Berserk God of War

Even if the matters concerning the Demon were all pre-arranged.

When it came time to publicly exile Sikong Jing from the Overlord Commerce, Murong Jianyun still felt reluctant and unwilling in his heart...

Don’t forget, if he fails to defeat the Qianwang Holy Tower, Sikong Jing’s demon name will forever stick to him.

Perhaps he will forever become infamous.

If defeated, who would remember the true deeds of Su Old Demon in thousands of years, or the future so-called Demon Master Sikong?

They would only know that they were demons who wreaked havoc in this era.

Yet in such a situation, Sikong Jing and he had no choice but to act, so Murong Jianyun continued to speak with reddened eyes...

”I know you are the grandson-in-law of Su Old Demon, but I have never made things difficult for you because of it.”

”Nor have I ever believed that just because your elders are demons, you must be one too, but you have disappointed me greatly now.”

”Your methods of killing Pei Xie are far too demon-like, and now, without any further ado, you killed Ba Lie Venerable and viciously slaughtered his Ba Lie Mansion. Can a normal person do this?”

”Yes, you saved thousands of people in Willow Leaf City, giving Overlord Commerce the chance not to be destroyed.”

”I also know that you have no connection with Qianyuan Holy Demon Hall...”

”But now I can’t help but doubt your intentions, just like Ba Lie said, did you infiltrate the war of Overlord Commerce and Willow Leaf City with ulterior motives? Are you truly a demon?”

”Have you been colluding with Xiu Hanzi and them all along with some scheme?”

Murong Jianyun’s words resounded one by one, his voice grew louder with each word, as if his heart was bleeding, causing his expression to become more fierce and frenzied, and the hatred in his eyes surged...

But that was hatred towards Qianwang Holy Tower, pressured by Qianwang Holy Tower.

Even so, Murong Jianyun still clarified many things in his speech, such as denying Ba Lie Venerable’s accusation that Sikong Jing was responsible for the creation of Qianyuan Holy Demon Hall, which had to be refuted.

For instance, he recognized individuals but did not care if their elders were demons...

In short, he aimed to separate Overlord Commerce from the word ”demon.”

”Am I a demon? Hahaha...”

Upon hearing this, Sikong Jing suddenly burst into laughter, then replied deeply: ”So, you’ve never trusted me.”

”I also always thought our goals were the same, which was to eliminate the demon of demons, the Qianwang Holy Tower, to prevent the Central Plains from suffering, to stop them from sweeping the world, but now you don’t trust me.”

At this point, Sikong Jing’s face had already drawn a faint smile...

If Murong Jianyun didn’t know Sikong Jing did this intentionally, this kind of smile would probably also cause him to shiver.

And he must continue to cooperate by saying: ”No matter what demon, they’re all demons. Su Old Demon is a demon, Qianyuan Holy Demon Hall is a demon, controlling Qianyuan Holy Demon Hall’s Qianwang Holy Tower are demons among demons.”

”And my Overlord Commerce will never consort with any demons.”

Of course, still using this opportunity to continue declaring that Overlord Commerce follows the Righteous Path.

Sikong Jing stared back at Murong Jianyun, a chilling laugh ringing again: ”So, you truly believe my Grandpa Su is genuinely a demon, hahahaha... Forget it, since that’s the case, let’s part ways.”

”I am Su Beiheng’s grandson-in-law, I was, I am now, and I will be in the future...”

”No matter what I do, I won’t ever earn your trust.”

As he spoke, Sikong Jing was already slowly turning around, stepping away toward the base of the city...

Seeing this, Murong Jianyun’s heart trembled again.

But at this moment, Sikong Jing suddenly paused and took out several pieces of Black Jade Paper, throwing them forcefully at Murong Jianyun.

He turned back and gazed at everyone in Overlord Commerce...

”Thank you, Overlord Commerce, for nurturing me over the years...”

”These pieces of Black Jade Paper carry parts of the Qianyuan Soldier Killing Formation given by Qianyuan War Emperor, divided into various levels, counting as my return gift for Overlord Commerce’s cultivation. I owe you nothing now.”

”In the future, don’t call me Soul Dominator’s Heir, Soul Dominator Venerable is, after all, a member of Overlord Commerce.”

”Farewell...”

As his words fell, Sikong Jing was already about to leap off the city tower.

But at the moment, Nanfeng shrieked, ”You little beast Sikong, after killing Ba Lie and my grandson, you want to leave?”

With Nanfeng’s words...

Sikong Jing suddenly halted, turned, and coldly asked, ”What? You still want to keep me?”

With that... aw!

Split Armor Flying Scorpion had already swooped fiercely out from the Inner City, hovering over Sikong Jing.

At the same time, Dongwu’s body exploded with True Qi: ”You still plan to resist, thinking that with Split Armor Flying Scorpion, you can...”

However, before Dongwu could finish, Murong Jianyun forcefully interrupted: ”Let him leave...”

As his voice fell, everyone looked at Murong Jianyun.

The latter clutched the Black Jade Paper Sikong Jing threw over with slightly trembling hands, yet he still resolutely spoke word by word: ”From now on, Sikong Jing is banished from Overlord Commerce...”

”But let’s remember the past favor. Had it not been for him, we would not have won the war in Willow Leaf City.”

”So, let’s call it even.”

Pausing for a moment, Murong Jianyun deeply looked at Sikong Jing again...

”Although you’re about to walk the Demon Path, although you killed Ba Lie Venerable without reason, I won’t hunt you down, you can still be a guest in Overlord City, as long as you don’t cause trouble.”

”Leave, henceforth, you’re not allowed to identify with Overlord Commerce.”

Saying this, Murong Jianyun waved heavily, then slowly turned away, no longer looking at Sikong Jing.

At the same time, Beicang also turned away, tears streaming down her face, until now she finally understood everything, that the supposed expulsion of Sikong Jing required such a grand scene.

But was it too cruel for Sikong Jing?

Especially since this plan was devised by Sikong Jing himself, how could he not tremble in heart after dedicating so much to Overlord Commerce?

Also aware of the truth, Leng Chan, Old Xin, and of course Xi Tu Heavenly Technique trembled all over; they also couldn’t help but turn away, not wanting those below the city to see their expressions.

Earth Decision Maker Yu Liman and others who once supported and defended Sikong Jing still knew nothing at the moment.

But they guessed something, and tingling all over.

Swoosh...

Sikong Jing leapt high and landed on the back of Split Armor Flying Scorpion.

He gazed deeply at the crowd in Batian Inner City, then spoke in a slightly hoarse voice: ”Don’t worry, I have no more ties with Overlord Commerce, if we meet with swords drawn, there will be no mercy.”

After speaking, Sikong Jing patted the Split Armor Flying Scorpion on him.

The latter let out a cry, flashed into the dense surrounding Divine Shuttle Ships and demon beast mounts, vanishing instantly.

With Sikong Jing’s departure, silence fell over both the city and below...

At this moment, countless people remained in confusion, unable to figure out the assassination of Pei Xie, then the killing of Ba Lie Venerable, then Overlord Commerce’s expulsion and complete break with Sikong Jing...

What the hell is going on?

Amidst the crowd, Xiong Tingting also felt a shiver, she asked softly: ”Master of Dark Tower, what is happening?”
