One Piece: Collective Viewing of the Future, Starting from God Valley

Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Backstabbing Pro

...

At this moment, everyone below God Valley was dumbfounded. Rocks looked puzzled—his son Teach killed his battle comrade?

”Which one?”

Rocks scanned around. Among these people, the one with the closest bond to him was none other than Whitebeard.

”What nonsense! When did I become the points king? Everything I have is thanks to my own strength!”

”Playing god up in the sky—watch me knock you down...”

Amid the shocked voices mixed in an extremely displeased one. The owner of that voice was the so-called points king mentioned by the light screen.

The commander of the Knights of God, Saint Figarland Garling.

Saint Garling was already a bit annoyed, and now it was like finding a vent—he directly swung a sword slash toward the sky.

The ferocious sword energy tore through the air, heading straight for the light screen, but in the end, there was no imagined explosion.

That slash seemed to miss entirely, passing right through the light screen.

”This thing seems intangible? Saint Garling, calm down—we still don’t even know what this is!”

Saint Sommers saw the angry Saint Garling and quickly spoke up to stop him. Though he wasn’t fond of his commander, he still had to give the necessary advice!

[Blackbeard Teach stayed on Whitebeard’s ship for so long. While this patience and perseverance are worthy of respect, his actions are truly despicable. From this perspective, he differs greatly in character from his old man Rocks.]

[Although many say he’s the true pirate, even Big Mom—Charlotte Linlin—said in Wano that pirates still need to value loyalty. Blackbeard may be a real pirate, but as a person, he’s really quite awful!]

Linley’s roasting voice spread across the entire island. Hearing that there was actually a story involving herself in it, the young Big Mom raised an eyebrow.

But when she heard the mysterious light screen in the sky call her ”Big Mom,” Charlotte Linlin’s forehead veins instantly bulged! 𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚

”Wororororo! Linlin, you’re the Big Mom, huh? Hahahaha, for some reason it feels oddly fitting!”

Kaido shouldered his kanabo, looking teasingly at Linlin’s powerless rage beside him.

Honestly, he was genuinely amused by that ”Big Mom.”

”Kaido, you bastard—what are you laughing at!”

”I’m so young and beautiful—how dare this person call me Big Mom! And when did I ever say something like that in Wano? What the hell even is Wano?!”

Seeing Kaido’s grin stretching almost to his ears, Linlin shot him a fierce glare, her eyes full of coldness.

”Wororororo, this is getting boring. But I never thought you’d actually talk about righteousness, Linlin—that’s unexpected!”

Seeing Linlin get angry, Kaido helplessly changed the subject, looking oddly at the woman in front of him.

In Kaido’s impression, Linlin had always been quite satisfied with him. Though some habits puzzled him, she was at least decent toward him.

”Shut up! Kaido, remember this—even in this brutal pirate world, you still need to value righteousness!”

Linlin loudly scolded Kaido. Though she was very unhappy about Linley calling her Big Mom, she still shared her philosophy with Kaido.

In this pirate world, you still need to value human relationships and worldly wisdom!

On the other side, hearing the video mention the main characters!

Rocks, Whitebeard, and on the other side Eris holding little Teach—all were stunned.

”What the hell? My son gets adopted by Newgate later? So what exactly did he do!?”

Rocks and Whitebeard exchanged a glance; both saw confusion and bewilderment in each other’s eyes.

”Xebec!”

Just as the surrounding pirates were whispering and discussing among themselves, a familiar figure burst through the crowd.

Rocks’ wife Eris, cradling the young Teach, came rushing from afar.

In the original plot, they were supposed to reunite in the safe zone at the rear, but this sudden sky screen not only threw everyone’s formations into chaos...

But more importantly, with its invisible deterrent force, it bound the actions of every pirate present.

It was thanks to this eerie calm that Eris could pass through the dense crowds unscathed and rush straight to her husband’s side.

”Eris... Teach!”

Rocks turned at the sound, the ferocity in his eyes instantly melting into tenderness.

He immediately sheathed his sword, opened his arms, and tightly embraced his wife and child.

As the saying goes, real men don’t cry easily—but this man, known to the world as the ”most vicious pirate,” now had a lump in his throat, his broad shoulders trembling slightly.

Not far away, Whitebeard took in the whole scene, the corners of his mouth lifting into his signature hearty smile.

He was genuinely happy for this ”friend.” In this battlefield interwoven with blood and fire, such warm bonds still existed after all.

Kaido glanced at the scene and boredly looked away, while Big Mom watched Rocks thoughtfully. The Golden Lion gripped his sword hilt and let out a meaningful chuckle.

The rest of the Rocks Pirates had varied reactions, but they all knew deep down:

Though Rocks was branded a ”demon” by the outside world, beneath that iron shell beat a heart that hadn’t fully turned cold.

”Rocks...”

After a brief moment of warmth, Eris looked up at the eerie light screen in the sky, her voice trembling slightly: ”What exactly is that thing? What it says... is our Teach really going to turn out like that in the future?”

Little Teach in Eris’ arms was still innocent and clueless, his clear eyes curiously scanning around.

What was chilling was that, facing the ground littered with Marine and pirate corpses, this young child was abnormally calm!

He neither cried nor showed fear—this composure far beyond his age didn’t match it at all.

”I don’t know where this damn thing came from either.”

Rocks took little Teach into his arms, then directly lifted the little guy high overhead. ”But I don’t believe in these baseless prophecies!”

Little Teach, held high by his father, finally showed his first smile since landing on the island. His bell-like laughter rang exceptionally clear on the silent battlefield.

[Now reviewing Blackbeard’s life experiences]

The text on the light screen suddenly dissipated, and the following scene made everyone gasp.

On a stormy night with thunder cracking, on the deck of the Whitebeard Pirates, a man who looked strikingly like Rocks was laughing maniacally.

He clutched a bloodstained dagger in his hand, and at his feet lay his just-deceased crewmate Thatch.

”Zehahaha, sorry about this, Thatch!”

As the dagger was tossed into the pitch-black sea, the figure leaped into the waves.

The Whitebeard crew members who rushed over could only catch the traitor’s departing back...

”This...”

Rocks stared at the face on the screen—so identical to his own yet twisted and ferocious—his eye corners and mouth twitching uncontrollably.

Anyone could see that the maniacal man was his own flesh and blood in his arms.

They looked exactly the same; the only difference was that Rocks’ teeth were intact, while Teach’s were missing many.

”Rocks!”

Eris cried out in shock. ”This couldn’t be... a scene from the future! Teach, he...?”

Whitebeard stared fixedly at the pirate flag fluttering in the wind on the light screen—the distinctive curved white mustache on the skull emblem was unique in this sea.

”Rayleigh, Scopper—I shouldn’t be going senile yet, right!?”

Roger looked at the footage playing on the light screen, completely dazed—it was just like watching a color TV.
