Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The news reported by the outpost made Major General Yang’s facial expression turn colder and colder. If that was the case, the three kidnapped special forces soldiers would definitely choose to enter the territory of Gistan!

Ye Jian, Weaver, and White Crane, who were chased out of the car, were exposed to the sun for an hour. They saw the two young men carrying a bucket of oil. The faint smell of it floated over, making their hearts sink.

Ye Jian watched as they poured gasoline into the fuel tank of the car. She pursed her lips that were dry from the sun. ”It looks like we still need to continue taking the car. If we go further north, I’m afraid we won’t be far from the border. What do they want to do by bringing us to the border?”

Ye Jian couldn’t guess what was going on.

”Do you want to continue pretending?” Weaver didn’t want to go along with this anymore. It was fine if he knew what they wanted to do, but now, he was completely confused. They even had the female soldier, Azure Bird, beside them. If they continued, he was really worried that it would be more and more disadvantageous for them to escape.

”We have to follow them closely. They wouldn’t just kidnap the three of us. There must be others. We have to figure out their goal.” White Crane didn’t plan to give up. The more he couldn’t figure it out, the more it meant that the problem was serious.

Human traffickers, kidnappers, extremists, money transactions… This was like an invisible huge net. If this net wasn’t torn apart, other people would definitely suffer.

Ye Jian agreed to continue with the act. Her thoughts were the same as White Crane’s.

From 6:50 am till 4:00 pm, she had been acting with these people for more than nine hours. Since she was already in character, she might as well find the truth!

However, there was still a problem. Ye Jian’s throat was so dry that it burned. She said hoarsely, ”There’s another possibility. If we’re kidnapped and brought into the territory of Gistan, what will we do?”

”That’ll be a good thing. When Q King discovers that the three of us are heading to the border, he’ll also guess that we’ll enter the territory of Gistan. The border outpost has entered Class A security. We can choose to escape. If nothing happens, we can choose to follow them into the territory of Gistan.”

It had to be said that the chemistry that they had cultivated after fighting together for so many years, as well as the chemistry between the entire Xueyu unit and Major General Yang, was astonishing. There was no communication, but based on the chemistry that they had cultivated over the years, the problems they thought of were almost synchronized.

Ye Jian didn’t raise any more questions. The three of them continued to pretend that they were powerless to retaliate and chose to wait and see.

The pickup truck started moving again. The three of them, who had been exposed to the sun, resumed their journey. As the engine of the truck rumbled, it continued driving along the riverbed into the depths of Tianshan Mountain.

On the other side of the river was a small village. That was the secret service squadron combat area.

The pickup truck drove for about an hour from the riverbed to a road paved with stones. When they saw the numbers on the road and realized that they were about to reach the boundary point, the three soldiers exchanged glances.

Whether they wanted to follow these people into Gistan would depend on the sentinels’ vigilance!

The Ukersh River was at the northernmost border. There was a steel bridge on the river. On this side of the steel bridge was China’s territory, and on the other side was the Gistan border.

White Crane raised his eyes slightly and looked at the tall mountains that were going past him. Then, he looked at the few people who were sleeping soundly. He said softly, ”The border defense company is more than 700 kilometers away from the city of Accra. The border defense company is a seasonal sentry post. Beyond that is the border of Gistan. Prepare to illegally enter another country.”
