After Gender Transformation, I Was Adjusted by the System into the Demon Queen’s Strongest Maid

Chapter 7: System Functions

Lilia collapsed onto the cold obsidian floor, gasping for breath.

In the luxurious and empty bedroom, only she remained.

Right now, all she wanted was to find a crack in the ground to crawl into, or just lie flat and give up.

She replayed that evaluation—“not completely useless.”

Her emotions were a chaotic mix.

That cleanliness-obsessed Demon Queen… seemed not entirely devoid of humanity?

The moment that thought surfaced, she immediately crushed it herself.

What a joke!

Just as Lilia was letting her thoughts run wild, the heavy obsidian door silently slid open once again.

Her body instantly tensed. With a jolt, she scrambled up from the ground and stood straight out of reflex.

Could it be Hera had returned?

Did she find something still unclean?

No way!

Lilia’s heart leapt into her throat.

But the ones who entered were not Hera.

Instead, it was two Demon Race maid girls dressed in standard servant uniforms. Compared to the “provocative version” Lilia was wearing, their outfits were much more conservative—long skirts reaching their ankles, with only simple lace trim on their aprons.

The maid on the left had a pair of small goat horns and freckles on her face, looking somewhat timid. The one on the right had a slender tail with a heart-shaped tip, her eyes carrying a hint of numbness and indifference.

They walked up to Lilia and bowed slightly.

“Lady Lilia.”

The horned maid spoke first, her voice as faint as a mosquito’s buzz.

Lady?

That form of address stunned Lilia for a moment.

She was practically a prisoner who had nearly been “disposed of”—how did she suddenly become “Lady”?

“Her Majesty the Queen has ordered us to take you to your resting room,” the tailed maid said flatly, like she was reciting regulations.

“A room?” Lilia couldn’t believe her ears.

She had thought she would be sleeping on this cold floor tonight, or in some damp, dark dungeon.

“Yes. Please follow us.”

After speaking, the tailed maid turned and led the way without waiting. The horned maid cautiously glanced at Lilia and made a “please” gesture.

Dragging her exhausted body, Lilia followed behind them.

After passing through several corridors made of obsidian and bones, they stopped in front of an inconspicuous black door.

“This is it,” the tailed maid said as she pushed it open. “Your room.”

Lilia peeked inside.

A wooden bed, a small table, a chair, and a wardrobe—that was all the furniture.

There was also a window, outside of which lay the Demon Realm’s eternal blood-red sky and roiling dark clouds.

For Lilia right now, this was already an immense blessing.

“Dinner will be delivered,” the tailed maid said coldly. “Without Her Majesty the Queen’s summons, please do not wander around the Demon King’s Castle. Otherwise, you will bear the consequences.”

After saying that, she and the horned maid turned and left, their footsteps quickly fading into the corridor.

The wooden door closed softly.

The world fell silent.

Lilia walked to the hard wooden bed and could no longer hold on, collapsing face-first onto it.

The bedboard pressed painfully against her bones, but she didn’t want to move at all.

Too tired.

Both physically and mentally.

Transmigration, Gender Transformation, capture, humiliation…

Everything that had happened in just one day was more bizarre than the entirety of her previous twenty-plus years combined.

That guy called Lin Feng… felt like a past life already.

Now, she was Lilia.

A maid who could lose her life at any moment.

A vast sense of loneliness and confusion swallowed her whole.

Could she really survive here?

After an unknown amount of time, Lilia finally sat up from the bed.

No. She couldn’t keep being so defeated.

Self-pity was useless—it would only make her die faster.

Her only reliance now was that damn System.

“System.”

She called out in her mind.

A light-blue screen immediately unfolded before her eyes.

【Supreme God-Tier Battle Maid Training System】

【Host: Lilia】

【Race: Human (Morphological Mutation)】

【Level: Apprentice Maid (0/100)】

【Core Attributes】

【Feminization Index: 5】

【Loyalty: 5】

【Talent: S-Rank · Absolute Senses】

【Skill: D-Rank · Magic Shockwave (Cleaning Version)】

【Function Modules: Maid Wardrobe (Unlocked), Maid Workshop (Locked)】

Lilia’s gaze locked firmly onto the “Core Attributes” section.

Feminization Index: 5.

Loyalty: 5.

Before transmigrating, she had played plenty of games and seen many status panels.

Loyalty 5—she could understand that. After all, she had already declared offering everything to someone; having 5 points of loyalty made sense.

But what the hell was this “Feminization Index”?!

Just from the name alone, it sounded extremely suspicious!

5 points?

When did it increase? Was it because she wore this shameful maid outfit, or because she was held in Hera’s arms?

Lilia felt her worldview taking a heavy hit.

This System was definitely a pervert!

Suppressing her urge to rant, she continued reading.

【Feminization Index: A core indicator measuring the degree of the host’s physical and mental feminization. Increasing the index will unlock special passive skills and gradually optimize the host’s bodily functions to better align with the standards of a ‘perfect maid’.】

【Notice: When the Feminization Index reaches 20, the passive skill ‘Pray for the Master’ will be unlocked.】

Better align with the standards of a perfect maid?

That sounded nice, but wasn’t it just forcing her to become more and more girly?!

Lilia’s face turned alternately pale and flushed.

She, a pure man, a steel-straight guy, was actually being forced onto the path of “feminization” by this broken System?

And that “Pray for the Master”—just hearing it gave her goosebumps.

She’d rather not have any passive skills at all!

Lilia ground her teeth in frustration but had no choice.

She opened the 【Skills】 tab.

【Magic Shockwave (Cleaning Version)】

【Rank: D】

【Effect: Consumes a small amount of magic to release an invisible shockwave from the palm, capable of dislodging stubborn dirt attached to surfaces. Ineffective against living beings.】

【Note: Do not attempt to use it to attack enemies. It will feel like a gentle breeze—perhaps even helping blow dust off your opponent’s head.】

The sarcastic tone in the note made her once again confirm the System’s personality.

Although its attack power was practically zero, this was still the first magic she had mastered.

Lilia spread her right hand and followed the instructions that had appeared in her mind, attempting to mobilize that faint power within her body.

A trace of coolness gathered from all parts of her body into her palm.

An almost invisible miniature vortex slowly formed.

She looked at the table in front of her and willed it.

“Buzz—”

An invisible ripple spread out.

The few specks of dust on the table—barely visible to begin with—were instantly shaken loose and dispersed into the air.

It really… was magic!

A hint of excitement flashed in Lilia’s eyes.

The feeling of wielding extraordinary power diluted some of the gloom in her heart.

As long as she could grow stronger, what did a little humiliation matter?

So what if it was feminization! For the sake of power, there was no shame in it!

With that self-justification, she shifted her attention to the final function module.

【Maid Wardrobe】.

She tapped into it curiously.

The screen changed, displaying an interface similar to a game equipment panel.

At the center was a 3D virtual model identical to her, currently wearing that shameful black-and-white lace maid outfit.

Beside it was detailed information about the outfit.

【Beginner Lace Maid Outfit (Poor Quality)】

【Quality: Gray】

【Attributes: None】

【Effect: Shame +10】

【Note: Even Succubi would complain about the lack of fabric, but perhaps… certain individuals might like it?】

Lilia’s mouth twitched.

Effect: Shame +10?

You might as well just say wearing it is the same as wearing nothing!

She noticed that surrounding the equipment slots were gray, locked slots.

Inside each slot was a blurred outline of different outfits.

There were elegant long dresses, valiant knight dresses, and even bold swimsuits and cheongsams…

This System… really was a wardrobe.

Could it be that future mission rewards would be these clothes?

Lilia had a bad feeling.

She exited the wardrobe interface and looked at the final gray option.

【Maid Workshop (Locked)】

【Unlock Requirement: Maid Level reaches ‘Official Maid’.】

Seems her level wasn’t high enough.

After thoroughly examining the System, Lilia finally gained a general understanding of her current situation.

She was like a beginner character in a game—level zero, trash equipment, with only an S-rank talent and a D-rank skill.

And what she had to face was a moody, cleanliness-obsessed Demon Queen BOSS.

To survive, she had to continuously complete the System’s tasks, level up, and unlock more functions.

And the content of those tasks…

Was making herself become more feminized…

Just thinking about those tricky and shameful missions gave Lilia a headache.

“Grrr…”

An untimely rumble came from her stomach.

Only then did she realize that since transmigrating, she hadn’t eaten or drunk anything.

Earlier, her nerves were too tense to notice, but now that she relaxed, hunger surged like a tidal wave.

At that moment—

“Knock knock.”

A sound came from the door.

Lilia jolted and quickly stood up.

“Who is it?”

“Lady Lilia, your dinner.”

A timid voice came from outside—it was the horned maid.

Lilia let out a breath of relief and walked over to open the door.

The horned maid held a tray, head lowered, not daring to look at her.

On the tray was a piece of charred, unidentifiable roasted meat and a cup of bubbling green liquid.

This was… dinner in the Demon Realm?

It looked highly poisonous.

Lilia picked up the green liquid and analyzed it with 【Absolute Senses】.

Composition: Abyss moss extract.

…

Lilia expressionlessly set the cup back down.

She decided it was better to just eat the roasted meat.

Though it was blackened, at least it smelled decent.

She picked up the meat and took a big bite.

The next second, her expression froze.
