She Used Me for a Dare… Now I Own Her Mother

Chapter 176: The Quiet After the Storm

”Anh...—Alex...”

Victoria’s moan tore through the tranquil dusk, as urgent and needy as a prayer.

She straddled him, hair tumbling wild, amber light painting her skin in molten strokes.

The air pulsed with heat and the sound of skin meeting skin, her movements frantic... hungry enough to consume him whole.

”Oh—God... finally being on top of you again... you have no idea how much I needed this.” Her voice was raw, desperate... a woman starved for him, for relief.

Her palms pressed to his chest, nails drawing slow red lines down his sides, anchoring her to something real.

Alex stilled her hips... for a moment only... throat tight with want and the worry that flashed between their bodies.

”Slow down... you could hurt yourself.”

She met his gaze, eyes blazing with fire and defiance, breath hitching as her chest rose and fell against his hands.

Slowly, almost with deliberate torture, she lifted herself, rising until only the tip of him remained... barely inside, that single point of contact crackling with tension.

Then, without warning, she sank down in one smooth, powerful motion... burying him fully, a sharp moan slipping from her lips.

”Anh...” Her voice was a sultry breath, raw and fierce.

”No,” she continued, her voice low, trembling with intent, ”I’m not going slow tonight. I’m going to do whatever I want.”

Her hips rolled with a fierce ache, hips driving down, pulling deep, the sound of her moan a living echo in the room.

He watched her move... wild, desperate... letting her take whatever she needed from him.

The faintest hint of an amused smile lingered on his lips, not out of mockery but quiet indulgence; he looked at her like a man enjoying a storm he could stop at any moment but chose instead to feel it break against him.

He arched up, teeth snapping at her shoulder.

”God, you feel incredible,” he murmured, breath catching. ”You’re so tight... so perfect around me.”

Victoria leaned until her lips brushed his ear, a fevered confession. ”I’ve been thinking about your cock inside me every night.”

He barked a trembling laugh, half-choked on pleasure. ”Yeah? You missed this that much?”

Her rhythm never faltered... if anything, she grew wilder, her hair sticking to her flushed face, sweat beading at her collarbone.

”Missed? I ached for it.” She drew his hand to her hip, forcing him to feel how she shook for him.

He let himself get lost in the sight... her flushed cheeks, dark lashes fluttering over fierce, unguarded eyes.

He’d needed this just as badly. After the past week’s chaos, Victoria had become his anchor. The one place where the system, the missions, the impossible choices didn’t reach.

Just her warmth. Her presence. This.

He grinned... soft, teasing, dizzy with love.

”Then you could have come to me, you know. If you wanted me that badly...” His hands glided slowly upward, splaying over her breast with gentle reverence, weighing its heaviness as if memorizing every secret contour.

”I’m always available. Twenty-four seven. For you.”

Her movements slowed just enough for her words to catch between ragged breaths.

”Do you think I didn’t want that?” she said, voice trembling with something sharper than lust. ”God, Alex... I wanted it every damn day.”

She swallowed hard, hips rolling again, slower now, deeper. ””But I wasn’t even in the city,” she breathed, frustration threading through the heat in her voice.

”I’ve been everywhere... new branches, endless meetings, investors... I barely had time to sleep.”

Her fingers tightened on his shoulders, nails biting softly into his skin. ”I even met with Catherine—”

Alex’s grip on her hips tightened; his control snapped in a single, fluid motion.

He drove upward... slow, deep, deliberate... cutting her sentence clean in half.

”Fuck...” The word tore out of her, breathless and broken, her head tipping back as he pushed into her again, unrelenting. ”Keep doing that... right there.”

”You feel so unreal, Victoria. I forgot just how insane you drive me,” he gasped, voice trembling.

He matched her, rough, hungry, each thrust anchored in a need that was more than flesh. ”Take it... show me how badly you wanted this.”

He bit his lip, wanting to memorize everything... her, above him, wild, unafraid, breaking open for him alone. ”Say it.”

Her voice broke as she rode harder. ”I wanted your cock so deep inside me I couldn’t think straight.

The world narrowed... there was only her. Only this. He was right at the edge, the line burning, white-hot and coiled.

”Fuck... you’re going to make me...”

”Not yet,” she ordered, riding him harder, nails scraping his chest. ”You don’t finish before me. I’m getting mine first.”

Her thighs trembled, her breath coming in frantic sobs. ”Oh god... right there... don’t stop...”

He growled, losing the last fragments of restraint. ”I’m not stopping. Not until you come all over me.”

”Give it to me. Let go.”

”I’m so close... don’t you dare stop... just hold me... harder...”

And then she broke, shattering, burying her cry in his shoulder as her climax tore through her... body pulsing, gasping, wet and wild.

”Yes... YES... Alex... oh god... yes...” Her voice cracked open, reverent and shattered.

”That’s it,” Alex whispered, his own climax rushing after, riding out in helpless, grateful waves. ”That’s it. Come for me.”

She collapsed on his chest, slick with sweat, every muscle trembling with spent joy. Their breaths tangled, slow and deep, hearts pounding in the hush after the storm.

He just held her, arms locked tight, promising wordlessly that even with the world outside demanding everything, this... right here, right now... belonged only to them.

***

Victoria’s breathing gradually steadied, her body melting against his with complete trust. Her weight was comforting, grounding him in a way nothing else had in days.

For the first time in what felt like months, Alex’s mind was quiet.

No system notifications demanding attention. No impossible choices looming on the horizon. No tests of integrity that could destroy everything he’d built.

Just Victoria’s warmth. Her breath against his chest. The faint vanilla scent of her hair.

He’d needed this more than he’d realized.

The past week had been... overwhelming. The Linda mission, the corruption test, the billion-dollar temptation that had nearly broken him.

The transformation that followed... divine essence burning through his veins, remaking him into something beyond human.

His body still thrummed with power. Enhanced Stage. Thirty in all stats. Capabilities that would have seemed like science fiction a month ago.

But right now, with Victoria draped across him, peaceful and satisfied, that supernatural power felt secondary to something far more important.

This. Her.

The profound comfort of having someone who anchored him to something real.

When had she become this essential? This necessary?

Alex ran his fingers through her hair absently, feeling her hum contentedly at the touch.

She’d become his escape... not from responsibility, but from the chaos. From the weight of impossible choices and divine transformations. From the loneliness of walking paths no one else could understand.

With her, he could just... be. No Master of Dominion. No Enhanced Stage being. Just Alex.

Alex’s thoughts drifted to Lilith’s insights last night... the rewards he’d earned, the power finally tangible coursing through his veins.

He’d stayed up so late processing it all, exploring the interface, understanding what he’d become.

By the time exhaustion finally claimed him, dawn had already broken. He’d collapsed into bed and slept like the dead, his body and mind demanding rest after such a fundamental transformation.

***

Next day, Alex woke slowly, consciousness returning in fragments.

Warmth against his side. Soft breathing. The comfortable weight of another body sharing his bed.

His eyes opened to light filtering through the curtains... soft, golden, the quality he’d come to associate with morning sun.

He stretched slightly, careful not to disturb whoever was beside him, and his gaze drifted to the nightstand.

The clock read 5:47.

His brain processed that for a moment, still foggy with sleep.

5:47.

PM.

Alex blinked, staring at the glowing digits as understanding slowly filtered through the haze.

Evening. Not morning.

He’d slept through the entire day.

Movement beside him pulled his attention away from the clock.

Someone stirred, shifting closer, and Alex turned his head.

Victoria.

She was here. In his bed. Still sleeping peacefully beside him.

For a moment, confusion flickered through his mind.

When had she even come back?

Last he knew, she was still out of the city... buried in meetings and expansion plans that were supposed to keep her away for days.

Then understanding clicked into place.

She must have come back while he was sleeping. Let herself in. Found him dead to the world and simply... joined him.

The thought made something warm bloom in his chest.

She could’ve woken him... sent a text, something. Just to let him know she was back.

Instead, she’d crawled into bed beside him and stayed.

Alex studied her in the hazy evening light.

Her dark hair spilled across his pillow in waves, messy from sleep and their earlier passion.

One arm was draped across his chest, her hand resting over his heart like she was claiming ownership even unconscious. Her breathing was slow and even, her expression peaceful in a way he rarely got to see.

Not the sharp, composed mask of the CEO who commanded boardrooms and intimidated investors.

Not the confident woman who’d taken control earlier with such fierce certainty.

This was Victoria unguarded. Private. Vulnerable in the way she only ever was with him.

She looked younger like this. Almost innocent, despite everything they’d shared together.

How long had it been since they’d had this kind of peace?

Too long. The past weeks had been chaos for both of them... her business ventures taking her across the country, his supernatural trials pushing him to breaking points.
