After weighing the pros and cons, Saint Garling could only forcibly swallow back the surging rage and endless humiliation...

Putting on a show of silently enduring bitterness with no way to voice it.

He pulled out a pristine white silk handkerchief and wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with seemingly elegant movements, attempting to maintain his crumbling aristocratic dignity.

But this deliberately affected posture only made Roger opposite him feel a wave of nausea.

”Tch, how disgusting.”

Roger didn’t hide his disdain, curling his lip as if he’d seen something filthy.

Seeing that this confrontation couldn’t escalate due to the screen’s deterrence and the complicated standoff, the already impatient Golden Lion Shiki shouted loudly from the side: ”Hey, hey, hey! If you’re gonna fight, fight for real—if not, shut up already!

Stop yapping here and disturbing my view of the screen! One of the Four Emperors, that red-haired brat, just showed up—the next part’s definitely going to be even more interesting!”

His attention was now fully captured by the screen. Indeed, Red-Haired Shanks’ sudden intervention was like dumping a bucket of cold water into an already boiling pot of oil!

In an instant, it completely shifted the atmosphere and power balance of the Summit War.

Hearing Golden Lion’s words, everyone turned their gazes back to the screen.

In the scene, Marineford—after successive fierce battles—was already a scene of utter devastation: ruins everywhere, gunpowder smoke still lingering.

Sengoku in his Buddha form was already finding the increasingly rampant Blackbeard Teach—who had just gained dual Devil Fruit powers—extremely troublesome...

And now, with the addition of this young Four Emperor whose strength was unfathomable, the pressure on the Marines had skyrocketed.

Even Sakazuki—who was known for his absolute calm and iron-blooded nature—had visible beads of cold sweat on his forehead the moment Shanks appeared to block his path, and they had yet to dry.

That wasn’t just wariness of strength; it was the gravity of the situation completely spiraling out of control.

”You’re not getting away now~”

Just as Sakazuki was momentarily frozen by Shanks’ overwhelming presence, a lazy yet dangerous voice rang out.

Navy Admiral Borsalino—Kizaru—had somehow already shifted to midair, his right index finger shining with blinding golden light.

He aimed directly at Luffy and Jinbe—who were being ”escorted” in retreat by Buggy—and the laser beam condensed at his fingertip was ready to fire!

However, an even calmer voice—carrying a hint of command—came ghost-like from behind and to his side: ”Stay right there and don’t move, Kizaru!”

Everyone followed the sound and saw the Red Hair Pirates’ vice-captain, Benn Beckman, casually sitting on the high crossbeam of a damaged pirate ship’s sail.

A cigarette dangled from his mouth, and he held what appeared to be an ordinary pistol. The barrel wasn’t pointed directly at Kizaru, yet the invisible killing intent had already locked him firmly in place.

What was even more astonishing was that Kizaru—who always upheld ”ambiguous justice” and acted unpredictably—actually stopped his movements after hearing Beckman’s warning...

He very ”considerately” raised both hands in an exaggerated surrender pose, his face still wearing that inscrutable expression.

Shanks directly blocked the spear of absolute offense—Sakazuki—while Beckman’s single sentence halted the Admiral renowned for speed and destructive power—Kizaru!

The suppressive force displayed by the Red Hair Pirates’ top combatants made both sides of the battlefield take notice.

At that moment, the sleek Red Force—flying the Red Hair Pirates’ flag—cut through the lingering smoke and slowly sailed into the ruined inner harbor.

The main force of the Red Hair Pirates had finally arrived in full!

Sensing that Sakazuki had temporarily restrained his killing intent, Shanks slowly sheathed his famous sword ”Griffon.”

He didn’t spare Sakazuki another glance. Instead, he walked past him with steady steps, as if the man weren’t a Navy Admiral capable of delivering lethal threats, but merely an insignificant passerby.

[He walked straight to where Luffy’s straw hat had fallen on the bloodstained ice, bent down, carefully picked it up, and gently brushed off the ice shards and dust...]

Holding the straw hat, he surveyed the Marines and pirates around him—who had momentarily paused their fighting because of his arrival. His voice wasn’t loud, yet it carried an unquestionable decisiveness that echoed clearly across the battlefield: ”This war... I will end it!”

”Red-Hair... the man who led Luffy onto the path of piracy!”

The moment Garp saw Red-Hair, his fists clenched so hard they cracked, knuckles turning white from the force.

It was this very red-haired kid who had used his talk of ”freedom” and ”dreams” to completely ”corrupt” his grandson...

Causing Luffy to resolutely choose the life of a pirate and completely abandon the glorious path of a Navy officer that Garp had planned for him!

This ”grudge of a stolen grandson” had always been etched in Garp’s heart.

Everyone on the Marineford battlefield—whether Marine officers or pirate grunts—was momentarily dumbfounded.

None of them had ever imagined that, at this point when the war had reached such brutality and the situation was so tangled, the youngest of the Four Emperors would intervene with such overwhelming force and bluntly declare he would bring the war to an end!

”Shanks!!!”

High in the sky, Buggy the Clown—upon seeing Red-Hair’s face—had his soul nearly fly out of his body. He let out a terrified shriek, his body instinctively splitting apart in panic, leaving only his head floating in midair screaming in fear.

His reaction was as if he had encountered his fated nemesis.

And when the people both inside and outside the screen saw the starkly contrasting responses of Shanks and Buggy, the expressions on the Roger Pirates members turned somewhat strange.

Roger himself furrowed his brows slightly, a hard-to-describe odd feeling rising in his heart.

Seeing Shanks, he could understand—it stemmed from the natural closeness and anticipation he felt toward that red-haired infant.

But why, when seeing that clownish red-nosed kid named Buggy, did a faint, similarly affectionate ripple stir deep in his heart?

The feeling came without reason.

”Linlin, that red-haired kid seems to be disabled!”

Kaido’s rough voice rang out, carrying undisguised surprise.

His gaze locked onto Shanks’ empty sleeve like a searchlight.

One of the Emperors who had reached the pinnacle of the New World... missing an arm?

This was simply unbelievable! He instinctively glanced back at the healthy, lively little Shanks in Roger’s arms, ruling out any congenital defect.

”Mam-ma-ma-ma~ Indeed interesting.”

Big Mom, reminded by Kaido, also noticed the detail. A thoughtful look appeared on her face: ”I wonder who could be so formidable as to sever the arm of a Four Emperor?

It seems the future seas still hide quite a few powerhouses we don’t know about!”

Big Mom’s speculation was perfectly reasonable.

Whoever could inflict such irreversible damage on Red-Haired Shanks must have gone through some earth-shattering battle—the opponent’s strength would undoubtedly be terrifying.

Every era has no shortage of world-shaking powerhouses. Behind this severed arm might lie an unknown, tragic legend.

On the screen, Shanks stood in the center of the battlefield, holding the straw hat.

With his sole presence, he had temporarily suppressed the murderous momentum of both sides.

His calm yet resolute gaze seemed to ask everyone present: continue this meaningless bloodshed, or stop here and preserve what little dignity and life remained?

The balance of the war, because of his arrival, tilted subtly once again.
