Berserk God of War

Sikong Jing had not forgotten the words of Ba Zhun in grey clothing and the Six Clawed Mixed Beast when they discovered he was the Master of Ten Thousand Beasts.

As long as they swallowed him, they could escape from some... prison.

So, the Divine Demon Island was likely the so-called prison where Ba Zhun and the Six Clawed Mixed Beast were summoned from.

Thinking of this, Sikong Jing’s heart was pounding fiercely.

He had probably stumbled upon Pei Kuang’s greatest secret, and what kind of existence was this prison?

It didn’t seem as simple as imagined... Sikong Jing had always been guessing where Ba Zhun and the Six Clawed Mixed Beast were summoned from, but he certainly couldn’t have guessed it before.

And now, Sikong Jing was approaching this secret.

At this moment, the young girl Yinlu said again, ”The Humans in the prison also have to work for them, to appease those in the prison, those who control us humans need to send us in to be tormented by the people inside the prison.”

Saying this, Yinlu began to tremble violently, clearly thinking of something extremely terrifying.

Being locked in a prison, they certainly weren’t good people.

Sikong Jing closed his eyes deeply, secretly pondering...

”It seems we are on the outskirts of the Desert Sea Absolute Array. Ba Zhun and the Six Clawed Mixed Beast are only people from the prison, no force within the Deserted Sea Forbidden Land could have imprisoned them.”

”So, the force that balances Ba Zhun and the Six Clawed Mixed Beast is these Humans who treat the Divine Demon Island as a prison?”

”No, Yinlu said that these outsider Humans can’t enter the center of the island either.”

”So, they actually haven’t controlled the central area of the Divine Demon Island, what’s the deal with that?”

Although he had understood a lot, Sikong Jing still had many questions he couldn’t solve.

Just at this moment... rustle, rustle, rustle!

Suddenly, there were chaotic footsteps around them, and in the dark, torches gathered around Yinlu’s small hut as the center, causing Yinlu’s face to turn deathly pale once more.

She knew, the village elders arrived.

Or rather, the whole village came, her destiny of being a sacrifice cannot be changed.

Indeed, under the torchlight, a group of people covered in scales walked out.

Leading them were some elders, their faces also had scales, but the scales were all wrinkled.

Most of the Demons had grey scales, only the younger girls were white.

Whether it was due to their young age not turning grey, or because they were more beautiful, there was no girl like Yinlu who was shining silvery white...

At the same time, the previous Bai Lin girl Hui Lu was standing beside the leading elder.

She arrogantly pointed at Sikong Jing and Yinlu, saying, ”Grandfather, it’s this man who won’t let us take Yinlu away, and Yinlu this little slut said she doesn’t want to be a sacrifice, she wants to elope with this man.”

Upon hearing that, the dim-faced Yinlu suddenly looked up, astonished.

Why is Hui Lu spouting nonsense?

Indeed, everyone who heard this had their faces fall, and the leading elder shouted deeply, ”Surround them.”

With a clatter, the Demons swarmed around Sikong Jing and Yinlu.

Immediately, the leading elder looked at Yinlu again, ”Yinlu, you have greatly disappointed me... I know you are suffering, but you actually want to elope with this Black Scale Man, don’t you know this will destroy our whole village.”

Upon hearing that, Yinlu immediately replied, ”I didn’t, it was Hui Lu...”

Before she could finish, Hui Lu interrupted, ”Still dare to say you didn’t, we all just heard you.”

The few male Demons who had been beaten by Sikong Jing quickly nodded, stating they clearly heard it, Yinlu indeed wanted to run.

In an instant, all the Demons of Huilin Village looked at Yinlu with intense hatred.

Pointing at her nose, they cursed wildly.

”Yinlu, you ungrateful wretch, you are a white-eyed wolf.”

”We’ve raised you for so many years, and you want to run off with a Black Scale Person, disregarding the life and death of Huilin Village.”

”Has your heart been eaten by dogs?”

All sorts of accusations and wild curses made the already terrified and helpless Yinlu burst into tears, she trembled pointing at Hui Lu, asking, ”I am about to become a sacrifice, why do you still frame me like this, I am going to die soon.”

Yinlu didn’t blame the villagers, she was just angry at Hui Lu for framing her.

Unfortunately, Hui Lu ignored her, instead looking tenderly at a male Demon...

”Brother Daniu, do you see now? The person you’ve always liked doesn’t take you seriously, she’s just an ungrateful bitch, she likes men from other villages.”

”When she dies, you don’t have to be sad, after she becomes a sacrifice we will get married.”

Brother Daniu was precisely the male Demon who fished Sikong Jing and Yinlu out by the sea earlier, upon hearing this, his eyes were full of disappointment and even despair.

He looked at Sikong Jing with deep jealousy.

And Yinlu somewhat understood why Hui Lu was spouting nonsense, she liked Brother Daniu.

But before Yinlu could react, Brother Daniu couldn’t help but step forward heavily.

He pointed angrily at Sikong Jing, shouting deeply, ”Black Scale Demon, I heard you are very strong, I want to challenge you.”

After speaking, Brother Daniu’s body erupted with swirling demonic qi, a power circulating across his body that was quite different from True Qi.

He was, indeed, a presence in the Martial Enlightenment Innate Realm.

Sikong Jing seeing this... thud!

He lightly stepped forward, and just then, Yinlu hurriedly grabbed Sikong Jing’s clothes saying, ”Don’t do anything rash... Brother Daniu, listen to my explanation, the situation is not as Hui Lu said.”

Yinlu first advised Sikong Jing, then looked towards the angry Brother Daniu.

But before Brother Daniu could speak, the furious leading Great Village Elder interrupted him with an angry shout, ”Yinlu, how dare you still argue here, shut your mouth.”

Saying so, Hui Lu’s grandfather, the Great Village Elder, looked again at Sikong Jing, coldly saying, ”Black Scale Demon, regardless of which village you come from, today you must meet your end here, trying to run away with our sacrifice requires you to pay the price of death.”

His voice, filled with overflowing anger, made Yinlu tremble once more...

Previously, the village elders still tried to appeal and pity themselves, how did it suddenly become clear that she was just a sacrifice?

So in their eyes, she was really just a piece of sacrifice.

Thud...

At this moment, Sikong Jing took a second step.

Emotionally distraught, Yinlu once again held onto his clothes, still firmly saying, ”Don’t be impulsive, let me explain.”

To this, Sikong Jing smiled and said, ”Don’t worry, I just said I would reason with them.”

As his voice fell, Sikong Jing took a third step and shook off Yinlu, then narrowed his eyes and said, ”I finally realized that the situation on Demon Scale Island is the same as the mundane world, filled with complicated people.”

Saying this, he pointed at the Bai Lin girl Hui Lu and said, ”Firstly, you are quite in need of a slap.”

As soon as he finished speaking, Sikong Jing suddenly appeared in front of Hui Lu... smack!

A heavy slapping sound rang out on Hui Lu’s face, accompanied by her sharp scream.

In an instant, Brother Daniu’s face changed and he turned around, he had been blocking Sikong Jing, but in a flash, he was gone.

Yinlu was dumbfounded on the spot, is this reasoning?
