I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

”I will get it ready in around a week. It’s up to you whether you want to wait here or come back a week later.”

The White Snake Sage said after he swallowed his Sage Jade again.

Nagasawa was right, and he did not want to fight Nagasawa to the death.

For him, teaching Sage Mode was not that important. Anyone who passed Ryuchi Cave’s trial was allowed to learn Ryuchi Cave’s Sage Mode.

However, Nagasawa’s request was special. He did not want them to teach him. Instead, he wanted the way to learn Sage Mode. In addition, the aura on Nagasawa was special, so the White Snake Sage was interested in testing him.

The White Snake Sage had grown apathetic to this world. No matter how big the disputes in the Ninja Realm were, he didn’t care as long as Ryuchi Cave wasn’t roped into it.

Unlike a certain old toad who liked to fool people, the White Snake Sage did not like to meddle in others’ business.

Even if he let those who passed Ryuchi Cave’s trial learn Sage Mode, it was nothing but his twisted scheme.

He liked to watch the power-hungry people that asked for power from him sink in the sea of desire and finally perish.

However, in such a scenario, the White Snake Sage would not do anything. He would only quietly watch everything.

If Nagasawa were to describe the White Snake Sage, it would be the type of person who wouldn’t cause trouble as long as they’re left alone.

”There’s no need for that. You can just give the information to Orochimaru, and then he will relay it to me.” Nagasawa said.

He didn’t want to come to Ryuchi Cave again.

Hadn’t it been for Orochimaru’s help, he might not have been able to find Ryuchi Cave even if he turned the whole Ninja World upside down.

That was because the entire Ryuchi Cave was concealed by the White Snake Sage’s Sage Technique. It existed between imagination and reality.

It’d be impossible to find Ryuchi Cave by normal means, especially for those who hadn’t signed a contract with Ryuchi Cave.

Although Orochimaru wasn’t as close as Nagato to him, Nagasawa still firmly believed that Orochimaru would give the information to him without even looking at the information.

And it was none other than because of ”value”.

Sage Technique’s training method naturally could not be compared to his cooperation with Nagasawa.

Orochimaru had already signed the contract with Ryuchi Cave, so it was relatively easy for him to learn Sage Technique.

When Nagasawa asked about Sage Technique, Orochimaru told Nagasawa about his past when he accidentally found Ryuchi Cave and passed the trial. After clearing the trial, White Snake Sage bit him and injected Senjutsu Chakra into him. However, at that time, Orochimaru was not as strong as he was now. He could not withstand White Snake Sage’s Senjutsu Chakra, so in addition to failing to learn the Sage Mode, Orochimaru was also seriously injured because of it.

Now, Orochimaru was no longer as obsessed with Sage Technique as he was back then. It was not that he did not want to learn Sage Mode, but he planned to do it once he attained the perfect body that he had envisioned.

Learning Sage Mode now was only a waste of time for him even though it wasn’t impossible for him to learn it.

”Sure.” White Snake Sage nodded.

After a moment of trance, White Snake Sage once again turned into his elderly lady form and sat on the throne. At the same time, the huge and empty cave once again became the magnificent temple.

After hearing White Snake Sage’s promise, Nagasawa and Orochimaru left the Ryuchi Cave together.

Nagasawa actually wanted to ask White Snake Sage about some secrets of the Ninja Realm thousand years ago. Unlike Nagasawa who only knew the rough story through the manga, the White Snake Sage had lived ever since Kaguya Otsutsuki’s era.

The Great Toad Sage of Mount Myoboku was too good at pretending to be senile, making it hard to ask him.

However, when he thought about how he managed to humiliate White Snake Sage in front of his subordinates just now and even obtained information about Sage Mode, Nagasawa felt like it should be enough for now, so he decided to save his questions for some other time.

After Nagasawa and Orochimaru returned to Konoha, they parted ways and went back to their respective homes.

This time, Nagasawa did not immediately go to Tsunade.

Unlike his business at Mount Myoboku, his business at Ryuchi Cave took longer, and he even exchanged blows with the White Snake Sage.

Therefore, Nagasawa planned to rest for a day before seeing Tsunade.

According to Nagasawa’s deduction, Shikkotsu Forest’s Slug Sage should be the most hospitable leader among the three.

Among the three Sage Regions, only Shikkotsu Forest’s leader could be summoned, albeit it was like a part of her.

But in theory, as long as you have enough Chakra, you can directly summon the Slug Sage.

However, you might be dreaming if you want to summon the White Snake Sage or the Great Toad Sage.

”How is your training with the Third Hokage?” Nagasawa asked Kabuto as he happened to see him when he returned home.

Kabuto was not surprised when he saw Nagasawa suddenly appear after disappearing for a while.

He was also a Shinobi now. He knew that Shinobi at Nagasawa’s level might be in charge of some confidential tasks.

”Not bad. Harutobi-sensei’s Wind Release is very good, and I get to learn a lot of things from him.”

”That’s good.” Nagasawa nodded as he took out a can of canned red beans and made himself a red bean bowl.

”How’s Special Combat Division doing recently? Is there any promising member?” Nagasawa asked as he shoved a spoonful of red beans into his mouth.

”A promising member?” Kabuto looked at Nagasawa suspiciously.

Why would he ask him this kind of question? Shouldn’t he ask the mentors instead?

”Didn’t I set a rule that you have to accept at least 5 challenge a day? Has no one challenged you?” Nagasawa asked.

Kabuto:...

Is that what you’re after?

”If I were to say, I have three in mind.” Kabuto replied after thinking about the Special Combat Division’s members.

”But I don’t know if my info is accurate, and I don’t know everyone. You’d better ask the mentors.” He added.

”It’s okay, I will definitely ask the mentors too.”

Seeing that Nagasawa had said so, Kabuto mentioned the people he deemed capable.

”Yugao Uzuki, Hayate Gekko, and Isamu Uchiha.”
