Undead Mage from a Cell

The next morning, a completely transformed Gu Xi emerged from the Sword Washing Pool.

After a day and night of processing, the power of the Fire of Life within Gu Xi was completely dispersed and integrated into his body.

Just in this day and night, thanks to the power of the Fire of Life, Gu Xi’s Fitness Skill level had directly increased to Level 9.

This is not a simple skill; most physical-side players might not even have their Fitness Skill reach Level 9.

According to the description of Fitness Skill, for each level it goes up, Power increases by 1, Constitution by 1, and the transformation of Constitution into Life increases by 25%.

This allowed Gu Xi’s Power to suddenly surpass 20, even surpassing Death Knights of the same level.

It can be said that now Gu Xi could find a place to learn to wear Plate Armor.

At the same time, Gu Xi’s Life also reached 5850 points, which could be considered a Blood Bull among Death Knights.

Stretching his body, Gu Xi headed in the direction of Qianfang City’s Library.

Yesterday, in the Sword Washing Pool, Gu Xi had inquired some information from a few servers who claimed to be university students.

As long as players are below Level 10, they can choose to transfer schools, especially after Level 5, after Professional Advancement, some schools don’t have an advantage in a certain advancement career path, leading to a wave of players transferring schools.

Of course, the better the school, the higher the requirements and tuition for students.

Players not only have to consider the tuition fees of the school they want to apply to, but also pay the buyout fee for the data from their original school.

After all, these schools have nurtured you for so many years, especially for players with potential, and the investment is real money.

As a result, players wear Purple Armor with Level 5 strength and run away because there’s no suitable major in the school.

This is quite unreasonable.

So players have to pay some fees to buy out their student status to have the chance to apply to other schools.

These university students here doing work in the Sword Washing Pool are because they don’t have much money in hand and can’t afford the buyout fees, so they come out to do some work.

Because of this, they are quite clear about the application methods.

However, they are currently in Qianfang City, which mainly focuses on the Wind Element direction.

There is no market here for the Undead Mage.

Not to mention a specialized university.

The only way for Gu Xi to apply is to go to the library, find the information about the school he wants to apply to through the library, and then send a letter to apply through a messenger.

As for information on the Undead direction, those university students didn’t know much.

In their eyes, the schools of the Undead are all the same, mostly located in Yin City.

Apart from Yin City, there are very few professional Undead universities in other places.

Gu Xi, in the library of Qianfang City, would at most find the admission brochures of various universities, but nothing more.

Fortunately, Gu Xi would not stay long in the real world now.

In two days, he was going to help Liu Baiwei fulfill his wish.

The next time he could return to the real world would depend on the situation.

It was unrealistic for him to spend time traveling by train to Yin City.

Now, Gu Xi only thought about recording information of some universities to see if he could apply given his situation.

If not, he would see if there were any other remedies.

After arriving at the library, Gu Xi presented his questions to the librarian here.

The librarian was a bit surprised that Gu Xi wanted to look for admission brochures for Undead-related universities.

Because it wasn’t admission season, and Gu Xi was already approaching Level 10, with a Champion Ring on his hand.

Someone like him would clearly be a top student in the school.

Why would such a person want to reapply to other schools?

However, after looking at Gu Xi’s profession, the librarian seemed to understand and nodded thoughtfully.

He specifically approached such a city unrelated to the Undead to apply.

This was to avoid his transfer from school being discovered by his teachers.

Seeing this, the librarian pointed to one of the rooms.

”Go over there, there are admission brochures from various universities over the years, but there are no updated brochures for this year, at most last year’s brochures. The Undead-related ones are on the third row of the shelf.

However, we only have admissions for Yin City, Netherworld Market, and Ghost Eye City here. Other Undead-related cities are too far away, and their brochures were never sent.

Among them, the most is from Yin City. If you want to avoid Yin City, the following three rows are all for Netherworld Market and Ghost Eye City.”

Gu Xi went to the indicated location according to the librarian.

He had no intention of avoiding Yin City.

Instead, he was quite curious about the Yin City that everyone spoke of.

When he first arrived in the real world, people first thought Gu Xi came from Yin City.

This showed that in the eyes of players in Qianfang City, Undead Mages originate from Yin City, and the schools there should be quite famous for Undead Mages.

If Gu Xi wanted to enter a school for further studies.

Yin City would definitely be the first choice.

Skipping Yin City for an unknown city would be foolish.

After entering the room, Gu Xi quickly found the admission brochures for Yin City.

Upon seeing this, Gu Xi understood why Yin City was so famous.

In Yin City, there were at least thirty universities large and small related to the Undead.

Undead Mage and Death Knight were just the basics; the city also had specialized Vampire, Zombie, and Ghost universities.

Among all the universities, the most famous was Yin City Netherworld University.

While skimming through the admission brochure, Gu Xi found that most universities in Yin City had specialized systems within this Netherworld University.

However, what Gu Xi paid attention to wasn’t that; he cared about his advancement path.

Since embarking on the path of the Death Witch Lord, Gu Xi’s advancement path was different from others.

If there were no specialized departments, no matter how good the university, Gu Xi would not be willing to apply.

Fortunately, this Netherworld University did not disappoint him.

Soon, Gu Xi found the college he wanted to apply for.

Netherworld Element, enrolling all players with professions related to the Netherworld, including Netherworld Ferrymen, Netherworld Judges, Netherworld Gatekeepers... and Lord of the Underworld.

Seeing information related to himself, Gu Xi then pulled out and reread the description of this college.

Gu Xi found that applying to the Netherworld Element wasn’t simple.

If the player hadn’t taken a job, they would need to pass a test of bloodline or spirit communication ability and have a talent for communicating with the Netherworld.

If a player above Level 5 wanted to apply, they must have at least a job as a Netherworld Professional to qualify.

The Netherworld Ferrymen and Netherworld Judges were naturally the most enrolled, and as for the Lord of the Underworld, it was only because such a profession existed that it was included; players weren’t expected to reach it, with no insistence from the university.
