Primordial Villain with a Slave Harem

Chapter 1121: Peeping Ladies

Five ladies were huddled together in the corner of the courtyard, packed shoulder to shoulder as the guilty conspirators that they were.

Feng, Felicity, Seraphiel, Kitsara, and Rosie. The cheekiest of the household.

Their eyes shone with sheer amazement and wonderment, while their lips fought not to gasp every other second.

Why was this strange bunch of ladies so worked up?

*CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!*

Each strike of a smith’s hammer was loud enough to rattle teeth.

Even from their ”safe” hiding spot, the girls were drenched in the heat the forge bled into the air. Sweat tickled down their backs, yet none of them even thought of moving further away.

Because what they were staring at... oh, that was worth every drop of discomfort.

Inside the smithy stood Quinlan.

Half-naked.

His upper body was stripped bare, showing off his musculature that was carved so well it was practically forcing the fairer gender to drool at the mere sight, especially now that it was glistening under the furnace’s sensual glow. Firelight rolled over him while shadows clung to his chest and abs before sliding off as sweat traced their way down.

In one hand, he gripped a golden hammer. Its head was gleaming as though it were born from the sun itself, thanks to the immense amount of Quinlan’s fire elements he was infusing into it. Every time the item rose, his shoulders tensed, his back flexed, and his forearm veins stood out like rivers of steel. Every time it fell, his body rippled with the kind of power that would make almost any man seethe with jealousy.

”Hot... hot... hot...” Kitsara whispered like a broken chant, her eyes swirling with stars, her breath hot, and her fingers itching closer and closer to her most precious parts.

Felicity was so red in the face she looked one second from fainting. ”Why is... why is Lord Black allowed to dress like that?! It’s improper!”

”Allowed? He’s obligated,” Seraphiel whispered back with rosy cheeks. ”If he tried to put a shirt on, I’d go over there and bonk him.”

Feng’s hands were clasped together before her mouth, worried she might scream. The oriental teen had seen this rude, overly arrogant guy naked many times when they were living together in Zhenwu. Quinlan wasn’t exactly hiding things, though, of course, he never made it weird.

Feng was allowed to watch him bathe for all he cared; he didn’t think it would ruin her innocence or something. Plus, the world of Zhenwu was dangerous. He could protect the girl from dangers better this way than if she were a long distance away.

All that to say, yes, the girl had seen these muscles on display already. But never like this. Not in such a wild setting.

She didn’t know what to say. Her brain was using all its resources to observe and memorize; there wasn’t enough capacity left to speak as well.

Another CLANG! Rang out, louder, sharper, shaking the ground. Sparks burst like fireworks, lighting Quinlan’s body in flashes of golden flame. The five girls gasped as one.

Rosie’s little eyes suddenly lit up so brightly that they looked like twin lanterns of pure awe. In fact, for a second, it was a real competition between the golden sparks from the forge and the shine in her eyes.

Her mouth popped open.

But before the sound could explode, Seraphiel moved at her top speed. Both her hands snapped around the dryad’s mouth, muffling the would-be scream.

”MMMPHHH!!” Rosie kicked and thrashed in protest, tiny fists pounding at Seraphiel’s arms, legs flailing like a cat caught in a net. The muffled noise she let out was still way too close to a banshee’s cry, despite the elf’s utmost efforts.

Seraphiel hissed in a whisper, ”Shhh! Don’t you dare ruin this, or Sera Mommy will dish out your first spanking...”

Rosie, of course, did not listen. She squirmed and shook violently, eyes still glowing with an unrestrained desire to scream.

Felicity pressed her own hands on top of Seraphiel’s, hoping to make the sound quieter. ”Goddess save me, I won’t be able to look Lord Black in the eyes if he notices...!”

Kitsara finally decided to help her fellow wife-in-crime, knowing the princess alone wasn’t enough to hold their energy bomb of a daughter down. Together, the three of them clamped down on Rosie.

The ladies might have ignored one very important fact in their starstruck state; however, Quinlan was not alone.

Right beside him, hammer in hand, was Kaelira.

The blue-haired elf was just as drenched in sweat, her toned arms flexing as she swung her hammer in perfect rhythm with him. She was a sight in her own right; wildly gorgeous in that tomboyish way, her every strike steady, every movement backed by the strength of a warrior who had taken her crafts as seriously as her battles. The pair worked seamlessly, two halves of a single forge-fire, shaping the same glowing piece of metal with utmost focus.

In front of them stood Rykar. The old teacher, who once hobbled like a cripple with four missing limbs, now bore replacements. Limbs built by Quinlan and Kaelira, sturdy enough to let him stand tall again. The master smith’s lined face bore a calm as he observed, watching his students bring steel to life.

And beside him, arms crossed, stood Serika. The tanned redhead’s expression was radiant. Her bright green eyes shimmered with unrestrained joy as she watched her miserable father be reborn through craft, while her husband worked side by side with him.

The two most important men in her life, both working together for the same goal: crafting a masterpiece.

Well, at least that was the target of her focus until her sharp eyes tracked the commotion. The girls didn’t make her job difficult, and she wasn’t even sporting particularly good perception.

She was a warrior, using her fists and fire to obliterate her enemies, not track them for miles on end.

Rosie was still thrashing like a possessed squirrel. Seraphiel, Felicity, and Kitsara were practically wrestling her down. At the same time, Feng was just sitting still, far too absorbed in watching Quinlan’s gleaming back.

Serika’s gaze settled on them. She shook her head slowly, amusedly. Her smile never wavered, for her good mood was unshakable, but the message in her eyes was clear enough: busted.

As the ladies were busy observing, Quinlan’s focus was consumed.

He was working on his armor to be used in the upcoming conflict!
