The hivemind is conquering for me?

Keyla looked over to Sophia and smiled evilly at her curiosity. ”Sorry mama. Work call, I have to take this in private. Keyla then stood up and left the VIP suite, leaving Sophia flummoxed. She didn’t pursue it, however. She would just watch through the link.

Keyla went and found an empty room before closing the door behind her and saying. ”Ok, Apollo, before we begin, can you give me permission to close off my under link? This is a private matter after all.”

”Done.” I stated, giving her permission.

’You bi-’ Keyla heard being venomously relayed to her before silence took over her mind... For the most part. ”So, hubby, what’s this about wanting me to come out of retirement? That’s a pretty big deal. Has someone pissed you off? I had never expected you to ask this of me? Not going to lie, I am incredibly turned on right now.”

”I have a vendetta Keyla. Some people have tried to harm something that is mine. I won’t stand for this. Can I count on you?” Keyla’s other selves were screaming bloody murder! Their mate was embracing who they were and even asking her to act on her constantly restrained impulses. This was the life!

”Who are the targets babe? Who do you want your little short stack to off?” Keyla asked, her voice holding back clear horniness, she was doing a bad job of it...

I rolled my eyes, my mood picking up slightly, but not enough to deter me from what needs to be done. ”Archon Axel Belnevis and Lochagos Cora Pyrmenocles.” I said, prompting Keyla to whistle out in surprise.

”By all that is blood. Those are some high up targets Apollo, Not my usual modus operandi at all...”

Listening to Keyla, I sighed dejectedly. ”So is that a no? I guess I will have to find someone else to-” Keyla hastily butted in. ”Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Don’t you be cheating on me with another mass murderer, Apollo! Fuck as many bitches as you want, but I draw the line at you contracting private murder sluts! I’m going to do it! I revel at the challenge, I was just saying it’s going to be harder... Well the Archon, I think I might be able to honey trap him. Belnevis... I think I have heard of him. One to many sex scandals. However, the Lochagos, the captain, do you have any intel on her I can use?”

”No.” I replied. ”Only that she is high up and is dug in according to Kathrine.”

”Kathrine? Oooh, I get what this is now... Has some big back politics been at play and lesser killers been trying to kill your slave? Oh Apollo, I actually find this very romantic if thats the case.”

There was a slight pause between us before Keyla continued. ”Sorry, Apollo, trying to be cheery. I am excited after all. Ok, I can do this. Do you want these to be quiet or do you want my name to be heard by all again? I am fine either way.”

I took a deep breath. ”I want it to be horrible, Keyla. I want them to feel pain. I want your best work. I want others hiding in the shadows that might have a connection between the two of them to have the inkling as to why those two in particular were killed. I don’t care if Kathrine can clearly handle herself and doesn’t need to be coddled. She is my woman. I won’t sit back as my woman has enemies in the open, targeting her. They are a cancer. And they have to go. Make an impact, Keyla. I am counting on you for this, My little psycho killer.”

”A-Apollo.” Keyla stammered out after my speech. ”Yes?” I inquired.

”I just came.”

...

Keyla left the suite whistling a playful toon after finishing her conversation with her beloved, but was hastily promptly stopped by a certain angry bio cult infiltrator. ”Hey mama, can you move? I have to get ready for work. Oh, and here is your crystal.” she said, socketing it between Sophia’s cleavage.

Sophia took the crystal from betwixt her breasts and demanded from Keyla. ”What did Apollo say to you? What did he want? Why did you cut your link? Tell me now.” She asked, applying her authority over Keyla to its maximum.

Keyla simply yawned and shrugged her shoulders. ”Mama, I am working on a higher authority right now. I’m working on behalf of our mate. I am basically outranking you right now. So stop with the prodding, it’s bugging me.”

Sophia gutturally growled at Keyla, but did not do anything like smack a bitch... Keyla was ,after all, telling the truth if she could block out her authority. With a deep sigh she asked. ”Do you need anything from me?”

”Mhm. About a hundred million creds, a stealth ship and oh. Get Mary-Beth ready to meet with me. I’m going to need her services.” Keyla said casually.

”A hundred million? Keyla, how long are you going to be gone for? What about your... Friend downstairs?” Sophia asked. prompting Keyla’s eyes to go wide.

”Riiight~ Xeti. Hmm. I can deal with her, keep her obedient while I am gone. As for how long? Considering the challenge of what Apollo has asked me. Two weeks maximum.”

Sophia sighed hearing this, but ultimately agreed. ”Fine. Whatever you are doing, be safe, my daughter. Now, make sure you go and say goodbye to Lele before you go or I will have to deal with that tantrum.”

Keyla nodded. ”Fair enough. Is she still with the troublemaker?” Sophia nodded. ”Mhm. Not left her side since she came back. I don’t blame her. Many would be dead in that state.”

Keyla, after conversing with Sophia, went behind the bar and took the elevator down. She still had no idea how Apollo liked this song... It was torture at this point. Once downstairs, she made her way through the corridors and arrived at the nest pod. Sat beside the next pod was a young girl.

Dirty blonde hair propped up in twin pigtails was looking through the viewing port of the nest pod at the one within. Lele naturally did not yet know what the nest pod truly was, only that it was a device that was curing her former guardian.

”Lele.”

Lele looked over to the one that called her and her face lit up. ”Keyla! hehehe.” She giggled as she ran over to Keyla, who she found out after the zoo was actually much older than her height gave away.

Keyla was then embraced by Lele and reciprocated. She didn’t feel much for the child, she only felt for Apollo, but she could be nice. She was a big sister after all. ”How is Jinx?” She asked.

Lele then looked back at the pod. ”Her face is back, but she still has a hole in her skull. Are you here to see her? She can wake up when needed.”

”Hmm. I suppose I can say hello. But I actually came down here to say goodbye to you, I am going away for a month or two.”

”Y-You are?” Lele asked, tears threatening to fall from her eyes. Her adoptive family had burrowed deep within her. She loved Sophia and Keyla and Ethel and all the big brothers and sisters. She knew she was safe here and her guard was not up anymore.

”Yes. Don’t worry though. I am on a top secret mission from Apollo. He told me to say hello to you and hopes you are doing well.

Lele giggled hearing this. Ethel and the class always talk about Apollo and how important he is. She felt super special that Apollo asked if she was doing well. He was a superhero king after all. He should be incredibly busy.

She felt less upset that Keyla was leaving now. If she was working for Apollo, that meant it was super important. ”Good luck Keyla! I’m sure whatever you are doing will go well.” Keyla smirked genuinely towards Lele. ”Oh trust me, Lele, I am the best at what I do.”

Lele felt a slight shiver as Keyla said that. It reminded her of Jinx when she would get the bloodlust.

Keyla then stood up and walked over to the nest pod and took a look inside. ”Lazy bitch...” She then opened the nest pod up and yelled. ”Oi! Jinx, wake your lazy ass up.”

Jinx, who was floating gracefully, opened her newly created eyes and squinted. ”Augh. Was everything always so bright? Hey ugly, why are you the first thing I am seeing? Also, why are you bothering me? Do you not see that I still have a hole in my head?” She said, pointing to the left side of her forehead, where a clearly visible hole was present.

Keyla chuckled at hole head. ”Oh, I’m aware, but I also think you should go back south with some injury to prove how hurt you actually were. But that’s beside the point. I’m here to gloat. Apollo has asked me to do a mission for him. A very personal one.”
