After Liang Feng finished his cup of milk, the three returned to the dining table.

Zhang Jingdong then enjoyed his breakfast immensely, gulping down three cups of milk in succession.

When he finished the last cup in one go, Liang Feng couldn’t hold it in any longer and went to the restroom.

Ten minutes later, when Liang Feng came out from the restroom, she silently vowed not to drink milk for the next year.

Around 9 o’clock, after finishing breakfast, they tidied up, changed into camouflage suits, and went downstairs together.

Liang Feng wanted Shu Ran to ride in his car, but Shu Ran didn’t want to be separated from Zhang Jingdong, so in the end, Zhang Jingdong and Shu Ran both rode in Liang Feng’s car, though Liang Feng insisted that Shu Ran sit in the front passenger seat.

Zhang Jingdong was delighted to have two beautiful ladies in front of him, so he agreed.

However, for safety, he had Long Yue follow them in his Land Rover.

An hour later, as they were near the outskirts of the city, Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help asking, ”Aren’t we going to meet up with your club members first?”

Shu Ran turned and replied, ”Our rendezvous spot is always directly in the mountains, and we drive there ourselves. This time, due to the longer duration of the event, to get everyone accustomed to the outdoor intensity, the meeting point is set at Si Yue Mountain.”

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but exclaim, ”Your club members are indeed impressive. From the city to Si Yue Mountain, that’s almost 300 kilometers, and the journey involves mountains and swamps. It’ll take at least six or seven hours to drive. You’re almost on par with military deployments!”

At that moment, Liang Feng glanced at the rear-view mirror and said coldly, ”What do you think? This is like a military deployment; what we engage in is real wilderness survival!”

Shu Ran explained, ”Most of the members of our club are ex-military; they’ve all undergone formal wilderness training, which is why we dare to play this way.”

Zhang Jingdong curiously asked, ”Have you undergone such training before?”

”Yes, I started wilderness survival training from a very young age, and over the years I’ve completed a full training cycle. Of course, I’m certainly not as good as Sister Feng. She always takes care of me during activities.”

At this moment, Liang Feng said, ”Teacher Shu, I will still take good care of you this time. But this event is more challenging, so I can only look after you. As for others... they’ll just have to fend for themselves!”

Zhang Jingdong curled his lip, ”President Liang, it’s best not to speak recklessly before you fully understand someone else’s abilities, or you may end up getting embarrassed.”

”To be honest, although this wilderness survival training you speak of seems very tough, sorry to say, it’s a piece of cake for me, easily manageable.”

Liang Feng hated Zhang Jingdong’s boastful manner the most, turned his head and gave him a cold look, ”Just from your words, it’s clear you’ve never participated in such extreme wilderness survival activities.”

”You can brag all you want now, but when you have nothing to eat tonight, I’ll see how you can still brag!”

”Didn’t you notice there is no food or drink in our car? Everything has to wait until we’re in the mountains, and then we must obtain it with our own hands!”

”Have you ever hunted? Do you know how to obtain clean drinking water in the wild? These are not things you can master simply by bragging!”

Zhang Jingdong, seeing things had come to this point, immediately said, ”President Liang, since that’s the case, why don’t we make a bet?”

Liang Feng, feeling like the wilderness was her home turf, coquettishly replied, ”What do you want to bet on?”

”For the next few days, leave the provision of food and drink to me. I guarantee you’ll have meat at every meal and clean water to drink. If I pull it off, I win, and you’ll undergo military training at my command for five minutes, how about that?”

”Military training for five minutes? What does that mean?”

”It means that, during those five minutes, you must do whatever I say.”

”So, does it mean that if you fail, I can punish you in the same way?”

”Of course.”

”Can I make you stab yourself with a knife then?”

”Yes.”

Liang Feng hesitated for a moment; although Zhang Jingdong often boasted, he indeed had real skills. Since he dared to make such a bet, he likely had a considerable chance of succeeding.

So she hesitated and said, ”To be honest, the punishment is a bit harsh, so in addition to managing the meals these several days, you must also succeed in every challenge I pose to you.”

Zhang Jingdong taunted, ”President Liang, how is it that as soon as things get serious, you start to chicken out? Didn’t you just confidently assert that I had no wilderness survival skills?”

”No faith in doubt, but you are just too cunning, so I must keep some of the odds of winning the bet in my own hands.”

”It looks like you’ve grown up. Alright, since that’s the case, let’s go as you suggested. But let’s be clear in advance, when the time comes and we see who wins and loses, we must abide by the bet.”

Liang Feng’s eyes glittered with determination, ”No problem.”

Zhang Jingdong, seeing that she was hooked, then turned to Shu Ran, ”Teacher Shu, I noticed you were a bit skeptical of my words just now, so how about joining in?”

At this moment, Shu Ran blinked her beautiful eyes, ”Actually, I quite believe in your abilities.”
