After Gender Transformation, I Was Adjusted by the System into the Demon Queen’s Strongest Maid

“Master……”

“Um… do you… need me to… prepare something?”

As Lilia spoke, she felt that her ability to express herself was painfully lacking.

What did she even mean by “prepare something”?

That sounded way too unprofessional! Not like an experienced Personal Maid at all!

She grew anxious, afraid that Hera would think she was incompetent. In a moment of panic, she raised her hands and extended two index fingers, making a small gesture in front of Hera.

The meaning was obvious.

Master, do you want me to prepare those… “little toys”?

After completing this performance-art-level demonstration, Lilia even felt a bit clever, sneaking a glance at Hera with a “you know what I mean” expression.

Then, she met Hera’s golden eyes.

There was nothing in them.

Only silence.

Hera: “……”

Lilia: “Eh?”

The air seemed to freeze at that very moment.

Time stood still for three seconds.

The smile on Lilia’s face froze along with it.

She watched, helplessly, as Hera’s originally calm face darkened inch by inch at a visible speed.

It felt like a clear summer sky in June suddenly being swept by Siberian cold air—instantly covered in dark clouds, thunder roaring.

This was bad.

She had been careless.

Looking at Hera’s face, cold enough to scrape off three layers of frost, her survival instincts exploded.

“I’m sorry! Master! I was wrong! I was talking nonsense! My brain is full of dirty thoughts! I shouldn’t have speculated about your sacred intent! Please just let me off like I’m nothing!”

Lilia fired off apologies like a machine gun, wishing she could slap herself twice on the spot.

Great. Not only did she fail to gain any ground, she was probably about to get a one-day trip to the Confinement Room!

She had already braced herself for thunderous fury, even closing her eyes in preparation to endure the Queen’s wrath.

However, the expected slap or scolding never came.

The surroundings were eerily quiet.

Lilia cautiously opened one eye a crack and peeked upward.

Hera still stood there, looking at her expressionlessly.

There was no trace of emotion on that icy face.

Just when Lilia thought she was about to be executed by slow slicing, Hera finally spoke.

Her voice remained cool and indifferent, devoid of emotion.

“No need for now.”

“……”

Lilia’s brain crashed again.

What?

No… need… for now?

No. Need. For. Now.

Did that mean… it might be needed in the future?

Oh no…

A wave of scorching heat shot from the soles of Lilia’s feet straight to her head.

Her face flushed instantly, turning so red it looked like it could drip blood, as if steam were rising from the top of her head.

Social death.

This was ten thousand times more embarrassing than being scolded on the spot!

She just wanted to find a crack in the ground and crawl into it forever.

Lilia just wanted to find a crack in the ground and crawl into it forever.

Social death.

This was ten thousand times more humiliating than being slapped twice by the Queen and thrown into the Confinement Room to cool off!

She wished she could just drop dead on the spot.

Seeing her looking like she was about to spontaneously combust, the icy frost on Hera’s face finally showed a slight crack.

But she said nothing.

Lilia stood frozen, not knowing where to put her hands or feet.

Hera led Lilia to the bathroom door. She stopped, didn’t turn back, and simply said flatly,

“Do I need to invite you?”

Lilia jolted, and her survival instincts instantly got her moving.

With her head lowered, like a quail waiting to be scolded, she followed closely behind Hera, not daring to even breathe loudly.

The warm steam in the bathroom, mixed with the rich fragrance of unknown flowers, rushed toward her.

The entire bathroom was absurdly large. The floor was paved with a single massive piece of warm jade, smooth and comfortable underfoot. At the center was a huge bath pool large enough to hold more than ten people for a party. The water was a clear pale blue, with white mist gently rising from it.

Then, she saw Hera begin unbuttoning her shirt.

Lilia’s breathing halted abruptly, and she quickly turned her head away—don’t look, don’t look!

“Come here.” Hera’s voice sounded.

“Ah?” Lilia responded instinctively, but her body didn’t move.

“I told you to come here.” There was a hint of impatience in Hera’s tone.

Resigned, Lilia slowly turned her head back, inch by inch.

Then she saw that Hera had already removed her shirt, revealing a smooth and beautifully contoured back, along with a perfectly shaped waistline.

Lilia’s mind buzzed, going completely blank.

“What are you standing there for?” Hera turned her head slightly, her golden eyes appearing somewhat hazy in the steam. “Come here and help me wash the dirt off.”

She was referring to Lilia.

Only then did Lilia realize that Hera was disgusted by the dust and slime she had picked up in the mine.

………………

In the blink of an eye, Lilia found herself standing blankly on the carpet of the Queen’s Bedchamber.

She was wearing an obviously ill-fitting black silk nightgown—it belonged to Hera.

The nightgown was long, almost dragging on the ground, and the sleeves were too long as well, making her look like a child who had secretly put on an adult’s clothes, somewhat comical.

But Lilia had no mind to care about that now.

Her face was flushed red, even the base of her neck turning pink.

Her mind was filled with the scenes from the bathroom just now.

Hera’s hands, carrying a slightly cool temperature, had carefully wiped every inch of her skin.

From her collarbone, to her back, and then to…

Just thinking about the feeling of Hera’s slender fingers moving across her body made Lilia feel weak all over, her heartbeat skipping a beat.

She had been stiff as a board the entire time, letting Hera do as she pleased.

During that, Hera had even frowned and commented in a tone of disgust, “Too skinny. Feels bony.”

Lilia had almost fainted on the spot.

Whose fault is that! Isn’t it because of you, you black-hearted capitalist, exploiting me every day!

Thinking back on it now, Lilia still felt her heart race and her face burn.

When she first entered the bathroom, she had even been reflecting intensely, wondering if the System’s “Feminization” effect was too strong, causing her mind to be filled with dirty thoughts these past few days.

But now it seemed…

It wasn’t her problem at all!

It was Hera’s problem!

This woman was definitely doing it on purpose!

Just as Lilia stood there overthinking, locked in an internal battle, a cool voice interrupted her thoughts.

“Come here.”

Lilia looked up and saw that Hera was already half-reclining on the bed.
