All Worlds Beg the Villainess to Act Like a Human

Chapter 41: Chapter 41: No One Can Take Her Empire

After breakfast, Qiann Yan needed to go to the Imperial Study Room to handle the memorials, while the two children would follow Xun Zihuai to study their lessons.

Busy for half the morning, Qiann Yan efficiently handled the memorials, and the children’s lessons also came to a pause. Next, it was time for her to practice swordsmanship with the two children.

Hee Wenxuan, with his short arms and legs, held a small wooden sword and earnestly practiced the moves Qiann Yan taught him, making quite a decent showing.

Qiann Yan discovered that Hee Wenxuan had more talent in martial arts than Hee Wenqian, so she focused more on developing Wenxuan’s skills in this area. Since he had this talent, it certainly shouldn’t be wasted.

At this time, Xun Zihuai would sit to the side, drinking tea, watching them practice.

He didn’t have a talent for martial arts, perhaps because the heavens thought he had too much and locked away his talent for practice.

He supported his chin, unable to take his eyes off the woman wielding a giant sword with a magnificent flair. She was the most noble woman under the heavens, he thought, no one in the world could match her elegance even slightly.

Hee Wenxuan, being so young, tired quickly, and Xun Zihuai walked over to pick her up and place her in a chair: ”Princess, take a rest.”

”Ah, alright.” Hee Wenxuan’s eyes were still on Qiann Yan, full of admiration.

Xun Zihuai couldn’t help but chuckle, the princess certainly bore some resemblance to Your Majesty, especially in her love for the sword.

Not long after, Hee Wenqian also came over to rest.

He sat there properly, like a little adult, even drank water in a very disciplined manner.

”Mother Empress’s swordsmanship has become even more formidable than before,” Hee Wenqian said, ”It’s a shame I don’t have Mother Empress’s talent, I’ll just have to watch my sister.”

Hee Wenxuan clenched her little fist: ”Brother, rest assured, I will become very powerful.”

”Go for it, sister.”

The interaction between the siblings made Xun Zihuai smile, wasn’t this the outcome Your Majesty expected?

”Teacher, has he been restless lately?” After Hee Wenxuan picked up the small wooden sword again, Hee Wenqian approached Xun Zihuai to inquire about Hee Qingshan.

Now that he understood things, he naturally knew how Hee Qingshan had treated him in the past. The other never cared for him, even intending to ruin his upbringing. What kind of thoughts these were, anyone with sense could see.

From the start, Hee Qingshan clearly intended to discard him once he had served his purpose.

Perhaps it’s because his mind had opened, he could even recall things from when he was very young, when Mother Empress was not around.

For instance, taking advantage of Mother Empress going to war, Hee Qingshan and Ling Shishi were affectionate, doing inappropriate things in front of him at merely one or two years old. Did they really think a child has no memory?

Indeed, no one would have thought that when he reached ten or so, he’d suddenly have clear memories from being one or two years old, right?

Thinking of their actions and words, his heart turned with disgust.

”He’s not causing trouble, just unwilling to stay behind the scenes, disinterested in learning rules, and still hoping Your Majesty might give the throne to him.”

Hee Wenqian, hearing this, was almost amused to anger, his tender little face turning red with rage: ”He really has quite the dream.”

Mother Empress fought hard in battles for ten years, while Hee Qingshan hid behind, living comfortably and indulging, messing around with women. Behind the scenes, he even schemed with that woman against Mother Empress, wanting to discard him too.

Now he still has the audacity to want to be emperor; why doesn’t he reach for the heavens?

”Your Highness, don’t be angry, Your Majesty has her own plans, he won’t gain anything.”
