Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4256: The Early Laboratories! IV

Analysis of [Early Omnichalcum Metal] initiated.

Composition: A unique, primordial alloy saturated with a high concentration of undifferentiated Everythings.

Properties: Near-absolute indestructibility. It cannot be broken, melted, or altered by any conventional means. An existence would need to possess a power in excess of 1,000 Quadrillion in Complexity to even begin to arduously reshape its physical form.

Activation Protocol: The metal’s internal structure can only be manipulated by an existence capable of resonating with and commanding the Everythings within it. This appears to be a function of an [Elderborn].

Conclusion: There is no additional data that can be of help, Master. The test is binary. Either you can, or you cannot.

...!

Noah gazed at the metal somberly. He prepared for all contingencies. He would not allow his memories to be wiped. He would not be discarded as he just arrived here!

He activated his Heart of Tyranny. He felt the one hundred and fifty-nine Vital Lighthouses of his Atlas blaze as one.

He reached out, his hand now wreathed in the vibrant, bloody purple flames of his Haki, and he touched the metal!

And...!

And...!

”...”

And nothing happened.

The metal remained cold, inert, utterly unresponsive to the unique power that coursed through his hand.

The flames of his Haki licked at its pristine surface, but they could find no purchase, no resonance. It was like trying to set fire to a vacuum.𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚

Elara’s expression, which had held a sliver of professional curiosity, flattened into one of profound, weary disappointment.

She sighed, a sound that was not of anger, but of simple, bureaucratic finality.

”Another defective model,” she murmured, her gaze already turning away from him. ”I will call the others. They will wipe your memories of this place and send you back to whatever forgotten corner of existence you crawled out of.”

She was dismissing him. Discarding him. But as she turned, a single word she had spoken earlier echoed in the silent, calculating chambers of Noah’s mind. A word that was the key.

Boundless.

To have a reaction with the metal, one needed their Everything to be grand. Boundless.

What did he have that was boundless?

A tyrannical light flashed in his eyes. It was a truth so fundamental to his being, so core to his very existence, that in his focus on his new, more complex powers, he had not brought it forth.

HUUM!

The air in the clearing did not just change; it was fundamentally rewritten.

The pristine, sterile white of the Laboratories was suddenly, violently, beautifully consumed by an eruption of pure, incandescent blue.

Blue.

Oh, blue!

The blue flames of Mana. They did not burn with heat; they burned with the very concept of infinity.

His eyes, once burning with purple Haki, were now two blazing, cerulean suns, tendrils of pure, liquid mana leaking from them like tears!

He reached out again, his hand, now a conduit for an endless, inexhaustible ocean of power, and he grasped the metal.

For a moment, there was silence. The metal remained inert. Elara, who had paused in her dismissal, began to shake her head with a final, pitying look.

And then, the metal began to glow!

HUUM!

It started as a faint, almost imperceptible pulse of golden light from deep within its core.

Then, the intricate, golden lines that had bloomed for Elara appeared, but this time, they did not just spread; they blazed. They were not veins, but rivers, a torrent of awakened power that flooded the entire cluster of metal.

As if his boundless quality of Everything wss even grander than hers!

The pristine white surface began to hum, to vibrate, to sing with a note that was both ancient and new.

[Early Omnichalcum Metal] has been activated.

Resonance Detected: [Infinite Mana].

Analysis: Your Everything of Mana is being recognized as a ’boundless’ quality, a direct, conceptual link to an infinite source. This is a valid key.

Receiving Data Stream...

Composition: 93.7% Primordial Matter, 6.2% Condensed Everythings, 0.1% Unknown Trace Elements.

Elara stared, her mouth slightly agape, her professional composure utterly shattered.

”Why... why were you playing around before?” she stammered, her voice a mixture of shock, confusion, and happiness.

The metal, under the command of Noah’s will, lifted from the table. It floated in the air before him, its form buzzing, shifting, its solid state now as malleable as clay in a sculptor’s hands.

[Early Omnichalcum Metal] – Analysis Complete.

Properties:

- Existential Inertia: Possesses a conceptual weight that makes it nearly immovable and indestructible to all but the highest echelons of power.

- Authority Absorption: Capable of absorbing, storing, and repurposing vast amounts of any authority directed at it. It is a perfect battery.

- Conceptual Malleability (When Activated): Can be shaped by will alone into any form, its structure defined not by physics, but by the intent of its wielder.

Potential Applications: The creation of tools, weapons, or armors that are not just powerful, but are themselves a fundamental law of existence. An Omnichalcum sword is not just sharp; it is the concept of sharpness. An Omnichalcum shield is not just durable; it is the concept of protection.

Noah looked at the floating, singing metal, at the terrified, awestruck face of the Commander, and a slow, tyrannical smile spread across his face.

He was not defective. He was the genuine fucking article!

He may not be some Elderborn, but he did have...Infinite Mana!

Elara’s dark eyes, which had been wide with a momentary, unprofessional shock, narrowed once more.

She came to his side, her gaze fixed on the metal, not on him.

”Don’t exhaust your Everythings for the day playing around with it when you don’t know what you are doing,” she said, her tone sharp, a commander reprimanding a reckless but talented subordinate.

”Put it down.”

Exhaust his Everything? His Infinite Mana?

A laugh, deep and genuine, echoed in the silent, internal chambers of Noah’s mind.

Outwardly, he simply allowed the Omnichalcum to settle back onto the table, his authority retreating from it with a final, gentle pulse!
