The hivemind is conquering for me?

Serena’s eyes went wide with shock at the words that just came from his mouth. First she thought he was checking out her behind when she was bending over to collect the wine. He played it off, having a solid reason for looking over, but this? This was blatant. Deliberate.

Having a few thoughts about the matter was one thing, a funny fantasy where her mind was racing, but to actually do it? No, that was too much. She was far too old for him.

”Apollo... I am older than Valerica, I cannot accept.” She said, but Apollo just shook his head.

”Nonsense! I have to give it to you. Trust me, you will love it. When Valerica saw it for the first time, she got beyond excited. She didn’t stop using it for days before she was satisfied.”

”D-Days? Apollo, I don’t have days... Wait. I mean I can’t accept it! It’s wrong!” Serena spouted, prompting Apollo to lower his head.

”I know... Valerica didn’t want me to give it to you, but I just can’t help it. I just want to make you happy for having trust in me. Besides, Valerica will just have to learn to share with her sister. Perhaps the next time you meet you can do it together and take notes?”

Serena was blushing beyond belief at this point. She knew it. She knew Apollo had an agenda this entire time. This man was insatiable. He wanted the Hyllus family as his own twisted love nest. He wanted everyone! Mothers daughters and aunts!

’*Gasp!* What if he went after Rhea next?!?’ Serena thought. The poor girl was her flesh and blood, but Apollo was powerful. What if he took advantage of that and claimed her? Serena shook her head.

She was fine with sending her into combat. Hyllus’ were no cowards, but this? No. This was unacceptable. She would protect her kin. She would be their shields. No matter what happens to her...

Narrowing her eyes, she bargained. ”If I do this. I want you to promise me that no one else in the family will receive ’it’ from you. Do you understand?”

Apollo nodded his head. ”Of course. Don’t worry about that. Only those I care about get the reward.” He then winked playfully at her causing her to shudder.

She then stood up and walked towards Apollo before kneeling before him. ”Very well. Take it out and let’s get this over with.”

Apollo then stood up and began to reach behind his back. Was he expecting her to unwrap the ’present.’

’The nerve of this man... To think I was beginning to like him.’ She thought and was about to reach out to pull down his pants before he suddenly knelt with her, holding a scroll of paper in his hand.

”What is this?” Serena asked, confused.

...

”The gift.” I said, joyfully. I don’t know what she was expecting, clearly something noteworthy considering she was reluctant at first and even got on her knees to accept it regally.

”The gift?” She repeated, looking into my eyes, confused.

”Yeah. Trust me, it’s more than a piece of paper. Open it up. It should look rather familiar, but with a few modifications of my own making.”

Serena reached out slowly, before taking the paper and unfurling it. Her face going from shock at seeing the family technique here, to silent observation, to understanding at what she was seeing to shock again was a sight to behold.

’Hyllus’ are so cute when shocked.’ I admitted to myself, unable to contain my smile.

”Apollo... How?” Was all she could get out prompting me to answer,

”Well, as you most likely know. Valerica was sick for a while before I cured her due to a complication with the family technique. Well, because your family technique is unique in the way that it is Psionics that have affect only on your body, I asked if I could take a crack at it, trying to improve it. Mother being the trusting individual she is allowed me to take it back home with me.

After finding the alien origins of the technique, I was able to make a few tweaks and modifications and well this version doesn’t have the Psionic clotting problem and should work more efficiently. So yeah. Hope you enjoy it. Valerica was so mean saying she was abusing it so the next time you meet she can overpower you trivially. As her Pankration partner, I couldn’t in good conscience allow her to have unfair advantage, especially against her beautiful sister.”

Serena’s mouth was hung open. Shocked. Cute.

I allowed her a few moments to compose herself, something she managed to do much better than Valerica for certain.

She then looked at me and spoke, ”Apollo... This is. Thank you.”

I could tell that thank you was an amalgamation of the thousands of words rushing through her mind, so I just patted her on her shoulder and smiled, ”Of course. Anything for my family.”

Serena looked directly in my eyes and asked, ”Apollo. You plan on marrying my niece, correct?”

”Of course.” I replied with fact.

”Good. Good. You need more solid ties to this family other than Valerica adopting you. If you weren’t planning on marrying Kathrine, I would have been doing it whether you liked it or not. Our technique has been around since the founding. Not once has it been improved. Adapted. This is too valuable. You are too valuable. You are priceless to our family Apollo.”

’Well that’s nice.’ I thought feeling warm. I then leant over towards Serena and hugged her. ”Thats sweet. Thank you.” I then pulled back. ”I’ll leave you to it and your planning. Just a word of warning. The intensity is much greater. Expect pain.”

I then got up, downed the rest of the wine in my glass and left. As if the siblings were anyway alike, Serena would want to dive into it right away.

...

After Apollo left, Serena just sat there for a moment, shocked by everything that just occurred.

Thinking about it, what she was about to do. What she was willing to do. Her face turned bright red.

”How embarrassing.”

Her thoughts were all over the place. She couldn’t believe she thought Apollo was trying to... With her.

She then felt a knot in her stomach. She thought wrongly of him, again. This was shameful. Especially considering what he just gave her. Looking at it once more, she just couldn’t believe it.

She had slowed down her training for decades because she didn’t want to have what happened to Valerica happen to her, but now she could get stronger once more. For Spartari. For her family.

The thought excited her, but her thoughts trailed back to what just happened. ’Why did I think that he wanted to do that with me?’ She began to think about the interaction and she wasn’t crazy. The words were incredibly suggestive.

’Does he just not realise?’ She thought, but shook her head.

’No, no one is that oblivious.’

Despite her twelve children , she herself wasn’t that lewd in her mind and even she could spot the blatant wording. So that left two options that made sense to her. Either Apollo was just a sweet innocent thing, unaware of how his words affect people or...

She blushed.

He knew exactly what he was doing. He was just teasing her, getting her secretly riled up, just to rip the veil from the words when she debased herself and proceeded to act innocent, like he didn’t know exactly how he just made her think.

Her mind couldn’t accept the first option which left the second and that left her with another question.

’Why did he want to feel those things in his presence? What is his agenda?’

That one question then opened up many more theocraticals about what had occurred, each of which left her blushing at the potential outcomes.

She needed to think about something else, desperately. Rolling up the technique for when she had an hour spare, she turned to the war table and dived into her work. Not allowing another thought that wasn’t related to war to enter her mind for the next few hours.

...

After spending a few hours with the group I made my way to a private tent set up for me. Nerissa and Rhapso wanted to come back with me, but I explained I wanted private time with Sol and perhaps they could watch next time. To which both agreed.

After entering the tent, a burst of flame appeared next to me. Turning to Sol, her body floated next to mine, enticing me.

”Apollo. Your eyes upon my form invigorate me. I long for your heat within my own. It has been too long.” Sol sultrily serenaded.

Losing my clothes, I bit my lip as Sol vanished away her own clothing and postured herself in a way that made me lose my rationality.

”Get out of the air and on the floor. Regality doesn’t suit you at this moment, baby. When I am done with you, you are going to be on the verge of going nova.”

Sol did as I commanded and fell to the floor, before spreading her legs wide, making me gulp as I watched her form her entrance.

”Come, my kindled. Once more claim what is yours.”
