”But...” Su Man said excitedly and at the same time, somewhat incredulously: ”But I’ve never acted in a movie before, I’m worried...”

”You don’t need to worry about anything; first, I will arrange for a specialized acting coach for you, to guide you step by step in acting.”

”Secondly, since this is your first film, we’ve arranged for you a role that doesn’t have many scenes, but will leave a strong impression on the audience.”

”In the future, as your acting style matures, I’ll have the director gradually increase your screen time.”

Seeing that Su Man still hesitated, Zhang Jingdong continued: ”I just want to ask you one question, who is currently the most famous model in Huaxia?”

After thinking for a bit, Su Man replied: ”If we talk about fame, it should be Qu Ying.”

”Do you think Qu Ying is known to most people because of her status as a model, or because she skyrocketed to fame after starring in a Zhang Yimou movie?”

Despite not wanting to admit it, Su Man still said: ”It should be the latter.”

Zhang Jingdong sighed and said: ”So, you can participate in modeling contests, but believe me, only by acting in movies will you really become famous. Then you can leverage your fame and capital to become a true international supermodel!”

Su Man knew that Zhang Jingdong was sincerely thinking of her best interests, so she readily nodded: ”Okay, I’ll listen to you!”

Seeing her agreement, Zhang Jingdong then felt the material of Xiao Ding’s fabric and said in a soft voice: ”Twist your waist for me, let me have a look...”

Su Man bit her lip and then willingly did a waist-twisting move similar to Zhang Yuanying’s.

Zhang Jingdong’s heart instantly wavered, and he clicked his tongue in admiration: ”As expected of a model, indeed any color and style are perfectly handled!”

Su Man saw Zhang Jingdong’s unusual behavior and immediately showed a charming pout: ”Mr. Zhang, if you are in a hurry, why don’t you give me a private lesson first?”

At this point, Zhang Jingdong turned his head to look towards the kitchen and said: ”Let’s do it together, after all, the kitchen itself is an excellent place for lessons!”

He then took her by the shoulder and entered the kitchen.

At this moment, An Lu, the beautiful chef, was leaning over to arrange the plates.

Zhang Jingdong glanced at her, then also took her by the shoulder: ”What delicious food are you making?”

An Lu saw Zhang Jingdong return and immediately reported with pride: ”Spicy clams, steamed crab, chicken gravy tofu skin, cheese garlic oysters.”

Zhang Jingdong took one look at the delicacies on the tray, then rewarded her with a kiss: ”Truly worthy of a chef, not only is there a variety, but everything is also full of color, fragrance, and flavor.”

Su Man immediately leaned on Zhang Jingdong’s shoulder, coquettishly saying: ”Are you hinting at something?”

Zhang Jingdong quickly also kissed her cheek: ”Although you can’t cook, you sure know how to eat, and eating is also a skill!”

As he spoke, Zhang Jingdong casually took out the Desert Eagle.

Seeing this, Su Man immediately gave him a flirtatious glare, then bent down.

An Lu also kissed Zhang Jingdong for a while, and afterward, bent down to help as well.

Suddenly, the kitchen became a classroom.

Half an hour later, the three, feeling refreshed in body and spirit, carried the food and each took a bottle of ice-cold Wusu beer to the living room, chatting while eating and drinking.

It was then that Zhang Jingdong said: ”I have something to tell you, recently I took over a bar, everything is nearly ready, it will officially open tomorrow night.”

Upon hearing this, An Lu and Su Man immediately became interested.

”A bar? Jingdong, how come you suddenly thought of running a bar?”

”It was actually a coincidence. One day I was out for a meal and saw a bar was up for transfer. I thought its location and size were quite decent, so I took it over.”

Su Man curiously asked: ”How big is this bar you took over?”

Zhang Jingdong nonchalantly said: ”Not very big actually, just over 3000 square meters, three floors, and a total investment of less than 20 million.”

Both were shocked!

”This isn’t big? You’re almost on the level of a tycoon!” Su Man exclaimed.

An Lu, who was more perceptive, caught on and sweetly said: ”Manman, our Boss Zhang is saying the opposite of what he means...”

”But Jingdong, have you managed a bar before? How come you’re starting out so big?”

Zhang Jingdong honestly replied: ”Actually, I’m not doing the bar to make money. My plan is to manage it into a top-tier nightclub comparable to that of a tycoon’s, then use the status of the owner of such a top-tier nightclub to expand my social network resources. After all, whatever industry you are in the future, you need resources in all aspects.”

Upon hearing this, Su Man and An Lu once again gained a new appreciation of Zhang Jingdong’s ambition and strength, and they both admired him even more.

Seeing their reaction, Zhang Jingdong then said: ”Su Man, tomorrow go find some models or I can have the company arrange some for you. You lead them in rehearsal, then show up on stage tomorrow night for a walk. What do you think, any problem?”

”Of course not!” Su Man thought quickly and continued: ”I’ll find people myself. This way, it almost doesn’t require any rehearsal, and it can also achieve the best effect.”

”Alright, I’ll leave it to you. You have a budget of 100,000; arrange the costumes and everyone’s rewards yourself.”

Su Man smiled sweetly: ”Okay, thank you, boss!”

At this moment, An Lu said: ”Boss, is there anything I can help with?”

Zhang Jingdong then glanced at her beautiful legs and said: ”Why don’t you also join them on stage? Your looks and figure are more than sufficient, but regarding the professional aspect... How about you two give it another walk for me right now, so I can see the effect?”
