The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

The middle-aged woman seemed to be caught by an invisible force, her hands and feet pulled back, causing her to fall flat on her face, crying out, ”Help! Help!”

Almost suffocating, she wept and begged for mercy, ”I was wrong, please let me go! Monster, oh no no, it’s the great immortal! Great immortal of the mountain, I’m begging you, please let me go! I will never go up the mountain again, I realize my mistake!...”

Little Taotie walked up to the middle-aged woman, stepping on her back with his small feet, ”Speak! Are you a kidnapper?”

”No... no no no, I’m not a kidnapper, I’m not...”

”Hmph! Still not telling the truth!” Little Taotie pressed harder with his foot.

”Yes, yes, I am a kidnapper.”

”Have you kidnapped many children?”

”No—ouch ouch ouch!”

”If you lie, my next step will be on your head!”

”I... I daren’t, I daren’t anymore!”

”Speak!”

”I kidnapped a lot of goods... that couple didn’t think highly of them.”

”Where are those children?”

”Those children... are locked up in the guesthouse.”

”Tell me the address!” Little Taotie pressed down harder with his small foot.

”Alright alright, I’ll tell you! Just stop stepping on me! I’ll give you the address now!”

Little Taotie and Hua Jinyan arrived at the place the middle-aged woman mentioned and saw more than a dozen children trapped in this narrow, dark room.

Among the children were kids from Hua Country, kids from R Country, and others who were visiting Yuanshi Mountain.

The children’s eyes were covered with strips of cloth, and their hands and feet were bound with tape, which even injured their delicate skin when removed.

Seeing these children around his own age, Little Taotie felt indescribably sad.

A little girl around four years old, after being freed, hid beside Little Taotie, gently grabbing the corner of Little Taotie’s clothing.

”Sister... I’m hungry.”

Little Taotie lowered his head and met the timid eyes of the little girl.

Beside the little girl, a little boy croaked, ”I’m so thirsty.”

Some children had already soiled themselves, making a mess.

Little Taotie handed them some snacks and water, softly asking, ”How long have you been trapped here?”

The little girl shook her head, looking bewildered.

The little boy said, ”We don’t know how long we’ve been held, our eyes were covered, and we couldn’t see the light. I counted in my mind, counting to 60 as a minute. As I counted, I forgot how many sixties I had. My stomach kept growling, my mouth was dry, my bladder unable to hold, and no one ever came.”

Listening to the little boy’s words, Little Taotie felt even more heartbroken. She called towards the door, ”Uncle Bai Lu, I know you’re behind the door, stop hiding and come help deal with this situation.”

Lu Yuan had been following them, just wanting to protect the two children, never expecting to run into such a situation.

This issue wasn’t domestic; it was indeed difficult to handle.

”Uncle Bai Lu!” Little Taotie urged.

Lu Yuan sighed and stepped out from behind the door, ”I don’t want to get involved in this at all.”

”Hmph! You’re already involved, you cannot escape!” Little Taotie stamped her foot angrily.

”I’ve searched the four people’s bodies, the young couple are Hua Country People, but the middle-aged man and woman are not Hua Country People, nor R Country People.”

Little Taotie asked curiously, ”Not R Country People? Where are they from then?”

Lu Yuan sighed, ”One is M nationality, and the other is from F Continent.”

Little Taotie widened her eyes, ”They clearly look more like Asians.”

”That’s why things are complicated. The crime scene is in R Country, if they were Hua Country People, it would be okay to intervene, but they’re not Hua Country People at all.”
