Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 1056 1056:- Passive Skills [ii]

『Acid Rain』

『5th-order Passive Skill』

『Description: - Another special skill learned from the Storm Marshall class. After reaching the 5th-order, this skill has evolved into a much more destructive and controlled form of weather manipulation. The host can now summon highly corrosive acid rain that can cover a much larger area and sustain itself for a longer duration. The control over the weather has become more refined, allowing the host to turn the battlefield into a deadly zone where enemies are constantly under pressure.』

『Function 1: - By consuming [400+] Mana, the user can summon powerful acid rain that can easily kill even a Peak 4th-order cultivator and severely injure Beginner and Mid 5th-order cultivators. Cultivators whose cultivation is one order higher than the hostʼs cultivation have only a [30%] chance of avoiding damage from this acid rain.

The corrosive nature of the rain has increased, allowing it to slowly damage armour, weapons, and defensive barriers over time. The power of the acid rain still decreases when facing higher-order beings, but its continuous effect makes it difficult to completely ignore.

The Mana consumption depends on the intensity of the rain, the duration of the rainfall, the casterʼs control over mana efficiency, the size of the area affected, and the environmental resistance to magical influence.

The host can freely control the size, power, and intensity of the acid rain as long as the host has enough Mana.』

『Function 2: - The host can summon normal rain by consuming [80+] Mana. The duration and area of the rainfall depend on the hostʼs Mana and control.』

Combine Acid Rain + Lightning → create a Corrosive Thunder Storm combo skill - when he recahes Beginner 6th-order.

Enraged Lightning Spell

『Enraged Lightning Spell』

『5th-order Passive Skill』

『Description: - Another special skill learned from the Storm Marshall class. After reaching the 5th-order, this skill has awakened a deeper and more violent form. This is no longer just chaotic lightning, but a form of enraged lightning that reacts to the hostʼs will and emotions. In ancient times, this very power was said to have injured gods and goddesses. Even now, this skill remains extremely rare, and the host is currently the only known individual who possesses it.』

『Function 1: - By consuming [1200+] Mana, the user can summon a massive surge of enraged lightning from the sky. This lightning is more unstable and destructive than before, making it over three times more powerful than regular lightning.

The attack will release [7 different colors of lightning] and can strike with up to [15,000 bolts of lightning] within a wide area.

Note: - This skill can now be used 5 times every 4 hours.』

Lightning Armor

『Lightning Armor』

『5th-order Passive Skill』

『Description: - A special skill that can be used by those who can freely manipulate lightning nature. After reaching the 5th-order, the Lightning Armor has evolved into a much more stable and powerful defensive ability. The lightning elements no longer just protect the body, but actively respond to threats, making the host both defensive and offensive at the same time.』

『Function 1: - The user can form a transparent lightning armor using lightning elements. The skill will consume [7+] Mana per second to maintain the armor. The userʼs defense is greatly increased, and the armor now reacts automatically to incoming attacks, reducing part of the impact.

(Note - As the Hostʼs understanding of Lightning Nature has deepened further, the Mana consumption has been reduced and the stability of the armor has improved.)』

『Function 2: - When the first function of this skill is used, the userʼs strength will be increased by [350+], and their attack speed is slightly enhanced due to the stimulation of lightning energy flowing through their body.』

『Function 3: - When this passive skill is activated, there is now a [20%] chance of successfully blocking or reducing the damage of a critical hit from a higher-order cultivator. However, when facing cultivators beyond the 5th-order realm, the success rate decreases accordingly.』

Execution Flow

『Execution Flow』

『5th-order Passive Skill』

『Description: - A special passive skill that was formed from the perfect combination of the War Dancerʼs rhythm and the Mass Executionerʼs killing efficiency. This skill allows the host to enter a state where every movement and every attack flows into the next without any delay. Once the flow begins, the host becomes more dangerous with every passing second, turning the battlefield into a stage of continuous execution.』

『Ability 1』: - Each consecutive attack increases the hostʼs attack speed and precision by [5%], stacking up to [40%]. As long as the host continues attacking without interruption, the flow will keep building.

『Ability 2』: - While the flow is active, the hostʼs movements become smoother and more efficient. This reduces unnecessary stamina consumption by [20%] and allows the host to maintain high-speed combat for a longer duration.

『Ability 3』: - When the flow reaches its maximum stack, the host gains a temporary boost where the next sequence of attacks will ignore a portion of the enemyʼs defence by [30%] for 10 seconds. Breaking the flow will reset all accumulated stacks.

Dragon Transfer

『Dragon Transfer』

『5th-order Passive Skill』

『Description: - A special passive skill that the host learned when the Dragon Palace was created. After reaching the 5th-order, this ability has evolved into a far more advanced and refined form.

The connection between the Dragon Monarch and all those who carry his blood has deepened. This skill now reflects the absolute authority of the Dragon Monarch over his bloodline, allowing near-instant movement across his entire territory through his subjects.』

『Function 1』: - Using this skill, the Dragon Monarch can instantly switch places with any of his blood vessels [Dragonians and Dragon soldiers] at any given moment.

This skill does not require any Mana to activate and has no cooldown. The number of times it can be used is unlimited.

『Function 2』: - At the 5th-order, the range of this ability is no longer limited by distance as long as the target is within the Dragon Monarchʼs territory.

The transfer is now completely seamless and leaves behind almost no spatial disturbance, making it extremely difficult for enemies to detect or track the movement.

『Function 3』: - The Dragon Monarch can now transfer not only himself but also carry along a small number of selected individuals or objects during the transfer. The number of individuals that can be carried depends on their strength and the hostʼs control.

Additionally, in emergency situations, the host can forcibly pull a selected Dragonians or Dragon soldier to his own location, allowing quick rescue or repositioning during battle.

Blessing of Crimson

『Blessing of Crimson』

『5th-order Passive Skill』

『Description』: - Another special skill of the War Dancer class. After reaching the 5th-order, this skill has evolved into a much more powerful battlefield support skill. The Crimson blessing no longer just strengthens allies slightly, but spreads the will of the host across the battlefield, making allied troops, generals, and followers far more dangerous in war.

This skill is especially effective in large-scale battles, where the hostʼs presence can inspire allies and push them beyond their normal limits.』

『Function 1』: - When this skill is activated, it will consume [120+] Mana to activate and [20+] Mana per second to maintain.

Once activated, all allied troops, generals, and followers within the effective range will receive a [30%] boost in agility, allowing them to move faster, react quicker, and fight with better coordination.

『Function 2』: - When 60% of the enemy troops have been defeated, all allied troops, generals, and followers under the effect of this blessing will receive a [30%] boost in strength.

This boost reflects the rising momentum of victory and allows the allied side to press their advantage more fiercely.

『Function 3』: - If the enemy troops outnumber the allied troops, then all allied troops, generals, and followers under this blessing will receive a [30%] boost in stamina and health.

This effect is meant to help the weaker side endure longer and continue fighting even when facing overwhelming numbers.

『Function 4』: - If the host personally enters the battlefield while this skill is active, the morale of all allied troops under the blessing will rise sharply, and the overall effectiveness of all three buffs will be increased by an additional [10%].

Mental Defence

『Mental Defence』

『5th-order Passive Skill』

『Description』: - A special passive skill that protects the hostʼs mind, soul, and consciousness. After reaching the 5th-order, this skill has evolved into a much stronger mental barrier. It now gives the host powerful resistance against mind attacks, illusions, soul disturbance, fear pressure, confusion effects, and attempts to control or alter the hostʼs thoughts.

『Function 1』: - The host gains powerful passive resistance against mental attacks, illusions, hallucinations, fear-based pressure, and soul disturbance techniques. Mental attacks used by cultivators of the same order or below will have very little effect on the host.

『Function 2』: - When facing cultivators who are one major order above the host, this skill still provides strong protection. The host can resist direct mind-control, illusion-based traps, and mental invasion to a very high degree. The effectiveness of the protection decreases against enemies beyond that level.

『Function 3』: - If the hostʼs mind is attacked suddenly, this passive skill will automatically respond by strengthening the hostʼs mental clarity and stabilising the soul. This makes it much harder for the host to be forced into panic, mental collapse, or unconscious manipulation.

『Curse of the Heaven』

『5th-order Passive Skill』

『Description』: - An evolved form of Disturbance of Blessings. This is a special battlefield-type passive skill granted by the War Dancer class. Unlike normal debuffing skills, Curse of the Heaven does not merely weaken the body. It affects momentum, morale, power flow, and even the fate of the enemy side to a certain extent. When this skill is active, the enemy side will feel as if Heaven itself is suppressing them.

『Function 1』: - It will take [80+] Mana to activate this skill. The skill will continue to consume [15+] Mana per second to remain active.

『Function 2』: - When this skill is activated, the attack power, spell power, and overall battle efficiency of enemy troops whose cultivation is at the 5th-order or below will be reduced by [20%]. If the battle is fought within the hostʼs territory, the debuff will increase from [20%] to [35%].

『Function 3』: - If the commander of the enemy army is killed, captured, or forced to retreat, the enemy troops under this curse will suffer an additional [25%] reduction in morale, coordination, and attack power. In this state, their formations will be easier to break, and their will to continue fighting will be greatly shaken.

『Function 4』: - If the enemy side is already at a disadvantage in morale or numbers, the suppressive effect of this curse becomes stronger, making it harder for them to recover their fighting spirit during the battle.
