Bride of Retribution: Aloof Billionaire's Dominant Game

The floor can be washed several times, but the problem is that as a chef, no matter how delicious he makes the food, there will always be something to criticize. Keeping the porridge warm for too long affects its flavor. If necessary, he’ll just make another pot. Who knows when Fifth Master Foster will wake up? He had been preparing in the kitchen since last night, from noodles to dumplings to flatbreads, ready with anything Fifth Master Foster might eat for breakfast.

What else can be done?

”Then hurry up and make another pot, why waste so much time talking?” The housekeeper was already a bit tense, and hearing someone mumbling behind him only made him feel more nervous.

From today until the fifteenth day of the lunar New Year, it’s not a good time; everyone had better be on high alert.

”Then I’ll go make it right away, and I should probably prepare lunch too, since I don’t know when Fifth Master Foster will get up.” At this hour, if he doesn’t wake soon, it’ll be time for lunch.

Just then, a faint cough was heard from upstairs.

Everyone paused for a moment, then immediately got busy.

The housekeeper quickly crouched low and pushed the door open, following the routine of every morning by pouring boiled purified water into a cup, for Fifth Master Foster to use when brushing his teeth. After that, he rushed to open the sandalwood wardrobe to take out a blue robe.

In fact, not all of Fifth Master Foster’s clothes are robes, but he likes wearing them; he seldom wears the designer suits that fill the room.

”Call the masseur to come over...”

He’s awake but shows no intention of getting up. After saying this in a cold and quiet tone, he turned over and continued to lie down. The housekeeper, still crouched low, responded and then quickly left.

Another massage, even though he’s already had it countless times today. Still more?

Is this massage becoming an addiction like smoking?

He quickly called the luxury spa, asking the masseur to hurry over.

”Master Wilson is not around today.” The person answering the phone seemed to be in a bit of a dilemma. No one’s a fool, Fifth Master Foster has been calling Master Wilson for massages quite frequently lately. Now, asking for a masseur is clearly asking for Little Wilson. Sending someone else, no matter how skilled, might just get them kicked out.

”What?” The housekeeper was almost at his wit’s end. It’s obvious to everyone that Fifth Master Foster wants Master Wilson for the massage, and he never hides it. But today Master Wilson isn’t here?

What should I do?

Sweat began to bead on his forehead. It seems like the first day of the New Year is destined to be difficult.

”Fifth Master Foster, Master Wilson is not here today.” The housekeeper didn’t say any more. Knowing Fifth Master Foster’s temperament, if it’s not the person he asked for, he definitely won’t accept anyone else.

”Hmm, you can leave...”

The housekeeper, sweating profusely, retreated from the room. But should breakfast still be served?

The porridge in the kitchen was still boiling, while the other chefs in the Foster Family were already preparing lunch.

Not here, what does that mean?

Is he quitting, or does he just have something else these days, or has something happened?

Foster sat up, rubbed his sore forehead, and got up to go to the bathroom. After freshening up and changing clothes, when he came downstairs, he stunned everyone in the room.

Because today, their Fifth Young Master actually put on formal attire.

A dark suit, with a shirt whiter than the first snow. Though he didn’t wear a tie, in his gestures, he subtly displayed a pair of specially tailored cufflinks, glinting with a cold, faint light.

”Fifth Master Foster, breakfast is ready.” The housekeeper approached, figuring he was probably going out. But before going out, he should at least have some breakfast.

”No need.” His voice was as cold and clear as the morning wind, chilling enough to keep one alert at all times.

The housekeeper dared not say another word, and only offered a cup of light jasmine tea.

Foster took it, sipped twice, and handed the cup back to the housekeeper before walking out of the Expanding Courtyard Gate.

”To the Honor Club.” Foster sat in the back seat of the car, his eyes lowered, revealing nothing of the emotions within.

The Honor Club is the most luxurious spa in the city, but it’s a legitimate business, not engaging in any shady activities disguised as wellness. Because of this, the fees are genuinely not cheap.
