The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

The matter with the child was resolved, and Lu Yuan brought Little Taotie and Hua Jinyan to the place where the two instructors were being held.

Little Taotie was puzzled, ”Why are they locked up here? Isn’t this... illegal detention?”

Lu Yuan took out credentials, ”Legal.”

Hua Jinyan said, ”This is country R, even if you have credentials, it’s not legal.”

”Are you guys picking a fight with me?” Lu Yuan rubbed his forehead, ”That’s not the point. The point is that I’ve lost contact with my superiors, and I suspect something has happened to them. I don’t trust anyone in the organization, so these two people can’t be handed over to anyone else; I must interrogate them myself.”

Little Taotie pointed at himself, ”Do you trust me?”

”You’re still young, not truly considered insiders of the organization yet.”

Little Taotie stuck out his tongue, ”Alright then.”

”How do you plan to interrogate them?” Hua Jinyan asked.

Lu Yuan shook his head, ”I have no idea yet. I’ve drugged them, they are currently in a coma. I’m afraid if they wake up they might seek death, and by then we won’t get any information.”

Hua Jinyan, ”Have you checked their teeth?”

”Yes, the back molars had poison hidden, which I’ve already removed.”

”What kind of poison?”

”Snake venom, one drop is lethal.”

”Have you checked elsewhere?”

Lu Yuan replied, ”I’ve ruled out situations where suicide might be possible, but both of them have some special abilities, so I can’t relax.”

”What special abilities do they have?”

”One has immense strength, possibly a bit stronger than Little Taotie.”

Little Taotie, unwilling to accept, huffed, ”I don’t believe it!”

Seizing the moment while the man was unconscious, Lu Yuan rolled up his pant leg, revealing a row of iron rings.

Little Taotie found these iron rings familiar because at some point the other had given him one, and it was hefty. Such a row would be very heavy.

”What about the other one?” Hua Jinyan asked.

”Telekinesis.”

”Is telekinesis really possible?” Little Taotie’s eyes widened with curiosity.

”He once performed at the base’s gala, like magic, except magic is deception, and he truly performed telekinesis.”

Little Taotie was still skeptical, asking, ”Could he just be good at magic?”

”No, everyone present had some special abilities. It might fool some as a blinding method, but it can’t fool everyone.”

Little Taotie was envious, ”I also want that ability. Lying on the sofa watching TV, if I find the remote on the TV stand, I can just telekinetically grab it without getting up from the sofa.”

Lu Yuan’s mouth twitched, ”How lazy can you be?”

Little Taotie yawned, ”I’m actually quite tired and sleepy right now.”

Last night, the little girl cried under the covers for too long, and she stayed up with her, only getting a brief rest once the girl fell asleep. She really was sleepy now.

Lu Yuan teased, ”Want a cup of coffee to wake up?”

Little Taotie’s eyes widened, suddenly alert.

”No!” The childish voice was full of refusal.

Lu Yuan laughed out loud, ”Looks like the videos on D App weren’t lying; you’re really afraid of coffee.”

Little Taotie hummed a few times, neither admitting nor denying it.

”Hmm?” One instructor made a sound, as if about to wake up.

Lu Yuan, quick as a flash, forced another pill down his throat.

The person, who had shown signs of waking up, once again fell into a deep coma.

”Continuously feeding them drugs isn’t a solution, is it?” Little Taotie scratched his head, ”Will eating too much of this make them idiots?”

Lu Yuan nodded, ”Yes.”
