Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

When Luke asked him why he didn’t drink, Xia Jinyuan took off his shirt and revealed the bullet wound on his back. Luke understood that he had almost died from drinking.

There were many scars on Xia Jinyuan’s body. Every wound represented a medal. When Luke saw his body, he was shocked by the scars on it.

From then on, Luke stopped asking Xia Jinyuan why he didn’t drink or smoke. Now, he was used to Xia Jinyuan’s self-discipline.

Xia Jinyuan didn’t smoke or drink, and he didn’t like beautiful ladies. Luke pounced over and fell on the deck. He didn’t get up and just laid there with his limbs spread out. He kept muttering, ”No, no, no. I don’t want to know what will happen tomorrow at all. I only know that… Xia, you’re a very boring fellow.

Besides money and killing people, you really don’t like anything else.

”You’re so boring. I’ve seen the priests in the church, and they’re not as disciplined as you. You’re not interested in anything.”

”You like to drink, smoke, and flirt with women. I like money and killing people. It’s just that my hobbies are different. You can get up now, Luke. The Mekong River is below us. If you fall, I don’t think anyone will jump into the cold river to save a drunkard.”

Xia Jinyuan kicked the drunk Luke. When he kicked him a second time, Luke was half-awake. He opened his eyes lazily and asked, ”I think I heard gunshots. Oh, damn it, why can I still hear gunshots? Tell them, Xia, tell them to scram farther away. If they disturb me, I’ll let them all see God.

”Oh, damn it, did I wet my pants? Why are my pants so wet?”

He didn’t wet his pants. The half-empty bottle of whiskey in his hand had fallen toward his thigh. The remaining contents of the bottle poured out. It looked like he wet his pants.

Xia Jinyuan kicked the bottle that was now empty. After a series of clangs, the bottle was kicked to the edge of the deck. He had exerted a little too much force.

He lowered his head and looked coldly at Luke, who was lying on the deck like a fool. ”You peed your pants. I don’t want the pretty ladies to see you like this. I suggest that you get up immediately and change your pants.”

”No, I can’t get up. There are gunshots. We need to hide!” Like a fool, Luke waved his hands. From his drunken appearance, one couldn’t tell that he was a bodyguard whose hands were stained with blood.

The sound of firecrackers on the other side of the river welcomed the arrival of the new year. However, Luke, who was drunk, thought he was hearing gunshots.

The sound of firecrackers did sound like gunshots.

”You’re hearing the sound of firecrackers.” Xia Jinyuan kicked him again. ”Get up, Luke. If you don’t, I’ll throw you into the river so that the cold water will wake you up.”

”No, I can’t get up. Those are gunshots. I’m all too familiar with the sounds! Xia, hurry up and teach them a lesson. Let them go to hell.”

Luke, who was completely drunk, started to act like a drunkard. He laid on the cold deck and refused to get up. The veins on Xia Jinyuan’s forehead were twitching.

When talking to a drunkard, the person who was angered would always be the sober one.

Xia Jinyuan ignored the fool. But he didn’t return to the cabin to join the crazy party inside.

This was a small-scale cruise ship controlled by the Myanmar mafia. Those who could come up were all people who came to find excitement. Each and every one of them had killed people before.
