Berserk God of War

”No matter who you lose, even if you open the letter at the Holy Martial Stage, you won’t be able to see this first page.”

These three lines suddenly stopped being so bold, as if trembling while being strongly written, because their father was afraid of losing any of his children, writing in fear and worry.

If only one child remains among them, then the first page of the letter has no reason to exist.

It would turn into smoke like the envelope just did and vanish...

”Because what you’re about to see will upend your imagination.”

”If one of you siblings is absent, then not having reached the Holy Martial Stage with an unstable Daoist Heart will easily lead you astray, or onto a path of certain death, but if both of you are well, it’s different.”

”You will care for each other, and when you think of embarking on a road of no return, you must think of each other and hold back.”

Their father’s handwriting became firmer and firmer.

Sikong Jing could fully understand what his father meant.

What they are about to see will be a life-and-death secret. If a person has no attachments, they easily take risks, but having attachments allows them to endure and preserve their lives.

They can also encourage and comfort each other.

Otherwise, they will have to wait until the Holy Martial Stage to open and know the contents of the letter, because after the Holy Martial Stage, safety will be more assured, and the Daoist Heart will be more stable... One will be older and more composed.

In just a few words, it reveals the parents’ concern for their children’s safety.

The next line suddenly changed in handwriting, and it was their mother’s.

”Ajing, Ling’er, your parents both believe that you will definitely join hands and move forward.”

”No matter what content you see next, do not act impulsively, and do not worry about us. In your parents’ hearts, you will always be our treasures, and what’s most important is your happiness and joy...”

”If it weren’t for your father’s insistence, I wouldn’t even want to leave this letter for you.”

The handwriting below changed again, back to their father’s...

”Of course, a letter must be left...”

”With Ajing and Ling’er’s personalities, how could they not care about us, or not want to find us? Instead of letting them flounder like headless flies and one day be involved by us, it’s better to tell them the whole truth.”

These words may not have been written for them, or he might have unknowingly written what he wanted to tell their mother.

And the first page of the letter ended here.

Sikong Jing and Sikong Ling took a deep breath and opened the second page, which would be the most important content about their parents’ secret and whereabouts.

The first line was still their father’s handwriting...

”Ajing, Ling’er!”

”Father’s real name is Sikong Ding, and your mother’s name is Ling Xiaotian.”

The two stared deeply at these two names...

They had never known their parents’ real names. Back in Xiaosang Town of the Great Shang Dynasty in the Canglong Small Domain, their parents had hidden their identities and given themselves two very common names.

Later, after reading the first letter, Sikong Jing could of course guess they weren’t their parents’ real names.

”The reason for not telling you our real names is because I’m afraid you’ll search for us all over this land, and this land may well hide those who want to hunt us down.”

”In your view, the Central Plains plus the East Plain and Northern Wilderness are already vast, but they are actually pitifully small.”

Sikong Jing’s heart trembled violently, confirming in that moment that their parents must be from Canghai Wujiang.

Otherwise, they wouldn’t say this land is pitifully small.

Indeed, below continued: ”Father and Mother both come from Canghai Wujiang, the terrifying Great World beyond this land. If you all are still in the Spirit Martial Stage, you might not have known this yet.”

Sikong Jing and Sikong Ling looked up and exchanged a slight glance; they now fully understood.

”Here is merely considered an isolated island within Canghai Wujiang, known as the Deserted Sea Forbidden Land.”

”Because the surrounding sea area houses a terrifying Natural Formation: Canghai Formation.”

”Also known by Canghai Wujiang people as Desert Sea Absolute Array, even the strongest of Canghai Wujiang, wanting to enter the Deserted Sea Forbidden Land, will be skinned alive in the Absolute Array, countless dying within.”

”In distant legends, there are world-shocking treasures or inheritances hidden here.”

”So tens of thousands of years ago, many many strong ones forcefully broke into the Desert Sea Absolute Array, yet those truly able to enter found nothing on this land, leaving disappointed one by one.”

”Gradually, the Deserted Sea Forbidden Land became known among Canghai Wujiang people as a barren place, nothing but danger.”

Father Sikong Ding briefly introduced the situation about this land where the Central Plains resides.

As well as the perception by countless in Canghai Wujiang, which Sikong Jing firmly remembered.

Deserted Sea Forbidden Land, Natural Absolute Array, countless deaths within.

Evidently, the Frost Magic Box in Sikong Jing’s hand was left by a strong one who died in the Absolute Array, and likewise, the Stone Stool Magic Box in Venerable Ba Lian’s hand. But here... is it really barren?

No, there truly are astonishing treasures and inheritances here, only those who entered did not find them.

Because here lies... the inheritance from the previous Master of Ten Thousand Beasts and the terrifying Ten Thousand Beasts Sky Prison!

Now Sikong Jing even suspects if the so-called Absolute Array was set up by the previous Master of Ten Thousand Beasts or one carrying the Master of Ten Thousand Beasts’ inheritance, or demon beasts.

And Qian Wumie and Patriarch Liu Duoye managing to break in, surely had great luck.

Then, changing again to his mother’s handwriting, Ling Xiaotian said: ”What barren place, vulgar.”

”Ajing, don’t learn from your father like this. Be more cultured so you can marry a beautiful, graceful wife.”

Facing this, Sikong Jing was speechless on the spot. Did Mother go off topic?

Luckily, the next line returned to the main subject...

”The Desert Sea Absolute Array is very very dangerous, thus many who are desperate in Canghai Wujiang try to come here; your father and I are like that.”

Upon seeing these two lines, even though the Sikong siblings had long expected, their hearts trembled slightly.

”Your father and I endured numerous hardships to break formation and enter, thinking we could peacefully live out our lives here, and so begot you and Ling’er...”

Upon entering this land, they felt completely safe and thus began thinking of bearing children.

Believing no longer to wander in exile, nor be hunted anymore!

”However, the good times didn’t last long, surprisingly those hunting us came quickly, even breaking through the Absolute Array.”

”They came when Ajing was eight and Ling’er was four.”

”They are terrifying, even summoning many experts from Canghai Wujiang to hunt us. Your father and I could only leave you behind, daring to leave only a small Secret Realm.”

Due to the Secret Realm being small, it wasn’t easily discovered...
