry......

”Didi!”

Only, Kamuro who just wanted to stand up but found that she had received a message.

“???”

After checking, she looked at Hashimoto who had walked out about ten meters.

“Let’s find information about VIPs of our class, Hashimoto! Katsuragi suffered a huge defeat, and if we try our best to assist him, but Class A’s advantage will still not be maintained. Then it’s only natural that Sakayanagi takes the front stage...Moreover, at this critical moment, you should not act blindly. Otherwise, I will be blamed for Katsuragi’s defeat!”

Kamuro-san delivered several long messages to the blonde hair going away, with a disgusted look on her face.

This time Hashimoto chose not to betray class.

Ater all……Class A is in danger now.

Maybe, person who received special treatment will fall after the exam.

If he got held accountable then, he will be finished.

That’s why, even Hashimoto also started working hard.

A few minutes later, the lists of three preferential recipients from Class A were gathered in Kamuro’s hands.

After she also confirmed the information of herself, she blindly took them to Katsuragi.

Class A was quite cautious this time.

Other side.

Teachers’ assembly, Eat breakfast.

However, in the next 3 days, students themselves held meetings twice a day to obtain information about preferential candidates and how to clear exams.

Teachers don’t need to do this anymore.

Therefore, only 3 of the four head teachers are here.

Among them, Chie Hoshinomiya from Class B drank too much yesterday, so she didn’t come to join the teachers.

And Sakagami of Class D discovered that Mashima’s condition quite seemed not right.

“Speaking of which, early in the morning, I heard the sound of propellers. It couldn’t have been the school’s helicopter coming over, right?”

“Yeah....” Mashima just sighed heavily, even felt a bit tired for doing so much work.

“Students in Class C requested to use the backup aircraft. Since there was no preparation on the ship, Student council president Horikita Manabu brought things over in a helicopter, and he will leave this evening...”

“The Student council president actually came to deliver the things in person! You must be joking!” Sakagami was just too surprised after hearing such amazing things.

“Perhaps he is also interested in this exam....”

Chop! Slash!

“.....Wait, you mean applying for a backup machine? Their phones won’t

be used for the next three days?!”

“That’s right, Sakagami! Horikita requested a large amount from me. Then, it will be sent out before 8 o’clock today!” For some reason Chabashira’s face looked quite smug while responding to his paled expression.

At 8 o’clock, school will notify the preferential recipients of their information.

But, students in Class C now prepared backup machines in advance.

That is to say.

Representative of Class C may not let the people know whether he has been selected for preferential treatment from the beginning.

Class C was promoted from D, has the worst quality and is the easiest to be deceived, so if they know the info about favored person...is likely to be leaked immediately.

Then for other classes, it is fragrant steamed buns.

Like Class D in Sakagami, Ryuen hopes to rise in VIP exam.

As a result, Class C’s current wild operation is almost equivalent to skipping this exam.

“Hateful----”

Sakagami immediately knew that Class C had advantage in this exam again!

Able to hold on to high points gained on the Deserted island.

“Hey, Mashima?”

“....What do you want Sakagami?”

“Don’t be like that. Tell me, what preparations has your class made?”

Sakagami turned to look at the person with the highest power among rest of teachers....

“If your class doesn’t work hard this time, will be chased by Class B.”

Score of Class A is 1258.

Class B 1121 points.

As long as B can guess 2 preferential recipients of Katsuragi’s, then Class A will fall.

It’s a shame that Sakagami’s own D class was dropped from Class C, but now if Mashima’s is also pushed down, maybe he can save his face.

It wasn’t just his class that alone sucked.

“You don’t have to worry! It doesn’t necessarily mean that Class A gets to be pulled down. It’s better to say I won’t be defeated in this exam.”

“Um?”

“Do you have such confidence?” Sakagami was now also feeling a little curious to know, because shouldn’t you guy be sweating by now?

Even Chabashira also looked over.

You know, in this exam, Class A is in a lot of danger.

So, how Mashima still has this kind of chill attitude?

Other side.

The Head teacher of B is currently enjoying her young life.

She is getting a massage.

Tuck!

But soon, there was a knock on the door.

“Ah, Ichinose, you’re here!” A hot but very drunk teacher of Class B asked her to come inside, “I’ve been waiting  a long time for you!”

Uh.... This kind of dialogue actually makes people doubt your real intentions...

“Sensei, are you okay with this?” Person came in was none other Ichinose with long pink-blond hair.

The oldest girl in Class B.

But now there was some worry in her eyes, because her class teacher drank almost every day, and she gulped a lot yesterday.

“Just drink some wine...” Chie was quite casual about her lewd behaviour, “I’m very good at doing it! Besides, Ichinose, you must have some doubts in your heart. Like, why are you in the Rabbit Team? You should have also obtained a list of some of the other team members! Hmm, Dragon group seems to have gathered class leaders, but I didn’t want to let you go.....”

Poke! Poke!

“Sensei, must have her own considerations, besides I’m not that good either....” Ichinose just said very modesty, trying to make herself look down in front of the person touching her cheeks.

“No....” But, Chie shook her face twice, now putting both palms on the girls shoulder.

“You can still play the role of representative in our class, and I put you in the rabbit group, because Sae-chan put Hikigaya in the rabbit group! That’s why I arranged for you to play defence!”

“What do you mean?” Ichinose tilted her face to look at her teacher with a confused expression.

“Hikigaya is very powerful and is Sae-chan’s favorite boy. Therefore, if he joins the Rabbit Team, it will definitely be unfair to the other members, right? Therefore, I hope you can find a preferential treatment person for the Rabbit Team....”

“Defeat Hikigaya Hachiman!”

”Right now, we are only Class B, and even have the hope of moving up, but I think the more important stuff is to knock Class C down!”

Hoshinomiya’s face doesn’t look like she is playing any silly games either, pretty serious regarding this outcome.

Chie and  Sae are best friends, at the same time, even classmates in past.

Their home was originally Class D.

Even climbed up from D, and finally reached the position of B.

Then, it was just 1 step away from Class A.

Everyone wants to have a bright future, but... in key exam, Chabashira ruined it, and everyone lost the chance to move up.

Including her best friend.

And because they were also best friends, when Chie found that Sae now really wanted to climb up this year, and even jumped very fast.

So if you don’t set equal levels, it would be a shame to use the term “best friend”

Then, after Chie found out that Sae didn’t place Hikigaya in the Dragon group, she also placed Ichinose with little white rabbits.

’Defeat Hikigaya-kun....’

Ichinose now glanced at the message she received yesterday.

[Giving you 2 days to give me the list of preferential recipients in your class. If violated, the alliance between BC classes will end. ]

“.....”

Main Question now is not whether to defeat the opponent or not, but rather, if Class B breaks up, there will be risks.

Chapter 196

It’s 9 o’clock.

[Time for discussion.

Every day from 9 to 10 am and from 9 pm to 10 pm are your discussion times. Now informing each group of the room number ]

Mashima’s voice immediately came over the radio.

[The rabbit group goes to the.....]

After taking black spare mobile phones, people of Class C walked to the rooms they were notified of....

But everyone is quite relaxed.

This exam just seems to find out who the VIP is, but requires personal observation.

Only, not feeling panic at all, because at least they have no problem.

Even Sotomura doesn’t know whether he is the preferential recipient, so no fucking way others get to know about either, right?!

Can those who receive preferential treatment get extra points?

Of course, besides if you know something just report to Hikigaya and Horikita first.

Unconsciously, people of Class C now rely on someone else, no longer the first to look for Hirata.

But one of the students was still holding a white mobile phone.

This was Hikigaya Hachiman.

He was worried about whether there would be other notifications from the school, because everyone’s mobile phones had been confiscated.

If there was information transmitted, no one has the way to know about it and got trapped, someone had to hold the mobile phone.

And the reason is also very direct.

[I’m sorry that you were not selected as a preferential candidate, but please continue to work hard on the exam. ]

He was not selected.

This was already known at 8 o’clock.

’But, I made the right bet....From the confiscated mobile phones, data about preferential recipients I obtained was... 3 people.’

In other words, there is indeed a pattern to those who receive bonus.

As for the mobile phones of all the classmates, he had already confirmed the identity of the VIPs.

Then, put a note with the student’s name on the back of all devices and put them in Cruise’s safe.

Key to the safe. Only in his hands.

Hachiman was tasked to eat grass in the Rabbit Team, so place he wants to go is 204 in Building 2, which is a coincidence, because the rules explanation last night was also here.

“Hikigaya, you’re going to do something big this time!”

Because they are in the same group, when found out that Hachiman was also preparing for room 204, top student Yukimura opened his mouth.

His academic ability is very high, can get 3rd place easily in the class.

This is his advantage.

At the same time, also one of the few people in the class who has class honors and wishes to move up.

Originally, he wanted to show off on the island, and even advocated saving 300 S points.

But in the end points obtained in the class exceeded what he could not even have dreamed of.

’It only shows that Hikigaya is much better than me....So, now I have grown to trust him...’ And, Yukimura also felt that Hachiman’s handling method this time was very good.

Because no one knew whether he was the preferential one, so there were fewer pig teammates.

At the same time, no way to answer questions without a mobile phone, and naturally you will not guess the recipients of favoritism in other classes wrong and then have points deducted.

This is a very safe plan.

To get such high scores on the Deserted exam, there is absolutely no need to be deducted because of pigs roaming around.

So, this exam plan is really good.

“My intelligence is very limited...I can only come up with this normal method....”

“But that’s more than okay!” It was Sotomura who felt Hikigaya was looking down on himself too much, “Using this way, Yamauchi won’t deduct points!”

He bought a laptop in the first month of school, but as a rich man, definitely wants to buy more.

So if he can earn 100,000 yen for living expenses next month, it will be a great thing for him.

“That girl Karuizawa, hasn’t she arrived yet?”

Yukimura had arrived, found that students from Class D and A of the Rabbit Group had also come over, but Karuizawa hadn’t given her divine blessings yet.

Although he usually instructs Karuizawa in his work, Hachiman will not take the blame.

It was she herself who was late!

“Ha..ha...”

Karuizawa is really a late-bloomer....

Then she was obviously the alone girl from Class C in Rabbit Group, but after discovering Hachiman and the others, she just sat on an empty seat inside by herself.

....It seems that girl have kept some distance from everyone.

She didn’t seem to have anything to greet either.

Although they were in the same class, Karuizawa just had a normal “You” type of relationship.

In fact, it should be said, not very good.

Not long after she entered school, fell out with the boys in her class.

The cause was that Ike accidentally bumped into Karuizawa’s desk and caused her pencil to fall to the ground.

She directly scolded Ike to death....

Quite fierce.

As a result, Karuizawa was quite unpopular among boys.

Even though... she looks quite cute.

But, people like Yamauchi who only care about her face will just stay away from her.

Only this was before.

When taking the old test questions, she used convenience of being a member of the Student council to ”secretly take pictures of the “papers” and let everyone pass the exam, which gained favor of the students in the class.

Therefore, boys in the class are not so resistant to her.

It’s just that her cute appearance is genuine, because almost all the boys in other classes focus on her, probably because they are comparing themselves with the girls in their own class.

But, this slightly awkward atmosphere was changed when the students from Class B arrived.

“Yaha—everyone.”

“There’s Hikigaya-kun.....”

“Oh, you’re also here, Yukimura-kun.”

This is a cute and energetic greeting, and girl with a smile that makes people bump into each other like an angel is the most popular among the first graders.

Ichinose Honami.

Not only because she is cute, nor because her chest is too big....

But her temperament and lovely atmosphere makes people want to get in touch with her.

She is the only person who has a good relationship with all the students in the four classes.

“Hello, Ichinose....” Hachiman also couldn’t help but wave a little more excitedly than usual.

But, he also noticed that when Ichinose looked at him, she seemed to be a little reluctant.

Sure enough.....

....Sending her that kind of message really embarrassed her.

“Ichinose, you actually remember me.....” And this was a very flushed Yukimura, seemed very happy.

Then he got quickly explained the reason why being greeted by Ichinose.

“Hehe...Obviously, I just picked up the key student’s name in your class....”

It seems that Ichinose’s lethality is very strong, even a top student who seems to only know how to study will be attracted.

....Just that Ichinose is indeed a kind person because she will remember each other simply because of such a petty thin---

For your own class.

“.....”

Hachiman previously finalised this Yukimura might be a cold-blooded academic, but now it seems that is not the case at all, and he has the potential to develop into a bitch.

[Then let’s start now, 1st group discussion! ]

Horn inside the ship sounded.

This also means your talk begin.

“....” Hachiman said nothing.

But someone pushed the chair and decided to break the gridlock, “Okay, everyone, pay attention!”

Clap! Clap!

It’s Ichinose.

This girl with excellent learning ability and leadership qualifications now got everyone’s full attention.

“There are instructions from the school. Last night, Sensei also suggested that we should introduce ourselves in the first meeting. So I think we should begin doing it.”

“Let me introduce you. After all, there are many people here who don’t know each other. Well...if there is anyone who wants to be the host, please tell me” Ichinose is indeed very qualified.

If you throw her in a new place, she can quickly integrate.

White Room....

Death...

However, there are also people who are feeling dissatisfied with her.

“Is it necessary to introduce myself now and then? Just let the guy who wants to do it!”

He’s from Class A.

The person who started talking now is Machida Koji.

Class score of the students in A 1258 points, while of Class B is 1121 points.

For Class A, an urgent situation, so naturally they are not willing to Live in peace with fools like Ichinose.

In other words, want to cause trouble.

’....It’s just this is really mockery of a child.’ Hachiman rudely thought to himself.

”You can do this if you want, Machida-kun. However, if what happened in this room reaches the school’s ears, I don’t know if it will lower your opinion.....”

Ichinose said with a cool teacher’s down look on her face, “Besides, Machida-kun will be the one who will be unlucky, but it may also drag down the entire team.”

Therefore, apart from Sakayanagi and probably Katsuragi, people in Class A are not completely outstanding.

Some people are not smart enough and can only follow orders.

“I know...” Machida-kun was immediately frightened by Ichinose’s calm but huge pressure of force.

And, since Machida from Class A was defeated, others began to introduce themselves.

“Ibuki Mio from Class D.”

Silence......
