Berserk God of War

As the voice dropped, Yao Yuzhi was completely stupefied, losing all her previous sharpness. If she didn’t follow her brother’s instructions to leave and hide, wouldn’t she truly be the cause of their parents’ death?

”Remember, do as I say, and don’t tell anyone, including Ajing.”

Yao Yulou emphasized it heavily again, then turned to leave, but he immediately trembled violently and stopped.

He suddenly turned back and hugged Yao Yuzhi tightly, saying, ”Sister, I’m counting on you.”

After whispering softly in Yao Yuzhi’s ear, he resolutely turned again and swiftly flashed out of the Teng Mansion.

He was now heading to the Ba You Restaurant to meet Qian Ta.

On the street outside the Teng Mansion...

Yao Yulou murmured to himself, ”Yuzhi, I absolutely cannot let you bear the same fate as I do, nor can I assassinate Ajing, so the task Pei Kuang gave me is destined to fail.”

”Therefore, you must escape, travel far away where no one can find you.”

”I cannot let the Qianwang Holy Tower threaten you with our parents’ and even my life...”

”You must live well.”

Speaking thus, Yao Yulou walked like a drunken man, staggering every few steps.

He continued to murmur to himself, ”Ajing, I know you are very powerful and believe that one day you’ll break the Thousand Prison Tower, but my situation is beyond your resolution for now.”

”So I’m sorry, I have to bear it myself because my parents are still inside the Thousand Prison Tower!”

Pei Kuang only gave him three days, barely enough to accomplish anything.

No matter how remarkable Sikong Jing is, it’s impossible to prevent Pei Kuang from killing his parents inside the Thousand Prison Tower within just three days. If it were only this, it would be tolerable, but his sister Yao Yuzhi would be forced into a desperate situation.

Without being able to solve it, he cannot add any trouble for Sikong Jing.

”Wanyou, I’m sorry.”

”I’m afraid I cannot grow old with you, but fortunately, Hua Lidian is still with you; after I’m gone, at least you have him for comfort, as he’s a devoted man too.”

Yao Yulou continued walking along the small road at night: ”Just sorry I couldn’t bid you a final farewell, it’s always a little regretful.”

At this point, his lips slightly moved, revealing a smile of happiness yet loneliness.

”I also cannot bid you a final farewell, otherwise with your subtle mind, you’d definitely find out.”

”Thank you for giving this walking corpse warmth over these many years.”

Yao Yulou said quietly again, then suddenly widened his eyes looking toward the distant sky in the direction of the Qianwang Holy Tower, suddenly kneeling and said: ”Sorry father and mother, for my sister’s sake, all I can do is head to the Thousand Prison Tower to join you...in the Netherworld!”

”Yulou can only continue filial duties underground.”

At this point, Yao Yulou’s whole body was creaking...

Just outside the courtyard, Yao Yulou’s decision was: Since assassination of Sikong Jing is impossible, he must face everything alone and bear it all!

Let his sister leave and hide while he goes to the Thousand Prison Tower to find his parents, and then accompany them out of this cruel world.

This way, no one can become a burden to his sister anymore.

This way, Yuzhi won’t repeat his mistake and become a piece in the Qianwang Chess game like himself.

Indeed, Yao Yulou could completely ignore his parents and declare complete betrayal.

But he is their son, and now, his greatest filial duty is to accompany them.

Moreover, after his leaving, Jiang Wanyou and her daughter could also be freed from his shackles as a chess piece, living more freely.

Finally, Yao Yulou stood up, wiped away his tears, and accelerated towards the Ba You Restaurant. He still had to do one last thing for Sikong Jing, which was to become a hostage and assist him for tomorrow’s event...

...

Inside the Teng Mansion, Yao Yuzhi stood for a long time dumbfounded, finally turning back to the courtyard and began packing her things.

She must listen to her brother and leave noiselessly...

In Yao Yulou’s courtyard residence, Hua Lidian was talking with Hua Meixi about Sikong Jing’s matters in the East Plain Northern Land, but when they regained their senses, they suddenly discovered Jiang Wanyou was already gone.

However, Hua Meixi didn’t care...

She just shrugged and said, ”Mother must have gone to find Uncle Yao, she certainly can’t let Uncle Yao become jealous.”

Hearing this, Hua Lidian was immediately saddened again but could only strive to relieve himself and offer blessings...

Yet they did not know, Jiang Wanyou had not gone to find Yao Yulou; she found Sikong Jing and gently asked, ”Young Master, Yulou seems to have suddenly left the Teng Mansion, is it something from the Qianwang Holy Tower that needs him?”

At this moment, Sikong Jing had finished talking with Murong Jianyun.

Because there was Yao Yulou as a Qianwang Chess piece and hostage for Qian Ta, the Teng Mansion was temporarily safe.

So Murong Jianyun had just left on the Dark Winged Dragon Eagle, and now, Sikong Jing smiled and said, ”Aunt Jiang, rest assured...”

He immediately told her about the task assigned to Yao Yulou.

Then Sikong Jing slowly said, ”After Uncle Yao finishes his hostage duty tomorrow, he will surely return, but Uncle Yao might receive a new task too, which is to monitor me or... assassinate me!”

”This matter is very troublesome, I’ll discuss it with Uncle Yao when he returns.”

Originally Sikong Jing intended to discuss with Yao Yulou after talking with Murong Jianyun, but didn’t expect the latter to leave so hastily.

Listening to Sikong Jing, Jiang Wanyou nodded lightly.

Then she smiled and talked with Sikong Jing about Hua Lidian, then took her leave, but as she turned, her eyes began to shimmer.

No one knows what she’s thinking...

Sikong Jing naturally cannot know what Jiang Wanyou is considering, nor Yao Yulou’s determination.

He suddenly turned and walked step by step towards the center of the Teng Mansion, the location of the Teng Mansion’s small secret realm.

It’s unknown why Venerable Ba Lian hasn’t exited the retreat yet, Sikong Jing must check the situation... soon, he arrived at the entrance of the Teng Mansion’s small secret realm, at the fake mountain.

At this moment, there stood a person in front of the fake mountain, clearly it was Bai Hu Venerable.

Also known as Bai Xiaojin’s father.

”Sikong Jing, you have finally arrived.”

Seeing Sikong Jing, Bai Hu Venerable couldn’t spare to ask anything else.

About the events happened today, Bai Xiaojin had already returned home and told him.

Now the most urgent matter was the situation with Venerable Ba Lian, he quickly said, ”Auntie Ba Lian has not paid attention to me since she entered the retreat. What’s more terrifying is that as soon as I enter the small secret realm, some force knocks me out immediately.”

”The small secret realm inside currently seems very terrifying.”

With Bai Hu Venerable’s words, Sikong Jing was directly stunned.

Although he was worried about Venerable Ba Lian’s situation, as he came, he contemplated a tricky problem — if Venerable Ba Lian does not respond, he can’t get into the small secret realm.

Yet Bai Hu Venerable now tells him he can go in...

Thinking of this, Sikong Jing immediately asked about the method to enter the small secret realm.
