After Gender Transformation, I Was Adjusted by the System into the Demon Queen’s Strongest Maid

“Bathory.”

Lilia’s hands didn’t stop moving as her lips fluently reported the name.

To show that she wasn’t some useless wreck who only knew how to socially die and kneel-slide, she even thoughtfully added:

“The mining area is on the western side of the Blackstone Mountain Range, less than two hundred kilometers from the border. That place is desolate as hell, but it’s also a necessary route for smuggling caravans heading to the human world.”

After saying that, Lilia gave herself a mental thumbs-up.

See? This is what you call professionalism.

This is the professional standard of a personal maid.

Immersed in her own self-moved peak workplace moment, the rhythm of her kneading unconsciously slowed by half a beat.

The continuous flow of magic she had been outputting showed a slight interruption.

Hera did not turn around.

“Didn’t eat?”

The voice was neither light nor heavy, without much fluctuation, yet it made Lilia’s back turn cold.

This was a death question.

“I’m sorry, Master! I got distracted!”

Lilia immediately admitted her fault. At times like this, explaining was just covering up, and covering up meant wanting to die.

“Focus.”

“Yes!”

Lilia gritted her teeth as she responded, but internally she was wildly complaining.

She had to be smart, her technique had to be perfect, and she also had to provide full emotional value— even production team donkeys weren’t worked this hard.

Complaining aside, she didn’t dare slack off with her hands.

[God-Tier Massage Technique] operated at full capacity.

That brief moment of slackness was compensated by doubled magic output.

Lilia carefully controlled her strength.

After all, she was now equipped with [Maid’s Monstrous Strength (Beginner)]. If she wasn’t careful and her hand slipped, crushing the Queen’s shoulder would be disastrous.

Although it was unlikely… better to be cautious.

Magic flowed along the acupoints into Hera’s meridians.

Hera’s originally straight and tense back visibly collapsed, her whole body sinking into the soft cushion of the high-backed chair like a lazy cat basking in the sun.

The hostile aura that constantly surrounded her, warning strangers to stay away, actually dissipated by more than half in that moment.

Hera closed her eyes.

Her eyelashes were long, casting a small shadow beneath her eyelids.

Her breathing was long and even.

If one ignored the occasional faint nasal sounds she made, the scene was almost absurdly peaceful.

Standing behind the chair, Lilia looked down from above at the top of Hera’s head.

Just a few hours ago, this woman had wanted to turn her into a specimen.

Now she was completely defenseless under her hands.

This huge contrast gave Lilia an extremely absurd illusion.

As if, so long as she was willing, she could strangle this Demon Queen at any moment.

Of course, the thought had just surfaced before Lilia strangled it herself.

Was she tired of living?

Lilia’s hands were starting to ache, but she didn’t dare stop.

Just as she thought Hera had fallen asleep and was considering whether to secretly reduce her strength and slack off a little—

Those tightly closed golden eyes did not open, but the red lips parted slightly.

Her voice was lazy, carrying lingering drowsiness, hoarse in a way that felt almost unfair.

“Tonight, come to my room.”

Click.

Lilia seemed to hear the sound of her jaw dislocating.

Her hands froze abruptly, nearly poking directly into Hera’s collarbone.

What did that mean?

What did “come to my room tonight” mean?

Her brain instantly crashed, then rebooted, rapidly loading countless inappropriate images.

That “eat you up” from the morning, along with Hera’s hand wandering freely on her thigh…

And now this suggestive “come to my room.”

Was she going to fulfill that promise?

Was she about to be “favored”?

Was this overtime benefit?

Wasn’t this a bit too fast? She hadn’t even mentally prepared yet! Wasn’t this kind of thing a bit too intense?

Lilia felt her face heating up at a rate of a hundred degrees per second, the flush spreading from the base of her neck straight to the tips of her ears.

“M-Master…”

Her tongue tied itself in knots. She wanted to ask if it meant what she thought it meant, but feared that asking would get her silenced on the spot.

“Th-that… is… is it…”

Is it that?

Hera seemed to sense the stiffness and rising temperature of the person behind her.

She slowly opened her eyes.

There was no trace of the previous laziness in those eyes— they were frighteningly clear, carrying a hint of teasing coldness. Through the reflection in the pristine floor-to-ceiling window, she precisely captured Lilia’s face, red like a monkey’s backside.

The corner of Hera’s lips curled into an extremely wicked arc.

She did not explain.

She even enjoyed this malicious pleasure of teasing the little maid into helpless confusion.

“What? Not willing?”

“N-no no no! I am! Ten thousand times willing!”

Lilia shook her head like a rattle drum, blushing as she declared her loyalty. “To be able to… do that for Master… is my honor! I’m not afraid of being tired! And I’m also… not afraid of pain!”

The last three words were as soft as a mosquito’s buzz, carrying a tragic resolve as if facing death.

The amusement in Hera’s eyes deepened.

This idiot— what kind of yellow trash was filling her brain all day?

However, the teasing ended there.

Business came first.

Hera closed her eyes again, her tone returning to its usual cold indifference, as if the seductive demon from moments ago had been nothing but an illusion.

“Pour the water out of your head.”

She raised a hand, pointing at the mountain of documents on the table, then toward the door.

“Before that, there’s a prerequisite.”

Lilia froze. “A prerequisite?”

There was even a prerequisite task?

What was with this damned system-like feeling?

“Set up the departmental framework you were thinking about today.”

“Coordinate properly with Camilla.”

Hera paused, then added:

“If you can’t finish it, tonight’s matter will be canceled.”

Lilia: “……”

That bucket of cold water was poured so thoroughly it chilled her to the core.

So the “date” tonight was actually a performance reward?

No KPI completion, no getting into bed?

Was this the Demon Realm workplace? Too real!

Lilia took a deep breath, forcing herself to suppress those messy, romantic thoughts.

Right now, there was only one path ahead.

Handle Camilla.

Handle the work.

And then…

Heh heh heh…

“Understood, Master.”

Lilia withdrew her hands and stood upright. The flush on her face faded, replaced by a tragic determination.

For tonight’s “innocence”… no, for tonight’s survival!

Camilla, sorry.

Today, whether you’re a succubus or a devil, you’re working overtime obediently!

Lilia sneaked a glance. Hera had already picked up another feather pen, lowering her head to review documents. Her side profile was cold and stern, that seductive aura from earlier completely gone, as if that heart-racing invitation had only been Lilia’s imagination.

If she wanted to “enter the room” tonight, she had to pass this hurdle first. Wasn’t it just leading a team?

Knock knock knock…

A knock sounded at the door.

Camilla’s voice came from outside.

“Let her in,” Hera said without looking up, her voice cool as the pen tip carved a sharp line of ink across the parchment.

“Yes!”

Lilia lowered her head to tidy her uniform, forcefully smoothing the pleats of her skirt, then tightened the tactical strap on her thigh.

This outfit wasn’t bad. Though its defensive capability was questionable, it came with a kind of “I can fight too” false aura.

Facing that crazy succubus woman, she couldn’t lose in presence.

Walking to the door, Lilia adjusted her breathing and pushed it open.
