She Used Me for a Dare… Now I Own Her Mother

Chapter 182: The Queen Meets The System

”Alright,” Victoria said, settling more comfortably, her earlier jealousy transformed into focused curiosity.

”Show me everything. I want to understand what he’s been dealing with. What you’ve been helping him navigate. All of it.”

Lilith smiled... approval and respect clear in her translucent features.

”Very well,” Lilith said, her tone carrying obvious satisfaction. ”Let me show you what your man has accomplished in just three months.”

The translucent screens manifested again, but this time they coalesced into a comprehensive display that floated in the air between them... detailed, organized, impressive in its scope:

[DOMINION SYSTEM - LEVEL 2.0]

[MASTER STATUS]

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

NAME: Alexander ”Alex” Hale

AGE: 22

TITLE: Master of Dominion

REALM: Enhanced Realm (Early)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Victoria’s eyes widened immediately, fixing on that last line.

”Enhanced Realm,” she breathed, leaning forward with sudden intensity. ”You’re... you’re actually Enhanced Realm?”

Alex felt a flush of pride despite himself. ”Yes. Early stage, but yes.”

”Alex,” Victoria said, her voice carrying a weight he hadn’t heard before, ”do you understand what that means? Enhanced individuals are...” she shook her head in disbelief, ”they’re the backbone of the hidden world’s power structure. Most people spend decades trying to reach Enhancement. Some never achieve it at all.”

She looked at him with new eyes... not just affection or strategic appreciation, but genuine awe.

”You’re twenty-two years old and you’ve already crossed the threshold.”

Lilith’s translucent form practically glowed with satisfaction.

”Three months,” she said proudly. ”From broken, powerless college student to Enhanced Realm in three months. That’s what proper system utilization can accomplish.”

Victoria was still staring at Alex, her analytical mind clearly recalculating everything she thought she knew about his capabilities.

She tore her eyes away from Alex and continued scanning the display:

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

[CORE STATS]

• Body: 30/30 [+] (Cost: 500 CP per point)

• Mind: 30/30 [+] (Cost: 500 CP per point)

• Charm: 30/30 [+] (Cost: 500 CP per point)

Current CP Balance: 9,500

[Note: Enhancement is permanent and immediate upon allocation]

[Warning: CP cannot be refunded once allocated]

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

”So this is your strength... quantified,” she murmured, eyes narrowing with analytical fascination. ”A fully gamified breakdown of your physical, mental, and social capabilities.”

The idea seemed to ignite something in her. ”This system doesn’t just evolve you... it tracks you.”

Her eyes caught on the [+] symbols next to each stat, and her expression shifted into pure strategic hunger.

”And you can increase them?” she breathed, pointing to the upgrade options.

”Alex, this is extraordinary.”

Victoria nodded slowly, then her attention shifted to the most attention grabbing section... and her entire demeanor changed.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

[FINANCIAL RESOURCES]

Bank Account (Liquid): $1,025,000,000

Other Assets: $25,000,000

Total Net Worth: $1,050,000,000

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Victoria went completely still.

For a long moment, she just stared at the numbers. Then she read them again, as if confirming what she was seeing.

”One billion,” she said quietly. Her voice had taken on a different quality... not shock exactly, but profound recognition. ”One billion dollars in liquid cash.”

She looked up at Alex, and something in her expression had shifted entirely.

”Oh my god,” she breathed. ”That’s... Alex, that’s not just wealth. That’s operational capital. That’s fuck-you money at a scale most people will never comprehend.”

Her hand found his, gripping tightly.

She gestured to the display, her CEO mind clearly engaging with the implications.

”A billion dollars in cash, Alex. Not tied up in assets. Not dependent on market conditions. Just... accessible. Liquid.” Victoria’s voice dropped lower, more intense. ”Do you understand what you can do with that kind of capital? The doors that open? The opportunities that become possible?”

She turned her gaze to Alex, then to Lilith, then back to Alex again... not accusing, but demanding clarity.

”Alex,” she said quietly, ”how are you getting this much money?”

Alex hesitated only a moment before answering.

”The system rewards me,” he said.

”Financially. Every time I complete a mission... I get CP. And some missions directly transfer money.”

Victoria absorbed that, expression tightening with curiosity.

”Missions?” she repeated. ”What kind of missions?”

Her attention shifted to Lilith... sharp, focused, businesslike.

”How does it work? All of it. What exactly does this system do?”

Lilith glanced at Alex, a silent question in her translucent gaze. He nodded.

Lilith folded her hands behind her back, posture relaxed, expression smooth in that unsettling way only a supernatural being could manage.

”The Dominion System,” she began, ”assigns tasks that accelerate Alex’s growth... physically, mentally, financially, socially. But its core focus is connection-building.”

”Connections?” Victoria echoed.

”Yes,” Lilith said. ”But not ordinary ones. The system identifies individuals who possess influence, power, or emotional leverage in the hidden world. High-value targets. Leaders, visionaries, the exceptionally gifted... people whose orbit shapes society.”

Translucent screens shimmered into existence behind her, listing old completed missions... Alex recognized the titles even before the text resolved.

Lilith gestured gracefully.

”The system nudges Alex toward these individuals. Sometimes in business. Sometimes in conflict. And yes...” a sly curve touched her lips, ”sometimes in intimacy.”

Victoria’s eyes sharpened.

Lilith continued, tone calm but edged with unmistakable pride.

”These are not random seduction games. This is about positioning Alex in proximity to the strongest, most strategically important women in the hidden world. So he builds alliances. Influence. Emotional leverage. Resources. Protection.”

Her wine-dark eyes flicked to Alex.

”And it works. He grows... astonishingly fast.”

Victoria absorbed this in silence, her CEO mind clearly tracking the implications:

power consolidation, social leverage, emotional access to influential figures.

Then she spoke, blunt and without hesitation:

”So his main task”—she lifted her chin—”is to seduce powerful women. And by doing that, he gets rewards.”

A thick second of silence.

Alex and Lilith exchanged a look.

Lilith nodded first... slow, unhurried, unashamed.

”There are other categories of missions,” Lilith said, ”business, combat, negotiation, infiltration... but yes, Victoria. The emotional-bond tasks are among the highest-value progression paths. The system responds strongly to connection... intimacy... influence.”

Victoria’s expression didn’t waver.

”Fine,” she said. ”Then answer me this, Lilith.”

Her gaze locked onto Alex next.

”How many women have you seduced so far?And what...” Victoria continued, her voice a touch quieter, ”is my number?”

The question hit like a physical blow.

Alex straightened, opening his mouth... then closed it again, his throat tightening.

He forced himself to look at her directly.

”You were my first,” he said.

The truth landed in the air between them... simple, raw, a little ashamed.

Victoria blinked.

A slow exhale left her, not angry or relieved... just processing.

”He’s telling the truth,” Lilith said gently.

She lifted her hand.

A new screen materialized... dark, sleek, far more intimate than the others.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

[HAREM - PARTNERS]

★ VICTORIA BLACKWOOD (100%)

Status: Completely Devoted.

★ TISHA WELLS (95%)

Status: Extremely Loyal.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Victoria stared.

Her breath caught sharply at the sight of her own name at the top... Primary Bond: 100%... highlighted in gold.

Her eyes slid down.

”Tisha,” she murmured.

Victoria’s eyes lingered on the screen for a beat before her voice came, low and controlled.

”Who is this Tisha?”

Alex cleared his throat. ”She’s... my professor. From college.”

A soft ”Oh,” escaped her... no jealousy, no outrage, just sharp curiosity sharpening her gaze. She studied Alex for a moment, then the screen again, then back to him.

”I’d like to meet her,” Victoria said simply, decisively. ”If she’s part of your progression... I want to understand her.”

Lilith’s grin was instantaneous... slow, wickedly pleased.

”Oh, this just keeps getting better.”

Victoria didn’t speak immediately.

She just stared at the screen... at the gold around her name, at the flawless 100%.

She touched the projection softly, her finger passing through the light.

”This is my number,” she said quietly.

Not angry.

Not jealous.

Just... stunned.

Then she looked at Alex, and her voice was softer than he’d ever heard it.

”I’m your first.”

Alex nodded.

”Yes,” he said. ”You were the beginning of all of this. Everything changed because of you.”

Victoria’s throat worked as she swallowed.

And for the first time since Lilith appeared, something warm—something vulnerable—broke through her composure.

”Good,” she whispered.

”Because I intend to stay number one.”

Lilith smiled... slow, delighted, approving.

”Oh, sweetheart,” she said, eyes glowing faintly,

”You might just be.”

Victoria kept staring at the partner screen... at her name, at Tisha’s, at the numbers... then slowly lifted her gaze back to Alex.

”And by just seducing two women...” she began, her voice quiet at first, almost disbelieving,

”...you reached the Enhanced Stage?”

There was no accusation in her tone.

No jealousy.

No anger.

Just... stunned fascination.

Her brows drew together, the analytical part of her brain kicking into full gear.

”Two women,” she repeated, breath catching with a mix of shock and something like awe.

”That’s all it took to push you across the threshold that other people spend years chasing? Alex, do you have any idea how absurd that is?”

Alex opened his mouth... but she wasn’t finished.

Her eyes swept over him slowly, deliberately, as if re-evaluating every inch of him.

”You reached Enhancement,” she said, almost whispering, ”from emotional bonds. From intimacy. From connection. That means your growth... your evolution... is tied to people, not just power.”

She stepped closer, her hand rising to his chest, fingers splaying over where his heart beat steadily under her palm.

”Alex...”

Her voice dropped, reverent, disbelieving.

”That’s the most dangerously efficient progression model I’ve ever seen.”

Her thumb brushed his sternum, her eyes burning into his.

”No wonder you shot up so fast. You’re built for this system.”

Lilith, who was not known for humility, actually looked pleased.

”I did say he was exceptional,” Lilith purred.

Victoria didn’t look away from Alex.

”It’s... fascinating,” she murmured, half to herself.

”You’re fascinating.”

She shook her head once, almost laughing—not out of humor, but disbelief.

”Two women,” she murmured again. ”Two. And you’re already Enhanced.”

Her hand slid down to his wrist, gripping it gently but firmly.

”Alex,” she said, voice low, ”when you get your next mission...”

Her confidence sharpened.

Her composure returned.

But there was something new layered beneath it—anticipatory heat, possessive excitement, and strategic thrill.

”...you tell me immediately.”

Alex blinked. ”Victoria—”

She held up her hand.

”No. Listen to me.”

She stepped closer until she was right in front of him, their faces inches apart.

”This system of yours wants you to build connections with powerful women? Fine.”

Her lips curved into a slow, dangerously confident smile.

”Then we’ll do it together.”

Lilith’s eyebrows shot up, delighted.

Victoria continued, unwavering:

”You get a new target?”

”I want to know her name.”

”You get a seduction mission?”

”I want to see the profile.”

”You need to establish a connection?”

”I want to help you plan it.”

She leaned in even closer, her breath warm against his mouth.

”It’ll be fun,” she whispered.

”Conquering women with you. Learning them. Analyzing them. Breaking them open together.”

Lilith actually choked on a laugh... half delighted, half impressed.

”Well,” she said, folding her arms, ”I wasn’t expecting that level of enthusiasm, but I am absolutely here for it.”

Victoria finally stepped back, but her eyes remained locked onto Alex.

”This is your path,” she said softly.

”And I’m not here to limit you.”

Her voice lowered, warm and intimate:

”I’m here to make sure you win.”
